Everything was great. View was amazing. Only one issue is all the beds were way too hard for all of us. Sleep is important for all the walking you do to get everywhere. Other than that condo was absolutely beautiful.

We enjoyed our stay, condo was clean. Perfect place to stay if you like to fish or shop. Approx 3/10 of a mile from the pier and from Pier Park. We were able to walk to both.
Living room furniture was not very comfortable for lounging. Need to add a larger pizza pan and pizza cutter. Master bedroom needs brighter bulbs. Availability of luggage carts when we arrived were non existent, we had to carry our stuff. ( However,these things would not keep us from staying again!). Elevator access was much quicker than other places we've stayed, but we were just on the second floor so we used the steps most of the time. There was little to no wait times which was a major plus. Access to beach and chairs provided was great as well.
When I reached out to Warren Beach rentals with questions they responded promptly and professionally.
We were very well pleased with our stay!

This is about our 14th year with The Warren Beach Rental Team. There has never been a problem. A professional team that always has your paper work in order, timely reminders and heads up on any changes or news for your stay.
The owner and his team are true professionals who care about their clients. I am a client for Life. People who care about their clients is a rare now. The unit is always in pristine condition with excellent flooring and furnishings. For a hassle free and trust worthy team look no further. I take recommendations very serious and do not give them often unless I have had a proven track record with the business. As my reputation is on the line as well. Visited for 3 nights with adult children. Perfect location within walking distance to everything we needed..including Target. Very clean and modern. The setup is nice, bedrooms are all set apart and all 3 have their own bathroom. Corner unit has lots of windows and huge balcony with ample seating. The view is amazing! Nice to have laundry in the unit. We visited the weekend of Christmas and there weee some Christmas goodies waiting for us. Will definitely book this one again!!!

This was my third visit to Calypso and it was also my 50th birthday celebration. My family consisted of five of us, myself and my cousin, my daughter and her boyfriend, early 20’s and my 14 year old daughter. Each of us had a ball!!! Everyone could come and go as they pleased. Beach was perfect!! Condo and kitchen were a dream as usual. Sunrise and sunsets from the balcony were exquisite!! Resort was perfect. This trip was everything I wanted, absolutely perfect. Will definitely be returning!!

I’m standing by the door with the code in my head after a flight & a trip to Walmart. I’m like the code doesn’t work. I call their number, call back in two minutes or less on Friday night about 7. Did you enter #, no I didn’t. As advertised, what they quote is what you pay. The photos accurately show the property. We were in 209 W, beautiful views. They even had old school box fans in the closest to use in the bedroom if you like. I have them at home. Great visit.

We were very happy with warren beach rentals. Everything was just as they said. No hidden costs. Calypso resort was nice. The corner room was just as they said. Calypso resort could do a better job. The fire alarm went off four times in the 9 days we were there. Twice at 4:00 am. Good thing we were on the second floor so we didn’t have to walk down all the stairs to evacuate. The garage parking locked me out cause the scan said my car was already in there when it wasn’t. Good thing it was during the day when the security guard let me in. Also the units air conditioning whistled a lot. Minor things overall for a nice resort.

This was our second time staying in this unit. We love it and it has the most beautiful view Warren Beach. It’s so easy to work with they communicate with you better than anybody has ever communicated with us on our visit to Panama City Beach.

As always this has been our place for over 13 years. Always just as pictured , never a problem or issue that was not immediately resolved. A professional team that communicates in a timely matter. Never a mix up or unit not available. For a Professional team of excellence with a team that really cares about their clients you cannot go wrong. We so appreciate doing business with a professional team that the two of us have leased it and stayed by our selves not to loose the lease. I assure you this is the place to be. Warren Beach Rentals did a fabulous job finding us the perfect condo! I brought my 92 year old mother and was concerned getting her to and from the sand but the beach guys at Calypso could not have been nicer. They assisted my mom up and down the steps to the beach and had the gator ready for her to take her out to our beach chairs. Overall, we had a great experience & perfect weather.

We would recommend staying in 209W! No long waits for an elevator. Great views from this corner unit. The kitchen is stocked with basic essentials. Good water pressure in the showers! Beds were just okay, not bad, just okay. Plenty of room for 8 people.
Now for the pool area- The pool area is minimal - there are never enough chairs poolside. Also, there is only 1 poolside table!
Keep in mind if you want or need a break from the sun there are NO umbrella tables! However, the west side pool area stays shaded until midday. We had great service from the guys that set up the beach chairs! Our niece was taken to our complimentary beach chairs in a Gator every day due to her limited mobility! Thanks guys! ❤️

We love the calypso! Was our 17th year staying with them. Location is unbeatable. Traffic sucks. Getting in and out of parking garage is stressful and tedious. It used to be a 4 digit code. Now it’s a bar code. Unit was clean. Good water pressure. Only thing I would criticize is the crappy cookware And No Pizza Cutter! We like to cook and the pans need to be thrown away! Otherwise we loved!

The water heater was very noisy. Pots and was nasty. In the master bedroom you had to flush the toilet several time and the shower knob was stripped.

Definitely had plumbing issues that need serious attention the bathroom in the queen bedroom by kitchen smells like raw sewage. There was black stuff in toilets in all bathrooms upon arrival. There was gnats all in the kitchen like they was coming from garbage disposal (*note we did not cook the whole time we was there) ordered pizza 1 night and gnats were covered inside box next morning. The dryer had to be 20yrs old and didn’t dry clothes well at all. Maid service came 3 times within 10 minutes starting around 9:20 rushing us out to leave (2 knocked on door and 1 just let herself inside while we was still in the condo).
The location and the view was awesome. We have stayed at the calypso before that’s why we chose this location again but there were several things that didn’t make the stay as pleasant this time.

Great location, beautiful views with this 2nd floor corner unit. Close to everything. AC problems, but they responded quickly. Toilets need some work but everything was as advertised.

For a family of 7 plenty of space and super kid friendly. This is our 2nd time staying there and can’t wait till fall 2022. Super easy reservations and check out. Would recommend over and over again.

Great location
Calypso is the best location on the beach if you don't wanna get back in the car. You got the beach, the pier for fishing and sight seeing, several restaurants at pier par as well as movies, shopping, and a few carnival style rides for the little ones. This was our 11th stay at Calypso and it's always a great experience. We have also used Warren beach rentals on several of these stays without any issues and we got to check in an hour early this time which is not to be expected but we called and the condo was ready and the freindly lady said we were good to go. 👍

Excellent location and unit
209W was fantastic, the view took your breathe away the minute you entered the unit. Very comfortable for 4 people. Warren Beach Rentals was very responsive, and even let us see our next years unit.

Excellence, Responsive, Professional and Personable
This is our 5th year using Warren Beach Rentals and the 5th time staying at the Calypso. The property is beautiful and the views are amazing. Walking distance to Pier Park is a huge plus for my family too. Warren Beach Rentals is super quick to respond if the need arises and very friendly and personable. A wonderful experience all around!

We were very pleased with the location and the beach. You can park your car and be within a short walk to great restaurants and shopping. The condo was well equipped and provided everything we needed.

Beautiful View
Super clean upon arrival. Beautiful views in the living room and one bedroom. Beds were comfortable. Dishwasher did not work despite running it twice, but I sent an email to management so hopefully that gets fixed soon for future guests. (No biggie for us to hand wash). There was a keurig, coffee maker, blender, skillets, pots, and a couple plastic containers. We had a very nice stay.

this property was perfect! the very best locations, from an amazing coffee shop in the building to being steps away from Pier Park! I have rented many places with VBRO and this was the best. Communications from the rental company were excellent. I can't wait to go back.
the views were wonderful, and the 2nd floor was perfect. I usually like higher floors, but this was great as you could avoid the wait for the elevator.

Excellent PCB location
Great property in the best PCB location!! We loved being close to Pier Park and loving on other people's puppies @ Dog Beach nearby. We had terrible weather, but the condo was so nice and well stocked that we had a great trip anyway. We would definitely stay here again!!!

We were booked at another property for our vacation but due to a tornado that came through the morning of our arrival, the unit we were supposed to stay in didn't have electricity or water. Bruce at Warren Beach Rentals was kind enough to find us another corner 3br 3ba unit at a different property within minutes. I will definitely be headed back to the beach and be sure to reach out to Warren Beach Rentals for their help as their attention to detail and customer service was exceptional! Our unit we stayed in was on the 2nd floor and convenient to the stair well so no elevator wait! Also the 2 beach chairs and umbrella included in the rental fee was an added benefit.

Fun family vacation
We had a wonderful stay in this condo. It was perfect for our family of 5. Loved the convenience of being on the second floor. Condo was equipped with everything you’d need and then some! Fun spring break!

Unfortunate construction/repairs
Stayed at Calypso during spring break 2021 and unfortunately that is the week they decided to paint the exterior of the west side and close the west end pool. And lucky us our balcony was the getting on and off point for the workers to get on their lift. They put their ladder up to our balcony every morning while we drank our coffee and used it to access their lift. On the third day it seemed to be raining, but only over our building. We removed all of our towels from the balcony and went ahead down to beach figuring the raid would stop or get worse. When we got outside the building was when we realized the workers were pressure washing the balconies above us and that is why it seemed as if it were raining. I reached out to the owners but unfortunately the property managers for Calypso do not relay closures/maintenance to owners before hand. The condo itself was great and would stay there again when all work has been completed. The 2nd floor is super convenient because you can just use the stairs which are located right next to condo and it is convenient to the 3rd floor skywalk that takes you to he parking garage.

Property was clean and comfortable. We did not realize when we rented that the unit was right above pool filter maintenance area that was noisy and distracting of the ocean sounds. Trash shoot was also next to unit and the noise could be heard from the bedroom. The beach was nice and not crowded. The convinence of property to the Pier was perfect.
