The condo was stocked with everything we could have needed. Watching the sunsets from the lanai every evening was the best part. Communication with Stan was great and easy. He was very helpful to help us plan our trip and answer any inquiries during our stay.
The listing does mention there is two double sofa beds and one double bed but there are only two double sofa beds. They aren’t the comfiest beds, but it did the trick for our vacation.
We were glad we read the other reviews and brought ear plugs with us… those frogs are REALLY loud.
Overall, we really enjoy staying here, Stan was a pleasure to deal with and we would stay again.

keep in mind most condos in Kona are older. This is no exception. But, It is well maintained. We had a pleasant stay except for road noise. It was hot and humid during early November 2023. We had to keep windows open all night for it to cool off. Road noise from Alii Highway was excessive in our mind. Great location to access Keauhou Bay.

One of the best locations on the island for snorkeling. 2Step is nearby. If you are lookin Goff a beach for the kids with sand, Magic Sands is also near. Shopping center with a grocery store is also nearby. The owner is extremely responsive. There are Beach chairs and other items needed for play. All in all a great time.

Keauhou is a great area to stay. Very convenient to everything. The property is well maintained and the pool is great.
The lanai makes this rental amazing. Coffee in the morning with a view and sunset viewing at night. Just wonderful.
Our property manager, Steve, was the best. I have never had a better manager than him. Made our stay very easy.

The location was perfect to everything we needed and chose to do. Great snorkeling tours one block away. Farmers Market 5 minutes away. Everything was clean, enough pillows and sheets. Enough kitchenware, pots and pans (could use an extra skillet), plates, cups, etc. The outside Lanai with the view of the ocean and sunset were perfect. Pool is great. Supplies for snorkeling for kids was a nice bonus. If I had to suggest anything, I would say be prepared for the quite atmosphere, it's not really a place for young children to be noisy, but there are plenty of places to take them for the day. We were okay with respecting quite time, others might not be. I brought ear plugs because I am a light sleeper, there are tropical birds and frogs. Also, we had an interesting neighbor below (I guess a visitor) that yawned loudly all night and morning, not the property owners' fault, but again, was glad I brought my ear plugs. Loved that there was an inside and outside table. Plenty of beds, and seating area. Loved that there was a washer and dryer in the condo. There were two showers, but only one got real warm water. I would recommend the place to friends and family. Owner was great about texting, calls and emails.

Actually, my husband and I are resident in this community and I rented this condo for my family. My adopted daughter had a wedding last Aug. 29 and they really like the place as it is just a short walk to my condo and they had a wonderful time with us. Stan, the owner, was a really very accommodating. My adopted daughter and her husband enjoyed every minute ofcit.
The view of the ocean from the lanai during sunrise and sunset was awesome. They just left yesterday bringing the wonderful memories of Hawaii. Thank you.

Lovely stay
Stayed at Stan's place for 8 nights and had a great time. Nice location close by to everything you need, clean and cozy condo & super responsive, compassionate host who really wants you to enjoy your stay at his place & on the island. Next time we return to the Big Island we will definitely be staying here again. Highly recommend! Mahalo!

Great, chill, residential area
My 4 friends and I stayed here for 14 days, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The price, the location, and condo are really great. The people in the surrounding condos are very nice, as is everyone in Hawaii. Stan was a great host, quick to reply and easy going. Kona is a gorgeous island, especially if you know good locations. Our group had local friends we could rely on. But most places you find to go online will be awesome too! Couldn’t recommend more! This condo has everything provided that you would need. Loved it!

Excellent Accommodations
We had an amazing time in Hawaii and in large part due to our stay at Stan’s. He was highly engaged and responsive from prior to our stay and throughout to ensure we had everything we needed. The condo was comfortable, and the view was beautiful. The location was fantastic as a home base for wherever we wanted to go. We will gladly rebook here the next time we head to the Big Island.

Wost host ever
Horrible host I have ever deal with. For the amount i pay to stay at this apartment. I expected for him to restocked essential cleaning supplies for the next guests to be comfortable. Specifically during covid. Never replace broke appliances and blame on the guest. Otherwise, great location.

Beautiful Condo
We had a wonderful stay. The condo was clean and orderly. The view from the lanai was absolutely stunning. We sat outside and ate every night. The owners are extremely nice and will help with any issue that could arise with your stay. I highly recommend staying here and will be staying here again!

Wonderful
My two teenage sons and I enjoyed ourselves at Stan’s place. The kitchen is well stocked with beautiful plates and appliances. The unit is located by one of my favorite farmers markets- Keauhou farmers market every Wednesday from 9a-2p. The sunsets are gorgeous and can be enjoyed from the lanai. Thank you!!!

Best visit ever
Wonderful sunsets, plenty of room for 2, and a super quiet complex. Great location on the south side of Kona, great for fast get aways along the Alii Dr extension. Condo had everything we needed for our stay. Owner went out of his way to make sure all was well. Can't wait to book our return visit.

Kona Vacation
For the price it was the best unit in the complex, we have stayed in lots of them in the past 20 years!!! We'll stay next year for that price! I will bring a gun and shoot the rooster outside our bedroom window!!! Does need cable in bedroom, only thing we missed, besides sleep!!

Great place
Terrific apartment, as advertised. I recommend reading the post-2015 reviews; they will give you a good feel for the place. An easy way to check the location is to check the Sheraton Kona; it is within easy walking distance. The owner was very helpful.

Loved the condo.... everything you could possibly need in a rental. The owner was very quick to respond if you had a question. My only complaint was the street noise, because the back of the condo faces the road. Other then that, what a view from the balcony....

Perfect stay!!
Loved staying at the Condo here with my wife and 2 year old. It was clean and comfortable and a short drive to everything. A nice kitchen and grill saved us a lot of $$$ on eating out too!
It was also nice to have access to beach chairs, boogie boards (and there was snorkel equipment that we didn’t use because my wife hates fish, LOL)
The condo is pretty old-school Hawaii. If you’re looking for something super modern you might want to keep going, but it was spacious, had a great view and was a great value for us.
I called the owner begging for an extra 2 days if we changed our flights, but they were already booked!

Our Anniv stay near Kona C.C.
Property and location were very good, kind of a busy exit out of complex - be careful. Only downside was no air (which we were aware of) but the ceiling fans had very small blades and were virtually ineffective at moving any air at all. Very hot inside unit at night. Mattress was very good though. Nice views and close to beach and golf.

Home away from Home!
The entire experience has been wonderful. Home owner Stan contacted me to tell me more about the property and he was spot on. This quiet unit is lovely, fully remodeled with lovely sunset views. It is close to everything - shopping, snorkeling excursions et al. I would highly recommend this property.

Family Vacation

Not as we expected
Although this condo is in a beautiful, quiet complex in a nice area, it is actually only a 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit. The other sleeping area is the living room, where a double sized sofa bed and a blow up mattress in the closet can accommodate sleeping 6, if people don’t mind sleeping together.
There is only bedding for 2 beds.
Don’t expect to bar b q on the balcony, as the bar b q burner shield is burnt through and the paint on the inside of the bar b q is actually peeling off onto your food.
Other than the incorrect number of bedrooms, the condo is acceptable.

Clean, well-equipped,comfortable.
As many people have mentioned, Stan is very through, prompt and reliable as a vacation rental owner. He also gave us extra information such as the nearest grocery shop. His condo manager showed up with a brand new rice cooker and a sponge! We really appreciated all the beach gears including parasols and snorkeling stuff. The bed was comfortable, and fans did a good job to keep the place cool at night. It was a perfect size for two adults and one child. Neighbors were quiet.
Don’t be surprised at a natural alarm clock...birds sing loudly there!

excellent stay
Communication with Stan was excellent and he called me even before we arrived and sent us precise instructions. House was exactly as described. Kitchen utensils were sufficient for us even to cook. Very friendly neighbors. One night we ran into a small plumbing emergency and local property manager Tom immediately responded and arranged a plumber first thing next morning. A short distance to beach. Overall we were very satisfied with the stay.

Great view of the ocean and palm trees. Great location. Easy access to downtown via shuttle. Easy walk to the shopping center. Many nice birds. The manager keeps the place clean.

Very nice condo
Very nice location. Immediately as you walk in you have a beautiful ocean view! Condo is clean and has most everything you need for your stay. Nice cross breezes. Complex is shady and full of flowers and birds. Stan is great to work with; always very prompt to reply. I like the location as it's just 6 miles south of Kona so you are away from the tourist traffic in town yet close enough to drive to town. Shopping very close and one of the best snorkel beaches is 1 and a half mi,es down the road.

Great place
Stan's place was perfect for our family. The children enjoyed the pool and we enjoyed the big lanai with BBQ, the place was perfect to explore the island. Also Stan was very helpful and always answered quickly.

Amazing place to stay with family
We arrived at the condo late at night. In the morning my wife and I awoke to the shouts of my 10 year old daughter screaming "OMG, look at the view outside". My family of 4 loved this condo as we stayed here 8 nights. It is fully furnished and allowed us to cook a few dinner meals. It was spacious and offered a lot of practical and usable amenities. Small items such as a cooler, snorkel gear, and boogie boards were the real difference maker for us as it allowed us to enjoy our trip without worrying about too much. Stan offered great customer service by promptly replying to all my questions. The property is located in a quiet location a few minutes from a snorkeling area and another small sandy beach and only 10 minutes away from the main town. I would strongly recommend this unit to any family looking to stay in Kona.

Excellent condo in a relaxing and beautiful coastal area south of Kailua-Kona
Perfect place for a couple or a family with kids on vacation in the beautiful Hawaii´s big island. Located in a very elegant neighborhood, beautiful gardens, and surrounded by a golf club, near the coast and a nice mall, this cozy condo has everything you need to relax. It has a confortable bedroon for a couple with private bathroon, and an extra (nice) bathroon and a living roon with a sofa bed that can accomodate very well another two persons. It has an american type of kitchen (fully equiped) with a balcony separating from the dining room. It also has an spacious deck with a round table, confortable chairs and beautiful view of the golf course and sea. We loved to stayed there by the sunset where we took spetacular pictures. In the deck, there is also a gas-powered barbercue place that was very clean and worked perfectly. You also have washing and drier machine inside the condo, which is very convenient (no need to bring many clothes). In addition, the owner (Stan) has a box on the deck with beach and snorkel gear, which renters can use. So, the condo is very well equiped for staying several days or weeks, and conveniently located close to a mall with grocery store, drugstore, restaurant and gas station, and about 25-30 min driving (south) from Kona International Airport. It is definitely a very good cost-benefit for what it offers. Finally, the owner Stan was very friendly and helpful, answering promptly our questions and providing several suggestions of tours in the island. If I ever return to Hawaii, I will probably rent this place again.

Great Family Condo!
We recently stayed at this condo for our family holiday. It was perfect for my husband, myself and our 4 year old daughter. We had plenty of room for all of us and it was a huge bonus having that second bathroom. The condo owners were AMAZING to deal with. I cannot say enough good things about Stan. He was very caring and wanted to be sure our stay was just what we wanted. Having the washer and dryer was a huge bonus for us. The condo was well stocked and well taken care of. The condo cooled off very nicely in the evening which made it great for sleeping. We can't wait to return!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 5 nights. We really enjoyed this condo. There were 2 bathrooms, so we each got our own. The place was nice and clean and the in unit washer/dryer was a huge plus. Great view from the deck, could see the ocean and the sunset. It's more of a 1 bedroom. There's kind of an extra dining room with a pull out sofa that someone can sleep on. The condo is not too far from the white sand beaches, about 30-45 minute drive north. And only a 10-15 minute drive to grocery stores and shops, so very conveniently located. It was really cozy, much better than a hotel. Accurate description and photos. Booking was easy, the owner responded quickly. There were lots of geckos in the complex, as well as pretty flowering trees, and we even saw a pheasant. We would stay here again. Thank you for the lovely accommodations.

Our family of 4 had a great stay here. Simple - but comfortable place to stay. Great proximity to the pool - and to some good snorkeling areas. The manager was very helpful in booking this condo.

This condo is on the beautiful grounds of the golf course. Our girls (4 and 6) loved swimming in the small pool that was beautifully maintained and was always all to ourselves! While we were there, Kailua Kona was muggy and hot, so we were thankful for the A/C in the bedroom at night. Our girls ended up sleeping with us on the large King size bed! The condo definitely needs some updating, but all the appliances work and the lower rate per night was worth it to us!

The location was wonderful and the pool was warm and saltwater! We were in it at least twice a day. The only thing that was wrong was the dining room furniture, the wicker was broken and we did not use it once for fear it would fall apart, but the patio furniture was great and we used that! I recommend this as a future place to stay in Kona. it was not quite big enough for 2 adults and 3 kids. But again the location was awesome! The neighbors were very friendly and we enjoyed ourselves immensely!
