Beautiful villa, huge/amazing pool, and the villa was very spacious, with sea views.

Location was a little bit isolated, so getting to the nearest beaches cost $10-15 each way. Given the cost of the villa (we paid about $5,000 for 5 nights), we were a bit surprised at some the extras that were charged (e.g. no drinking water provided, so $1 per small bottle). The food was good, but a little expensive for what it was (prices comparable to eating in a hotel restaurant - main courses charged at approx $15 per head). The cable TV service wasn't working, although we were told that this was a problem affecting the island more generally. The laundry service didn't really work - it took 2 days for laundry to be returned, and some of it came back smelling of damp, so we weren't charged for this as a result

It took me a whole day to actually take in all the beauty and space. This villa is magnificent, spacious, cleverly engineered to give you natural light, shining throughout the house and into each room, with impressive conceptual interior design. Windows all over, designed to make the cool outdoor breeze flow through the entire villa with ease. The whole staff was friendly and so welcoming, the chef, the gardeners, the security guards, the manager and every other person there made us feel so at home. The food is so delicious, many choices on the menu, even my picky kids started eating anything and eveything on the table. They did not hesitate to answer on our demands, you could ask for something out of the property and the staff will happily provide for you. The outdoor area is magical. I have gazed into the starry sky for hours. There are pathways going down the sloped property of the villa, around the huge pool, leading to the most beautiful spot on this side of the island. The private garden and swimming pool look like it should be the main area in a full-sized hotel, I have never seen a private space this big. The trees and plants are so vigorously lush. I can literally pluck a fruit out of a papaya tree from the balcony, or smell the lime tree branches that are peeking through the master bedroom window. To sum it up, 10/10. No one will ever regret staying here, the only regret we felt was that we should have booked more time here and less time everywhere else.

The property is too beautiful than the online pictures. It is cozy and feels more homely. Very clean,staffs are very friendly and helpful credits to Hamdu and Beroo😊😊. We were a group of 17 ( adults and kids),all satisfied. We had a delicious seafood BBQ buffet,I recommend it. Thanks to the host who has been checking on us from time to time to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our time. Indeed we had a fantastic experience and we were sad to leave. We shall visit again. I recommend this place on 💯💯💯, it is exceptional…

Nothing at all. Everything was perfect

One of the most incredible places we have EVER stayed in and we are a group of 8 pretty well-versed travelers. Absolutely stunning views, spacious and super comfortable rooms, crazy delicious meals and, above all, the most professional and kindest host and personnel that made us all feel right at home. Look no further! THIS is the place for your magical Zanzibar vacation!

Not a single thing

Fantastic property with an amazing pool that is well lit up post sunset. The house is set up so you have stunning sea views from all rooms. The staff also made the stay incredibly easy, with Abdul being incredibly accommodating and the cleaning staff making the place immaculate.

Very little I didn't like but if I was being pedantic the outside area could do with a little more shade and some softer grass
