The room was adequate for my needs, AC working well, bed and beddings very comfortable, restroom towels and toiletries provided. The desk provided was good as I had to work some while I was there, but the electric outlets were not close to the working desk so I had to charge my laptop in between working. Every brekky comes with fried rice, two typical Pinoy breakfast proteins and an egg dish. You also have bread (white loaf), and some fruit and veg options (like tomato, cucumber and sliced pineapples). I love that there is a store in the lobby in case you need anything in the middle of the night or what, but free water was somehow not as accessible. There wasn't a water station in our floor or hall.

There is no closet, though, just an area where you can hang a few clothes in the corner of the room. The second day brekky the fried rice was still wet, like it wasn't fried properly. Other than that it's ok.

Comfortable bed. Cleanliness. Some staff friendly most not.

The reception staff was not very welcoming right from the beginning. Some of them did warm up toward the end of our staying and they helped us with some printing. We were located at the third floor and the hotel has a system where you need to get your own drinking water on the ground floor in a space located outside the hotel. That was really uncomfortable. The room had no wardrobe and cabinet or nothing to store your close not even a luggage racks, also known as suitcase stands. Only a little bar with three hungers. Breakfast was poor no butter but margarine, cheap marmalade, rotten fruits, artificial juice, watery filter and burned filter coffee. Meet and fish and rice poor standard, the worst breakfast I had in Philippine during our one month travelling. No many international tv channels. Synthetics towels. No toothbrush holders in the toilet. A/C old model and very noise. The only good thing was that the bed was pretty comfortable. What we found upsetting is that with the right vision could provide better services but it seems that either the owner of the hotel or the management have no heart to provide true hospitality. We do like to write good review but in this case unfortunately we cannot do that in the hope that the owners decide to buy those wardrobe or closet or anything to allow their guest to store their personal belongings and clothed properly and not on the floor. Also training their staff in hospitality which translate in warm and friendly welcoming and not sad and unmotivated faces. SORRY!
