Floors were dirty, dust, crumbs, sand on arrival. Washing machine is janky, had to call someone to fix and can only run on certain sizes and temperatures. Garbage disposal was full of limes, glass, pasta, bottle caps from previous occupants. I had to use long barbecue rings to clean out and retrieve all that gross stuff to be able to use and it smelled terrible. Dishwasher smelled terrible until we ran 2 cycles after maintenance came by. Refrigerator freezer handle has been glued on several times and keeps coming off. Master bathroom shower drips all day and night. Plaster coming down on floor from previous water leaks. Condo need some major attention, maintenance, updating.

Nothing to like about the property.

1. WiFi not working 2. Roof/ceiling broken with safety concerns. Hole in the roof/ceiling. Could not use any part of patio. 3. Urine smell entire condo 4. None of the tv work. Upon asking the host - states it’s a remote issue. Not true 5. Pots and pans all rotten. Can’t cook. Layers are peeling off. 6. Dishwasher not working 7. Dryer not working. 8. Kitchen filthy dirty. 9. No beach towels. And no access to the beach towels at the resort. 10. Worst property ever stayed in.

The weather was nice, and we had many friends that were visiting.

I was forced to book at this property since I had made reservations at another property that were cancelled due to the property overbooked. I was in route to the Rocky Point at the time of my cancellation. What is a person to do when you have your children and friends with you planning on vacationing in Rocky Point for a few days? I booked at three times the price of similar properties were two weeks prior. Thinking this property must be an excellent property for the price. The property was in sad shape, beat up, scrapped up, not fully furnished as advertised, average views for the property, linens were old and scratchy, towels were of second hand quality, floor was dirty and gritty, blender was broken, no dish soap, no dishwasher detergent, no laundry detergent. I had no towel service by the pool, but I paid over $500 more a night than I had booked! This was a miserable experience due to the condition of the property Now the ironic thing is the property management called me to tell me they were upgrading me to a better property which I believe was from a two br two ba property to a 3 br 2 ba property, but I can only imagine what the 2 br ba property was like if this property was an upgrade?
