The location is good with easy access to most good places in north Goa, especially around Anjuna and Vagator. The staff was extremely cooperative and helpful, and that is where the points go to Anamiva. The hotel is artfully designed and you can see the hints in the way art has been placed in little nooks and corners or the meshwork of the windows or the bathroom walls. The little benches in the corridors and the beautifully designed bar all add to the bonus. The hotel has a private parking area on the road which makes it all the more comfortable if you have rented a car in Goa. Overall, great experience. Will definitely visit again.

Breakfast quite frankly was average. Not much variety. Improve the options in breakfast and you have an absolute winner.

The lobby is decent with a library and bakery attached.

Too many do’s and dont’s- felt like boot camp army hotel. Only 2 tiny bottles of water allowed per room. It’s right next to a loud night club so all night we could hear loud music and drunk people .

Hôtel coup de cœur en inde il est parfait pour une famille mais aussi pour des groupes d'amis. Propreté et équipements sont au rendez vous. Le gérant est très sympathique et s'adresse directement aux clients. la restauration est extrêmement bonne , le personnel est souriant. aucun problème de contact car ils font tout pour nous comprendre même si on ne parle pas anglais.

There is a larger and loud nightclub next door that plays music until past 8am. Barely slept and staff were very unhelpful. Great location should you want to go clubbing, however far from beach and peace.

The room was clean and had a comfortable bed. The balcony would have been great if not right by the road. If you are looking for a location that is further away from the beach away from the main tourist spots I would recommend this place.

Our room was right next to the noisy/busy road that kept us up at night and meant we had to keep the curtains closed the whole time to avoid passers by looking in - not quite the oasis with a garden view that we were promised. A real shame as we expanded our budget specifically in order to pay for this extra luxury. There was also a mix up with payment. Although we had paid for the hotel 5 months in advance, we were ordered to pay the full amount at check out with little explanation other than "because they could not find the payment" - even though we had received confirmation of receipt from Anamiva 4 months prior. It was resolved in the end but wasn't a particularly satisfactory interaction.

We werden op voorhand niet ingelicht over werkzaamheden in en naast het hotel. Het restaurant was gesloten. (Alternatief: afhaalmaaltijden op de kamer eten??) Ook aan het zwembad kon je niet relaxen door een constant geklop en geboor. We checkten na 1 dag uit, maar hebben tot op heden (2maand) geen terugbetaling ontvangen.

It's a very quaint place parked in a quiet corner which is not very busy, but close by from where you want to go. The staff was cordial and prompt and were available when you needed them. The place was clean and well maintained. The ambience and furniture is well set. The rooms are spacious enough and well lit with all the amenities needed.

There was work going on in their restaurant which kind of did not let us enjoy their pool to the best that we wanted to. There was dust in the air because of the grinding and drilling.

Excellent location, well designed, good value

The owner/manager isn't very hospitable. Seems to carry a chip on her shoulder. Refused to accept 2K currency notes, when it's actually illegal to refuse them.
