Superb location, spacious modern appartment in the middle of the old town, great value

Creaky floor ) I would treat it as a feature, not a bug, it adds a hint of genuinity, still, I like to stay up late into the night while family is asleep, and it was a real challenge moving around the appartment, the noise was deafening, especially at night when all is quiet

Excellent two-bed room appartment in an excellent location

The entry process was a bit confusing but the personnel of the restaurant below were very helpful. Wifi was very weak, which makes it unusable really.

Location, location, location

Weird annoying smell in the apartment. We had to open window to a loud road. We didn’t received key code until one hour before check in and when we got it it was wrong apartment where we found other people in. Bathroom door didn’t work either…

Perfect location in the city center. Flat is fully equipped, coffee machine, washingmachine, dishwasher, AC, etc and nicely decorated. View to the nice square. The windows are good insulated, only a little noise of the clock tower was heard, but was not disturbing.

It has beautiful and perfect location.It was clean and comfortable. All rooms has cooling system.

The apartment is very large and centrally located. Even though it is above a popular restaurant we couldn't hear the crowds from inside the apartment.

The clock tower (which is right next door) rings every 15 minutes even throughout the night. We could never figure out how to get the sink disposal to work.

the Glockenspiel restaurant on the ground floor was great. The apartment experience itself was the worst I've had in over 30 years of travel to Austria (I go there for business several times a year). They truly couldn't give a single care about the customer. Also, note that the "Glockenspiel" in the name means that you are in a bell tower and the bell sounds outside the window around the clock. Nice.

Almost everything. The showed pictures of a beautiful wood-filled, air-conditioned apartment and we got a boiling hot, rooftop, white monk's cell with an Ostrich head lamp which I guess was supposed to make it 'eclectic'. We had no hot water in the bathroom for two days. The third and fourth days we learned we had to shower early and not long, because the unbelievably cheap owner *fills the water heater once* around 4AM then shuts it off. There's no way to take a bath. I ended up boiling water on the stove to fill the bathtub so I could have hot water. Their exceedingly unhelpful contact Tamara said they would give us one day's rent back. But said they couldn't do it on our credit card -- only to an IBAN account. The obviously thought as an American I wouldn't have one, but since I've been doing business in Europe for 30 years, I do. I gave them the account info. They thanked me for the information(!) and then did nothing. No refund, which I never expected them to do anyway as all of their promises went unfulfilled. The wifi didn't work -- or rather, on the 3rd day, since the wifi worked in the outside hallway, I experimented and found that if I placed my computer or phone against the outside wall in my bedroom (adjoining the hallway) I could get a weak signal. They said it was 'my fault -- my equipment wasn't working properly' -- apparently, all 4 of my devices (3 phones and a laptop) which worked everywhere else in Europe suddenly broke in their crappy apartment. The air conditioning didn't work. They had someone come by who said "it's not working. we'll fix it right away'. And did nothing. Tamara stopped answering the phone or returning messages. Never heard from her again once I told here we still had no hot water, to which she replied "Yes you do".

The apartment we stayed in (the Franz-Josef Suite) was excellent. Super clean and excellent mattress and bed linens. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you would need and we even used the brand-new washing machine several times. Big windows that let in lots of light, but with good window shades to keep it dark in the early morning hours (if you are light sensitive like me). Great central location in the heart of the old city and very easy to walk everywhere you want to go. Plenty of restaurants and shopping just outside the front door.

There are only 2 things that I would point out. 1) upon arrival, the key safe was not easy to find as it is not visible when you are standing at the entrance. Its 2 to 3 meters over to the right side around a corner and we wouldn't have found it without a little help from the restaurant staff. 2) there is of course is a bell tower above the building which rings 4 times each hour-day and night. If you are sound sensitive then this would not be a place for you. However, having said that, the windows are double paneled and offer decent sound proofing, and after a few days I hardly noticed the bell except during the day.

Apartment is very nice, comfortable, nice details and amazing location so I would love to stay there as well but unfortunately there was as well unprofessional acts from staff.

If dogs are welcome and if there's extra price for them for dog owner that is no problem, but it would be nice if there would be bed and bowls for water and food. I wrote twice with a questions and I was ignored what is in my opinion very unprofessional. Also there was no enough warm water for 3 people to take a shower, 2 were showering in cold water.

Really nice apartment right in the center on a beautiful and quiet square. The interior is well-chosen and the apartment is well equipped.

The bed blankets are quite synthetic, there is a narrow line between freezing and sweating.

Location was amazing close to food town Christmas markets Castle and Clock tower Apartment had plenty of room and had great atmosphere of the area. The people and the food and drinks were well priced and excellent

The only thing I didnt like was nothing to do with the apartment The Bus station is so far out of the township of Graz. you really need a taxi organized to take you into the township or its about a 7 km walk . The hotel was not ready when arrived which was ok they stored luggage and picked up a key from a coded box. So never had a greating , Hotel is above restaurant which sometimes gets a little busy in entry but once upstairs not a noise or problem from it.

Central location, cleanless.

There is no microwave, no pots.

The flat is marvelous and very well equipped with anything you may need to cook. It is very conveniently located and in the same building there is a restaurant where to est some exquisite food (they even brought it to us in the apartment!)

The only downside, but only if you traveled by car, would be that there is no parking at the facility. However, you can find space 5 minutes away on foot.

Hot water for 4 persons was not enough Took all night to be warm again

The keys were in a locker with code just next to the entrance to the apartment, very easy to find. However, the locker requires the code to be entered really slowly (not clearly specified), making it difficult to open. Luckily, the owner of the apartment is very responsive, and the entrance to the apartment is also the entrance to a restaurant so the people there can help in case of troubles.

Nothing, I liked the location and the apartment a lot. All the comforts were there, the cleanliness was spot on and despite being in the centre and on top of a restaurant it was very quite in the evening and I could rest.

Great location - so easy to just walk out door right into bars, restaurants, shops etc.

Takes a bit to get use to the bell tower chiming every 15min all through the night! There is an un pleasant drains smell in corridor / main stairs but thankfully you can’t smell it once in your room.
