Beautiful view… hot tub was great. House could use some updating but very nice and handy to town with a spectacular view of the countryside… if it had been clear we would see Mt Hood.

Me and some friends went to Sandy for a Guys weekend a bit off the beaten path, and this property was great for that. The view was amazing, everyone got their own room(the Upstairs Master bedroom felt bigger than the whole place I rented in Seattle two weeks ago)...the Hot Tub was fun(plenty of towels for showers and hot tub)...just a good fun place. Why not 5 stars? There were a few maintenance issues on the house: some chipped tiles in the kitchen, and you could tell at some point someone had put a small dog in the downstairs bathroom, because it had scratched the bathroom door. And, finally one of the pictures showed an outdoor firepit with a grill set up(so you could cave man cook outside) and that had been replaced by a propane firepit. Fine for sitting around less fine for cooking. There is a whole kitchen and a propane grilm. I had just been looking forward to maybe cooking outside over flames. But 10/10 would stay here again!

We were very impressed with this property: Cleanliness; Amenities; House layout and, of course, the spectacular view. This may be the first time that a vacation rental house was even nicer than the listing photos! Highly recommended!!!

This rental home has the potential to be an amazing, home away from home experience. By far the best thing about the place is the stunning view. Our group loves to cook but unfortunately the kitchen and items in the kitchen were dirty, very worn down and or didn’t work. Two can openers, neither worked. Children’s plastic cups with paint in them. There were no extra kitchen garbage bags in the house. We found many bugs in the house; spiders, moths and beetles. The window sills could be wiped down to be cleaned and dead bugs removed. We decided to not use the hot tub as the water looked low and the hot tub looked dirty. The master bed was very comfortable. The hall bathroom shower upstairs has very poor water pressure so we ended up using only 2 of the 3 showers. Overall, the property and items in this rental are run down and the place could use some deep cleaning both inside and out.

Perfect house and location for a family reunion. The back porch views are spectacular and the house itself is beautiful, comfortable, spacious, and modern. Definitely recommend—perfect for adults and children alike!

This place is absolutely a place to come back to. Super comfortable beds, very spacious and the views are just like you see in the books! Waking up and watching the sun come up is just breathtaking!!

The house was perfect for us - a few families with a couple kids. We enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit, making meals in the kitchen, all the space, and of course, the amazing view! Thankful there was a cooler on the deck, as we filled the fridge with food. Parking/driveway is the only con here (steep/small/tricky/limited view to exit), but understandable considering the bluff/cliff and the view. We would stay here again! Lovely time. Thank you!

This house has plenty of room and an awesome view. Was surprised by lack of finishing touches on this house though. Don't expect to really cook here as the kitchen cabinets are pretty empty outside your basic cups and plates. Adding a cutting board and some bowls would be a great addition. We had a great, relaxing stay (girls weekend). Hottub is small but clean. Owners were quick to communicate when needed.

This was great for 3 couples and 5 kids (3+). I wish we had stayed more nights! The place was mostly clean, but not sparkling, so if that is essential for you, this is not a good fit. I would not recommend for toddlers as there are lots of knickknacks around. The hot tub and gas fireplace were great and the master bedroom has a walk in closet with a spare bed and can fit a pack n play. Would stay again.

We loved the large family room and dining room that allowed for comfortable seating for our entire group, kitchen was well stocked, all appliances worked and were clean and the hot tub was a huge hit! Parking was a little tight for our suvs and mini vans but after buying a few groceries and a walk or two, we never even left the place! Communication with owners exceeded my expectations with a prompt reply to help us identify the wildlife mounts! The view was breath taking! I didn’t realize the pictures on the site were taken from the deck! This is a great place owned by great people. An absolute hit for our girls weekend!

Great view! The back deck is awesome! The layout of this house worked great for our group of 9. Parking would be questionable if you have more than three vehicles. Great space inside to accommodate a big group.

At the risk of not being able to book it next, this place has a gorgeous view. It has a hunting cabin vibe. Think cabin in the woods. Drove out of Portland to Multnomah Falls(awesome), completely overwhelmed by Trillium Lake, then stopped to see Timberline Lodge. A fabulous day trip

Beautiful View, Comfortable Accomodations and a great location. My Sister and I rented the place with our spouses and adult children to attend a family wedding in Corbett. Both couples own and manage vacation rentals for the past 15 years and overall we were pleased with this property. We were disappointed in a few items. Both of the shower curtain liners in the guest bathroms were moldy. The lack of a manual for the house, especially for the hot tub, sauna and heat made it difficult to use them. We were extremely disappointed that the hot tub was cold and despite our efforts could not get the tub to stay on and heat. The same was true for the sauna. Both items were a part of the reason for renting the this property. Also the wifi password was not readily available. We did find them later face down in the upstairs bedrooms but none down stairs. Upon our arrival we did discover that the Bar B Que had been lit, was still burning and was extremely hot. We turned it off. There were light fixtures with burned out lights and no spare bulbs for us to replace them. Additional paper towels and paper napkins would have been helpful. The upstairs guest bedrooms lacked mirrors for getting ready for the wedding. The Master Bedroom was perfect. We are passing this on because we all felt this is a wonderful location and would stay there again but as Vacation Rental owners we have benefitted from guests telling us how we could have done better. The View of the Mountain and the Sandy River is spectacular. Jim

We had an amazing 4 days in Oregon....using the house as our “home base “....it was wonderful to come home to and relax! The kitchen was well equipped and we cooked in every night! I can not say enough about the view from the back deck,,,,it was spectacular!! The owners were so helpful and kind! I hope we can get back here someday!

Gorgeous view, a joy to just sit and look out. Supplies in house very adequate. Kitchen could use Keurig but all else okay. Parking in front a little dicey but we managed . Very convenient to town and supplies and places to eat.

We had a small reunion of high school friends here over 4th of July, and we cannot recommend this place highly enough. It is BEAUTIFUL and the best equipped Airbnb I’ve ever seen for a big group of people who like to cook. Beautiful views, plenty of space, great hot tub and sauna, and fantastic kitchen to work in. Highly recommend!

Wonderful home & location. Spectacular views of Mt.Hood and Sandy River. Excellent amenities with fire pit, hot tub, sauna, BBQ. Parking restricted to 3 but parking in residential area across the road worked for short term. Would definitely consider again if occasion presents itself.

My extended family quite liked it, but I had failed to check the property description well enough to realize that part of the accommodation was four bunk beds, more suitable for children than adults. Fortunately, we had exactly the right gender balance to avoid having men and women (other than spouses) share the bunk-bedded rooms.

Had a fantastic weekend with friends over Labor Day. Could not have asked for nicer weather, so each morning we were greeted with an amazing view. Tip: you can watch the moonrise over the mountains--highly recommended! We made decent use of the amenities, including the smoker. Owners were very helpful in that regard and sent me tips and recipes. Our pork shoulder turned out great! A stock of wood near the firepit and lighter fluid in the pantry made for a very easy fire in the pit. Perfect for sipping good drinks, making s'mores, and watching the stars. The home is well-stocked with multiple areas to relax, and the kitchen has everything you could ask for. All the beds were comfortable; all the bathrooms were clean and there were plenty of linens. As my title indicates, there are no pictures that do the view or home justice. All of my friends were astounded, and more than happy to spend a lazy Sunday sitting outside.

We loved this location and the set up of this property. The owner is available, knows the area well, and is accommodating. There were 4 singles and 2 couples in our party and the bedrooms are set up perfectly for big groups. The views from the back deck were amazing (even though we had smoke from the fires). We were only able to stay for one day but wished we could have been there for many more! Picking fresh blackberries in the backyard was a treat and we didn't use the sauna or hot tub but how wonderful they were available if we wanted the experience. The river below and Mt. Hood in the distance (just a 45 min. drive away) welcomes you to the back deck. What a wonderful spot! Thank you Hannah!

House was awesome Everything we needed

No complaints. Had a semi informal reunion with high school friends, then headed to s concert in Troutdale. The house was as advertised. Although I couldn’t figure how to get the sauna working, but the hot tub was awesome.
