The location is beautiful just on the shore and at night is so peaceful this time of year. Being next to a bird reseŕve you can see cormorants, flamingos, foxes, hawk moths and other species. The beach is closed in by a breakwater and ideal for swimming.

There wasn't anything not to like except if you're staying for several days a 2 peron couch would be better than just dining chairs.

Giovanni has been an excellent host. I hadn't realised the structure was too isolated for my plans (I had no car) and then decided to shorten my stay to one night only and moved to Termoli. Giovanni, not only kindly agreed to that, but he also helped me with my search and gave me a lift from and to the station. The building is just by the sea with a private beach and the view is simply breathtaking (see attached photo, taken at dawn - no wonder the name Sunrise is just perfect for the structure). Campomarino Lido village is ~20 min away on foot; if you have a car, do visit the beautiful marine protected area around it. I wish I had a car and more time to truly enjoy it!

Very kind host. Really beautiful and quiet location by the sea. Clean and overall comfortable.

A warmer light by the bed and a bit better kitchen equipment would have been nice.
