Elias our host and property owner was just the best. We had delays with our flights and bike rentals and Elias was so accommodating with our constant change of plans. Highly recommend staying here in Montepulciano at this wonderful apartment just steps from the old city.

We spent 3 nights here in April 2023 and had a wonderful experience. Elias is very helpful and available for questions, recommendations, etc. The apartment is beautiful and spacious and the location is within easy walking distance (uphill of course but it's Montepulciano) of the main sights and attractions. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again if given the opportunity.

Elias was lovely and helpful. He showed me around the property and explained everything perfectly. The apartment was cosy and so nice for four people. We also had a great view when it snowed. Location was great. Even though it was just outside the walls of the city, it was perfect for us. Would stay again and I can’t wait to come back when it’s warmer

This property was perfect for my husband and I and plenty of space for another couple. The place was clean and so close to everything in montepulciano. There was free parking less than 50’ which was very convenient.

This was the perfect location for a week-long stay in Tuscany. Elias was such a helpful host, with spot-on recommendations for hill towns to visit, restaurants, vineyards and even how to purchase train tickets to Switzerland. Parking was free and it was a quick walk uphill to the old city. We visited the bakery next door each day and made several quick trips to the grocery store a block away. This clean, spacious and bright apartment made traveling with my adult children easy and memorable. Thanks, Elias!

From the moment we arrived at this beautiful apartment and met the owner - Elias - we were blown away!!! The apartment is very very spacious, well appointed and VERY clean!!! Elias is the PERFECT host. He explained everything to us and helped with suggestions on restaurants and things to do and see. The apartment is 300m from the main entrance to the old town of Montepulciano, and we walked there in just a few minutes. There's FREE parking 50m from the apartment, and a great supermarket 150m from the apartment. We absolutely enjoyed every moment of being there. Wonderful location just outside the gates of Montepulciano. Easy walk to numerous restaurants. More importantly, the lodgings are next to a wonderful coffee shop, bakery, gelato store, and a large grocery store. Also, a great steak house / pizza parlour next door as well.

From start of planning to actually arriving in Italy, Elias was an amazing host. He was very friendly and patient in answering all of our questions. My friend and I could not have asked for a better vacation! We stayed for two weeks in October of this year, and the place felt just like home only with an amazing view of Montepulciano! We had a long lovely stay in Montepulciano and enjoyed even though restaurants etc is closed. The people is very respectful and we never felt afraid of getting infected. The apartment is in a perfekt area and you cant find any better place if you enjoys hike etc. Its absolutely the most beautiful area you can imagine. Our landlord Elias was very helpful and helped us with everything, even not related to the apartment. You can relay on him in everything. We can strongly recommend this place and will definitely go back again.

Very clean and updated. Beds were comfortable and linens were upgraded. Best thing was our host who went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable. At the beginning he supplied information on close amenities and restaurant suggestions. He also checked in via e-mail to see how we were doing. Parking is not on site but there is a lot just a block away.

Lovely, warm, bright apartment close to everything: the charming city with wonderful shops and restaurants, free parking a very short distance away, a wonderful large Conad grocery store less than a block up the street, breathtaking views on your walk to the city, and a host that recommends best restaurants and nearby cities to visit. One person in our party left her shawl at the next door restaurant, C’era Una Volta (good pizza!), restaurant owner called landlord Elias to get exact address then owner brought shawl to our door! How thoughtful and kind. We loved Montepulciano and we loved our apartment!

Elias was a great host, he met us at apartment, explained everything, and gave us great tips and recommendations. He let us know he was always available by telephone, and checked in by text message to make sure we were having a wonderful time. The location is great with ample parking and a short walk to the historic town of Montepulciano. Directly across the street was a cafe with pizza, sandwiches, bakery, coffee, etc that we frequently visited. The food store Conads, which has everything, is just a block up the street. Could not think of a better location for exploring Montepulciano, the local wineries, and nearby hill towns. Great place to stay.

The apartment was very spacious with lots of light. The two bathrooms have been remodeled and were well done! We had 4 adults and used the two bedrooms plus the hide a bed and we were very comfortable. The kitchen is large with a table and a sitting area. The apartment is a very short walk to the center of Montepulicano and we enjoyed walking through the town and visiting the wine shops, cheese shops, and local crafts. The views are beautiful throughout the whole area. We also did a private wine tasting at Icario which is a short drive from the area. Pienza was another fun stop and the drive was less than an hour.

Beautiful, sunny, comfortable beds (a rare thing in Italy, for sure), great location. Only one downside - it's right next to a school. So if sleeping is is a must, bring ear plugs. The noise is not too bad but it's all at once around 8am. Kitchen was very well supplied with dishes, pots and pans. Big and bright. Thank you!!!!

Fantastic accommodations in the heart of Multepulciano. Close to the best bakery and grocery store. Steps to the old town with an abundance of fantastic place to eat, the most amazing wines. Day trips to the smaller out towns and wineries are easily accomplished. We will return.😘🍷🥂

Great location-so close to everything and within walking distance to town. Apartment was spacious and had the best shower.

When we arrived, Elias welcomed us warmly, showed us around the apartment, and recommended places to go and to eat. Everything was clean, in order, and well-stocked, including coffee and drinks in the fridge. There is so much space! I especially liked having a large bathroom, which includes a (teeny, tiny) washer. Large French doors open onto balconies with views of the countryside and parts of the town. The weather was perfect, and not only did we drink coffee on the balcony in the mornings, but we slept with the windows open. From this apartment, you are a short walk to the historic center of Montepulciano. On the way, you pass a large grocery store and a great local pizza place called Pizzeria Rosticceria Linda. Elias was very responsive, and out of all the places we stayed while in Italy, he was by far the most hospitable! The only constructive criticism I would offer is perhaps trade the turquoise sofas in for something a little more neutral. :-) We would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Elias!

Dear Elias, Thank you for being such a gracious host and helping with our transportation needs. I loved the location of the apartment and being part of a real Tuscan neighborhood for almost two weeks, rather than being isolated in a more touristy area. All the necessary amenities were close by: a large, modern grocery store, a wonderful neighborhood bakery and coffee shop,and of course, all the wine cantinis and restaurants in old town only a short walk away. Everything was so convenient and there was so much variety that we rarely left Montepulciano. Your large apartment was perfect for my family in that it provided both privacy and a great gathering area in the kitchen/family room for many great meals and conversations with lots of wine. It was great to have such a place for a home base just to slow down and enjoy the essence of the Tuscan culture. We'll always treasure our Tuscan adventure. The apartment is beautiful, and well-located. It was clean and nicely appointed for our party of four (two couples). Elias is a wonderful host, introducing us to the area, recommending restaurants, and checking to be sure all was in order. We would highly recommend it to anyone interested in visiting Montepulciano. We originally wished we were staying up in the old part of town, but realized how easy it was to get there, and had the advantage of being much easier to explore other areas, as well, we realized this was a perfect location. We toured surrounding towns, including Montalcino, Pienza, and La Foce, and explored as far away as Pisa and Volterra. We enjoyed the Contucci Restaurant (one of Elias' recommendations). We loved our stay!

This apartment was spacious, clean, well located and overall an excellent choice. Our host, Elias, was fabulous. He met us at the apartment and helped with luggage and made sure we knew everything we needed to know. He left us maps with locations marked for restaurants suggestions and even location for a perfect sunset view. Elias also left a map with suggestions for several small villages nearby that we should visit. He even brought us homemade cookies that his Mother had made. They were delicious. We highly recommend this property.

A stunning apartment, ideally located, with a supermarket one side and a bakery the other but more importantly within a short walking distance of Montepulcino. The owner, Elias, met us on arrival with drinks and biscuits, a perfect start to our holiday. Elias was always available for advice and help as required. We acted on his recomendations for local restaurants, wine tasting caves and hill top town visits, we throughly enjoyed them all. The apartment was clean, modern and well equipped. We will hopefully return to area soon and will have no hesitation in staying in this apartment.

We are three seniors who have booked through HomeAway some dozen times, mainly in the south of France. This was our first time in Tuscany. Both the property and our host, Elias, easily exceeded our expectations. Elias was most attentive and helpful. He welcomed us with some home-made (by his mother) cantucci biscuits, provided a thorough tour of his well-furnished and equipped apartment, and offered some much appreciated restaurant and sightseeing recommendations. The location was ideal: a two minute walk from the bus station, terrific bakery next door, and a five minute walk to the Tourist Office and the Porta al Prato gate of the medieval town. The bright, spotless, and spacious rooms made a perfect base for our daily outings. Other than some noise from the kids going to the school next door at 8 am, we found the apartment to be very quiet, secure, and quite comfortable. Everything worked: stove, dishwasher, washer. And the water pressure in the shower was the best we've had anywhere. We also appreciated that Elias checked with us several times during the week to make sure everything was OK. Without a doubt, this is where we'd like to stay if we were to return to Montepulciano. Thank you Elias for helping to make this a most memorable week.

Two couples stayed here for 2 nights in October. The location was perfect with free parking close by and an easy stroll to the walled city. The apartment was very bright and nicely furnished with comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Elias was very responsive to emails/texts and a perfect host, bringing us fresh baked cookies when we arrived! A perfect stay!
