Great location!

Clean unit - great location and access to beaches, restaurants, shops, etc.

The ocean is 3 minute walk from condo. Right next to restaurants. Also, Shopping right by condo. Owner even had a welcome gift. Excellent stay.

We loved this Condo. It's a great location to get anywhere on the island and directly down from some great beaches if you don't want to travel anywhere. Our house was super responsive and very helpful. Something worth noting is that the AC unit is in the main living room. So the bedroom doesn't get very cool. But there are fans in there. This is pretty standard for homes and Maui, but something mainlanders should be aware of. Oh! Also be careful not to lock yourself out the back patio door like we did lol but the main office is also super helpful we found 🙂

Lovely little place in very quiet complex. Excellent communication with the host. Right across the street from beautiful beaches in a cute little beach town and a great location to base out of and explore. Kitchen and bathroom are updated and sparkling clean. The only thing I would suggest is that the couch cushions, bed linens and pillows can use an upgrade. Overall very comfortable.

The owner responded immediately to address an issue with the pull out sofa and stayed in contact until it was resolved. Unit was very clean. My only wish was to have a/c in the bedroom. There is a window unit in the living room which kept that area comfortable but coming from a cooler climate, the heat made it difficult to sleep. However, most people would be fine.

This location is perfect for people who don't want to drive. We were able to Uber around for less than $10 most trips. Even the trip to Lahaina was only $60! The pool was nice, clean, and perfect for nighttime winding down. The condo had plenty of things to help us have a good stay: extra towels, blankets, glasses (cause we drank a LOT) and beach supplies. I only wish it came with some basic spices for cooking!! The hostess was EXTREMELY great in helping me plan for the surprise...even helped decorate the unit in advance of our arrival!

We found this location to be exactly what we needed: close to the beach, reasonably priced, and located in an area with things to do. It’s not the fanciest place, but it served our needs very well. Beach is a short walk through the parking lot, and beach chairs and umbrella are provided. Thank you very much we would definitely stay here again!

Best Location in Kihei. No car needed to get around the area. The property manager was excellent. All our needs were taken care of immediately.

Well equipped with good quality things. Towels, bedding, etc. were nice. The washer and dryer were especially appreciated when you consider the convenience and savings.

Location was great. Support staff was good. Unit was good, bathroom could have been a little cleaner. We believe the neighbor on the left (145) was feeding the chickens which made using the outdoor dining a bit hard. Every movement brought them around! Thanks

The apartment had everything we needed and was located right across the street from the beach so we could walk there with our stuff and spend time there whenever we wanted! It is also within walking distance of countless food options. We really enjoyed having morning walks to some bakeries and cafes that were nearby, and evening walks to watch beautiful sunsets. Sahar was very communicative and welcoming and made sure that we were comfortable.

Highly recommend this property. Owner was easy to deal with and the condo had everything we needed. We had wifi, laundry facilities and the location was close to an amazing pool. We also had all beach supplies like chairs, umbrella, cooler and boogie board!

The unit was in a prime location. Less than a 5 minute walk to the beach and walkable to many restaurants and shops along the main street. The unit had everything we needed for our 4 day stay. Loved there was a washer/dryer in the unit and AC in the living room. It was an easy drive to Kahului, Lahaina, Wailea, and even the Upcountry. Would definitely stay here again if we had the chance.

This Kihei condo was great! Close to the beach and town, clean and comfortable with beach chairs and towels for use. Really enjoyed our stay.

We were extremely pleased with our condo at Kai Nani. We couldn't have asked for more. We hope to visit again!

The property was great, pool was amazing, and location was superb! Condo was well equipped with the basic toiletries provided. Special surprise of a perfectly ripe pineapple was an added bonus. A special thank you to the property manager who was extremely responsive and went above and beyond to sort out an email issue. It was a lovely stay and we'll be back!

Adequate, but nothing special about this place.

This was my second time renting Sahar’s place. I love it and planned my trip around the availability of her unit. It’s walking distance to the beach, organic grocer, coffee, açaí bowls, shopping, restaurants, beach sunsets, as well as snorkel and scooter rentals. The bed is comfy. Fans and cross breeze kept me cool and I didn’t need the A/C. Love that I can cook there and save money on food. There is even a blender for smoothies and daiquiris. Used the pool on days when the ocean was too choppy. Grabbed a fresh-fallen plumeria from the tree right out front each day to wear above my right ear. (Right ear signifies single and left ear signifies married/in a relationship.) Love the walk-out lanai for instant access to the earth for meditation and earthing. As a solo traveler, I feel so safe here in Sahar’s condo. The community is also friendly and the grounds are well taken care of. Sahar responds to my messages very timely and all the checkin info was thorough and easy. This is also a great space for a couple or family. And you’ll have beach chairs, towels, toys, umbrella, cooler and boogie board. So easy! P.S. There are wild chickens on Maui. (Turned loose due to hurricane Iniki.) They’re beautiful and harmless. The chickens weren’t here at Sahar’s place last year but they did come through the back yard daily in groups of 2-6 on this trip of mine. Don’t feed them. They are wild animals and do fend for themselves. They also tend to nap on the lanai chairs unless you keep them pushed in at the lanai table.

If your traveling with an elderly person. This is the perfect condo. It’s on the ground floor that is a few steps from the parking lot and handicap parking stall. Very quite except for the resident roosters and chickens in the early morning.

Exactly what we needed

Was everything we needed, and in the middle of lots of great places to eat, shop, and nearby grocery store. Great beach to watch the sunsets, which gathers a great crowd of spectators. Owner hospitality was great, and plenty of parking available. I’ll be back to stay!

Beautiful, clean, basic condo in the perfect location. We had everything we needed to prepare our own meals with lots of good pots and pans and knives, and even tupperware thoughtfully provided so we could store leftovers. However, we were too hot in the bedroom. When there is a breeze and you can open the windows it isn’t too bad, but if you need privacy or there isn’t a breeze, it is stiflingly hot.

My daughter (7) and I came to Maui for spring break. The rental was perfect for us! This area has lots of beaches and a nice swimming pool on the lot. We were able to follow and use the bus transportation to almost everywhere. It was convenient to get a few groceries and our rental had everything we needed to cook meals with. This was a wonderful vacation and we’d love to stay here again.

I had a nice stay and overall experience. Communication was excellent, condo was clean and well furnished, and was located within short walking distance of a fish house which had a range of good menu items.

We had a lovely stay here- the condo had everything we needed. We loved the short walk to the beach and enjoyed swimming, boogie boarding, and amazing sunsets. The place was clean and exactly as advertised.

The host welcomed with a Pineapple and chocolate! This property is just few minutes walk away from beach, restaurants and convenience stores and any activities you planned to do like Haleakala national park. Highly recommend this rental property.

I loved my 10-day stay in Sahar’s condo! It’s on the ground floor so no stairs inside. Plenty of parking and spots and close to the door. There are stairs from the lot to the front door. Lots of plumeria trees in the front yard. I picked a fallen plumeria to wear above my ear daily! The birds were exquisite every day with their fascinating chirps and calls! Inside, the condo is just as shown in the pictures. It had everything I needed! My favorite part was the view out the lanai to the back yard. Having a walkout lanai gave me easy access to the grass, yard, grill, plants, flowers, birds, geckos and the large outdoor space. This back yard became one of my favorite things because it was shaded, it has no one walking or driving by, and it’s so lush that it provided a gorgeous view all the time. I thought I was going to be sad that it wasn’t an ocean view but I saw that most ocean views in Kihei also meant that people and cars would be going by, too. This was quieter and more private! Sahar was so responsive to me all the time. Her replies were always so timely. She even researched in advance and kindly helped me find local things I wanted to do. That was above and beyond! One day, the front door was stuck and I couldn’t open it. She and her husband came over within the hour to help me and to provide me with WD-30 to keep it lubricated for the future. **If the door is stuck, pull the handle toward you and then turn the key. ** That helped too! The bed was really comfy. I slept well every night. Plenty of room in the closet and the dresser to unpack. Although people can walk by the bedroom, they didn’t seem to at night. There is an air conditioner in the living room. I used it one day. The ceiling fans and natural air flow kept it at a very comfy temperature. The position of the unit also kept the lanai shady in the afternoon. Perfect! The furniture was comfy. I loved having the inside and outside tables to choose from for eating. The kitchen had all the tools I needed — even plastic bowls with lids for leftovers and lunches to go. Sahar’s travel cooler came in handy for taking lunch to the beach. Also loved that Sahar supplied beach chairs, umbrella and towels. Made it so easy! This condo is within easy walking distance of the beach, grocery, restaurants, shops, and liquor store. So convenient! I highly recommend Sahar’s place and I’d definitely stay here again!
