The place was well maintained

We got a suite and it was nothing different other than an extra couch, not much space, we kept hearing people around and we were in the 4th floor! And we didn’t have hot water to shower for what the front desk said sorry something is wrong and we will just give you some points for the inconvenience.

BEDS WERE COMFY

I would like to address my concerns from our stay this weekend. We were in town for a cheer competition for my daughter and we chose your hotel. However one of the reasons we chose this hotel was that it had an indoor pool to occupy our young children. However upon entering the pool area we noticed the strong odor of the chemicals from the pool. After about 10 minutes our kids were coughing uncontrollably and both of my children who were in the pool received chemical burns. My youngest received some of the burns on her private parts and was screaming unable to use the bathroom. This happened within a matter of MINITES! My son was in the pool and received chemical burns on his face. My mom and I were sitting inside the pool area but did not swim and I received chemical burns on my cheeks from how harsh the chemicals were inside the pool area. The area was not properly ventilated and whoever put the chemicals in the pool clearly did not know what they were doing. I am highly upset and my kids were incredibly distraught over the pain this caused them physically and emotionally as now they are terrified to go back to any pool to have fun. The pool needs to be closed until there can be proper ventilation AND the chemicals need to be corrected. The health and safety of your guest were NOT a top priority this weekend.

I was charged an additional fee of $50 for accidental damage at check in. Which was fine, but I feel like it should’ve been refunded after stay.

Good food, nice rooms

I was charged for extras that I didn't buy. It was only 11$ but still was charged to my room. When I questioned it I was told that I had to speak with a manager but one was not available till 9am. I left at 7am that morning to return home. A 13hr drive. Issue was not fixed.

We stayed multiple nights and each morning there were a different variety of hot breakfast items. It was delicious and a great way to start your busy day. Also, the staff was warm and welcoming! We had a great experience and will definitely stay here again in the future
