Great location, with parking, right in the heart of P-town.

Great location, super clean.

A perfect place to stay when visiting Provincetown MA. Close to center of activity but away enough for quiet time on the beach too. The 2BR was perfect. Living room spacious, bathroom clean and galley kitchen the right size for a short stay. Cannot wait to book this condo again!!

Not at the property much as we were visiting family..but great location and met all of our needs..would stay again.

Clean and comfortable place, very convenient and walkable location

This condo is in a great location towards the east end of PTown and with a nice stretch of beach right at the end of the property. Impeccably clean and thoughtfully stocked. It's a small space, so great if you're going to be out and about a lot.

Propert was a cute little apartment but didnt seemed cramped at all with 3 people. I had an issue with the key box putting it back to its spot but our host contacted me back within minutes but i had already realized my issue. It was hard to tell by the description whether it was an actual water front apartment which it wasnt but still had views of the water and water front property with a nice deck. The bathroom although small was very well laid out with a great shower. We had a great time during our stay and plan to revisit and hope to rent in the same building that this rental is in. Overall we were very happy.

Overall the apartment was nice, great location. Marea was excellent to work with and very responsive. As someone had mentioned, there are two sets of steps that may be difficult for those with a mobility issue but nothing daunting. The place was clean and read for us on arrival. The only " complaint/suggestion I have is that one of the mattresses should probably be replaced.

This is our 3 time staying at this property ! We love this place as it close to every thing and has free parking as well as kitchen and space to relax.

Clean, spacious 2 bedroom right on Commercial street. It is a perfect East end location in that it is close to everything, but out of the fray of all the people. The kitchen is small (but adorable ) and has everything you need. The living space and bedrooms have plenty of room. There is a wonderful shared deck behind the property with amazing views of the harbor, and all of the other guests were very friendly. The parking spaces are tight as mentioned. We have a grand Cherokee that just fit. Marea responded quickly to any questions we had. We feel so lucky to have discovered this gem after staying in Provincetown for many years.

And the beach was in the back! We had two little ones so being close to places with coffee and close proximity to views of ocean and action were wonderful so we could enjoy all that Ptown had to offer. On-site parking was great!

What a great place! Our stay was in late June 2023, and we had four 55+ adults. We come to Provincetown every summer, but we have usually stayed closer to the West End. This location was wonderful and being right at the ocean/beach was fantastic! We got to explore and discover some places we have never been to on any of our previous trips. Parking is tight, but that's true everywhere in Provincetown. We had two vehicles and parked the second vehicle in a private lot just a few doors east of the unit on Commercial St. at a reasonable/typical overnight rate. The unit was absolutely perfect for four people, and it had everything we needed. It was very clean and everything was in full operational order. There were plenty of supplies such as toilet paper, coffee pods, and paper towels, etc. for our stay (we didn't use any of these items as we brought our own, but the unit was well-stocked). The owner, Marea, was helpful and highly responsive to any questions we had during our stay. We had a few last-minute question on the morning of departure related to things we needed to do for check-out, and Marea responded right away. Note: There are quite a few stairs to get up to the unit. This was not an issue for us, but folks who have limited mobility may just want to be aware prior to booking. We would not hesitate to rent this same unit again, and I would rate it and the owner 10/10!

Terrific 2-bedroom condo right in the heart of P-Town. Walking distance to the ferry and lots of restaurants, shops and galleries. Shared deck right on the ocean was a nice bonus! Bathroom is very small, but the overall space was perfect for 3 adults. We ate out and cooked in the kitchen (which was well-stocked). Would definitely stay again!

The property was wonderful, well-maintained and comfortable. Location was excellent! Had a small issue with the lock and the owner resolved it immediately. Great experience!

We enjoyed our time at the condo and especially liked the patio/deck. It was a great place to start each of our days. Also an easy location to restaurants, shopping, and the beach. Only item missing was a washer and dryer. Thanks for the great rental!

This property is in a perfect location, on Commercial St. and steps away from the water. We didn't use our car at all. Within walking distance to an array of restaurants and boat tours. Communal deck was right on the water with tables, chairs and umbrellas. If you want to sit directly on the sand, bring your sand chairs. Very clean property. Thanks Marea!

Everything was great- unit was fully stocked and check in was easy. Great location in the East End of town. Very quiet yet close to all the shops and restaurants. Condo was well equipped and very clean.

Loved the condo and how nice it was to within walking distance of everything. Thank you Marea for making your condo available to us. My son was able to find an extra parking spot right on Commercial St across from Kids Stuff. Left it there all weekend just steps from the condo. Got to enjoy our favorite restaurants. Condo was very roomy and bedrooms very comfortable. Thank you again !!

We absolutely loved our stay! The location, the beach, and the unit was everything our family needed! Also, the beds were super comfortable! The only thing I wish it had was a place to dry towels and laundry amenities. We would most definitely stay here again!

This was so perfect. Happy to wake up and see the beach everyday. Plenty of space and beach towels as well as bath were privided. You could not ask for a better spot in ptown. Check out the captains daughters shop across the street and frozen drinks ar pepes next door. Hope to be back soon. Thank you

Great spot, clean and comfortable. Loved that it was a 2 BR perfect for our little family.

The property was clean, it had everything you would need and it was very comfortable. It’s right on the beach. There’s a huge shared deck which was plenty big enough. There were two grills on the deck which overlooked the ocean. It was an amazing view. It’s also right on Commercial Street so you can walk to everything. We didn’t have to move our car at all. The only thing was, the parking spot is tiny and you can only bring one car because you only get one spot so we car pooled down which was fine with us. The shower is low water pressure and there’s no hand held nozzle but overall it was beautiful there!! We would definitely rent there again!! I would highly recommend this property!! Five Stars!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
