Property was perfect. Great location, great neighborhood. Central to all our activities. Our main reason for visiting Reno was to attend Rodeo. Had a great time. Only minor issue was the hot tub jets didn't seem to have any power. Otherwise, wonderful! Will rent again if in Reno.

House was clean and well kept. Nice quiet area.

Had a great stay. Loved the big, fully stocked kitchen and pool table. Quite neighborhood.

Charming location walking distance to mountain hiking trails and Truckee river. 10 minutes from downtown. House is in well-kept neighborhood with friendly neighbors. The home is well appointed and pet friendly with excellent enclosed back yard. Wi-Fi signal excellent . Train sounds periodically add to atmosphere. We are rebooking for later this year for family reunion.

Clean and comfortable 3 bedroom home with large kitchen and dining area. Perfect accommodations for my family's get together. Quiet family neighborhood near public land trails and fishing the Truckee River. Easy communications with the property manager. We plan to book again this summer!!

We were very happy with our stay at this property. I have rented many homes traveling with my large family, and we all agreed that this home had the best kitchen set up of any home we've ever rented. There is always a kitchen device that we can't find and wish we had when cooking at our VRBO's in the past, but this home had everything we needed and more. We also appreciated the games in the living room as my toddlers spent a lot of time playing with the new toys. All the beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean. The home was located in a nice neighborhood that was easy driving distance from all of our family in Reno. We would definitely want to stay at this home again on our next trip to visit our Reno family.

This place is beautifully situated for hiking, fishing, etc, and is clean, well set up - it was perfect for our family. Highly recommend and will rent again!

Just what we needed for a week of fishing and skiing. Awesome place in a nice location.

We worked our search and rescue dogs for 4 days straight what a wonderful place to come home too and be able to relax at the end of a long day

We had a great time staying in this beautiful home. It was better than the pictures and we’ll equipped with all we needed. The location was nice and my local Reno family was able to gather with us for a lovely family dinner. My only suggestion would be to switch to unscented detergents and fabric softeners for the linens as a couple of my family members had to stay elsewhere due to allergic reactions to the intense synthetic smell of the ones currently used.

Close to shopping centers. Wished jets in hot tub worked better, after a day of snowboarding. Family loved the pool table and the bicycles.

The house was nicely laid out and well equipped. We all enjoyed the pool table very much! The couches were nice, the backyard was fenced, and there was a very nice kitchen.

Absolutely beautiful house in the most safe and family oriented neighborhood with amazing views! Had a small hiccup and Andrew came over immediately and we resolved the issue. 100% better than we expected and would stay here again any time. Plus the hot tub was everything we imagined and larger than it looks in pictures

Our family gathered and enjoyed the space so much! The FR sectional, hot tub, fireplaces, pool table and kitchen were thoroughly used and enjoyed. The floor plan being one story easy for our 80+ yo grandparents. Wish we could have hiked across the street and near the river but the weather didn’t cooperate. Loved that our grand dog could visit us during the day and didn’t have to be left behind at his house. Over all we would give the property a 5star. Did have a couple of plumbing issues but the host was responsive.

House is great for a family. Lots of amenities. Clean, TVs, nice pool table, access to hiking trails and hot tub. Kitchen was great for quick meals and internet was excellent. Owner is very responsive and helpful.

The pictures are pretty accurate… this house has a pool table, hot tub, ping pong table, darts, and fast internet with Hulu TV… also some bikes in the garage if your interested… it has multiple fire places and a sleep number king sized bed… I didn’t have any negative issues with the property or the property managers… the only issue was there is a train that goes by the house every few hours and blows its whistle… might be an issue for light sleepers… overall a great experience… I would rent this property again in a heartbeat…

We were extremely please with this wonderful home. Everything was perfect, with plenty of room for our family gathering. Conveniently located, spacious and well appointed. We received a mandatory evacation for Caldor Fire, and as a resulthad to find a place to stay. The owner was extremely kind in allowing us to relocate with a days notice. Thank you! You can't go wrong on this Reno home.

Everything about the property, location, owners and check in/out was excellent! The property has obvious pride of ownership and is clean, practical, fun and beautiful. Everything we needed was at the house (laundry detergent, extra towels, spices, coffee, garbage bags, shampoo/conditioner, Netflix, napkins etc). It’s close to the city, parks and amazing walking/hiking/mountain biking is across the street. The neighbors are friendly and quiet and the neighborhood is beautiful. The owner Andrew was very responsive and the check in/out process was so easy! We would definitely stay here again! My little doggie and small children also loved everything! Thank you!

The house is great and the location is excellent. We had our 4 dogs with us (3 small and 1 medium) and spent hours hiking in the hills right there. Couldn’t imagine a better place to stay!!! Thank you!!

Very Nice house for the families vacation, South Reno centrally located to freeway access, shops, Safeway, Walmart

We absolutely loved this home as a short term rental while we returned to Reno to spend time with extended family. This is set up as both a fun vacation rental (so nice to have the hot tub, which the owner regularly maintains) and as a real house with a full cook's kitchen with everything needed to prepare meals, including bakeware and small appliances. The neighborhood itself is beautiful, with hiking in the foothills and the Truckee River an easy walk away. It's also quite close to I-80 for heading to the slopes. Also, having done many short and longer term rentals and being landlords ourselves, I must note that the owner/manager is outstanding—kind, fair, responsive. Highly recommended!

The house is very nice and spacious. Quiet and friendly neighborhood. Everyone enjoyed themselves. The hot tub and pool table was a big hit. Enjoyed the fact that the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed.

My family of 4 (including 2 teens) had a wonderful stay in this house. Andrew was always so quick to respond and has the easiest check in and check out. The owners have excellent detailed instructions for everything, it keeps things so simple. This house would be perfect for around 6 people. A couple of the kitchen chairs are well loved and could be replaced. Just to note, the 4th bedroom feels more like an office/den. It is a small room with a double wide doorway and no doors to close for privacy. We enjoyed this room as an office with the desk, and some evenings my teen took it over as a gaming area with the sofa and TV. This neighborhood felt safe, quiet, and very family friendly. I enjoyed morning walks and it was only a short walk to the trail along the Truckee River. I appreciated the generous supplies provided, the coffee and the new sealed kitchen dish sponge were very welcoming. There was soap at every sink and shower, TP, paper towels, plastic kitchen wrap, aluminum foil, laundry detergent and dishwasher soap. The only things I wish I had brought from home were Kleenex and night lights for the hallway & bathrooms. The only reason I couldn't talk my husband into moving here (I tried!) was due to the noise from the nearby trains. I adore this house and hope to stay here again!

When staying in Reno, you can't beat location, quality of the house and neighborhood. 2nd time staying there. Andrew is great to work with!

My family and two dogs were very happy with the house!! Impressed with how well stocked it was- full size soaps in both bathrooms, cooking spices and variety of pots and pans, cleaning supplies and things to do laundry as well. The neighborhood is quiet and very family friendly, my dad enjoyed a few early morning trail runs and the backyard was perfect for our two dogs to play and run around in. While we didnt use the hot tub, it's a great feature and instructions on how and when to use it were super clear. We didn't explore Reno too much, but were able to spend an afternoon in Lake Tahoe and Truckee and make a quick drive to Crystal Peak Park for some fishing. Overall we were very happy with the house and location, we all agreed we would love to stay here again!!
