Diese makellose, funkelnde 3 Schlafzimmer / 3 Badezimmer Luxus-Wohnung befindet sich im Herzen der Innenstadt von Ketchum. Herrliche Aussicht auf Bald Mountain und die Gipfel im Norden, ist dieses Anwesen ein absoluter Wahnsinn. Es wurde Ende 2017 fertiggestellt und befindet sich in makellosem Zustand. Es ist der perfekte Ort, um den umliegenden Spielplatz am Tag und die Restaurants und das Nachtleben von Ketchum am Abend zu genießen. Hartholzböden, Arbeitsplatten aus Stein, voll ausgestattete Küche, hochwertige Bettwäsche - alles zusammen macht dies zu einem unvergesslichen Ort, um Ihren Aufenthalt in der Stadt zu genießen. Die überdachte Terrasse und der Innen- / Außenkamin bieten den Besuchern einen Ort zum Entspannen, egal zu welcher Jahreszeit oder bei welchem Wetter. Die Unterkunft befindet sich nur wenige Gehminuten von Restaurants, Bars, Geschäften, Kunstgalerien und Lebensmittelgeschäften entfernt. Wonderful trip to Sun Valley. The condo was in a perfect spot downtown. The third floor (above unit) got loud at times but was worth it for the location. Furniture could be refreshed but overall great property. Hopefully we’ll be back!

Was awesome and will stay there again. One note for owner, the washing machine is making crazy noises and very loud. Also, check the lock on the front door....was very sticky at times.

Matt,We had a great stay. Here are a few thing a we noticed. The two faucets in master are broken. The shower in queen room is missing a screw on the knob. There’s a caned light in living room hanging down. Just wanted you to know these were noticed upon our arrival.Caroline

The property were attentive communicative and very easy to reach.
We did not have problems with the property so our communication was about where to go in town, what ski shops to use, etc.. They know the town and all their recommendations worked out great for us.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay on the Sun Valley area. We skied, shopped, visited with friends and frequented many restaurants. The Condo home was an excellent location in the center of Ketchum so we walked everywhere with ease or hopped on the free bus system to get to & from the hill.
The condo is nearly new, lots of natural light, and with a group of women three bathrooms with 5 sinks were really nice. We will stay there again!

This property was perfectly located and the interior was even better than the pictures. Sleeps 6 comfortably, and would highly recommend to anyone traveling to SV.

We stayed here for a long weekend in February. The location was perfect. We walked everywhere in town - to get groceries, grab dinner, enjoy a drink or visit the shops.
Matt was super easy to work with and the condo is beautiful. Comfy beds, nicely appointed bathrooms and a wonderful open kitchen/dining/living room space with floor to ceiling windows in the dining room. So many windows with views of the mountains!
The deck was covered and had a lovely outdoor fireplace with lots of comfy seating. The kitchen had everything we could ever need, including spices, olive oil, etc. and we used the fireplace in the living room daily.
Would highly recommend!

We very much enjoyed our stay! Perfect downtown location—we walked everywhere! The views are spectacular and the deck was perfect in the afternoon sun. My only feedback is that there was no hand soap anywhere to be found. We ended buying some from the grocery store so we could wash our hands!

It’s a well designed, beautiful space with walking access to town and short drives to skiing/hiking. We appreciate the light in there & the views. Matt, the property manager, is awesome and very responsive. We love our visits there.

Views in 3 directions including a spectacular vista of Bald Mountain along the length of the condo. One block from Main Street. Some of the top eateries in Ketchum less than a block away. Very good layout inside the condo.Matt is very helpful and responsive.

My husband and I enjoyed a 5-night getaway in Ketchum/SV, and this beautiful condo served as the perfect jumping off spot for all of the activities this great little mountain town has to offer. Matt was super friendly, responsive and easy to deal with! This condo features a mountain/contemporary style with huge views of the mountains/hills to the west, large windows with pano views and an easy walk to all of downtown Ketchum. The entire building is a true gem on this corner lot. Thanks Matt, for a great visit to this special little town.

This is the perfect condo for someone who wants to stay in town and walk everywhere (restaurants, galleries, shopping and to the ski bus). Nicely designed and appointed with great views of baldy.

The condo is the perfect place for a ski weekend with family and friends. It is beautiful with very high end finishes. The views of the mountains are amazing and the covered patio provides a fun outdoor gathering place. We greatly enjoyed our time there and will stay there again whenever we can.
