The place is nice, secured, and peaceful. It is near the transport terminals, malls, and market. The host is very accommodating, she respond to queries in no time. Lobby attendants are approachable. Our booking was confirmed easily even though our stay falls on a Philippine holiday. Feels like home, there is the kitchen, 2 bedrooms, clean toilet, and heated shower room. Combined living room and dining area is spacious for guests of 4. Will definitely stay again here if ever I need to be in Manila for few days specifically in Cubao area. This is memorable as I celebrated my birthday on the 3rd day before we checkout.

It's in the city center near to many establishments for shopping and even for different government satellite offices like DFA, PRC, etc...

My and my friends loved the place so much since it's only a walking distance to the Araneta Center. Rooms are all clean and I preferably like how it feels like home. I highly recommend this place. The caretaker who's probably the sister's owner was also nice.

Cubao is nice area, with plenty of quality shopping. It is not great for entertainment, so it depends on your priorities. The condo is extremely good and and the apartment is spacious with 2 bedrooms, which is good for 3 people. The kitchen is compact, but it works well. I will happily stay here again

For an apartment of this quality, it is surprising that there is no allowance for a washing machine. There is no laundry within the condo complex, so you do laundry by hand or look for a laundry shop
