Das Haus wurde kürzlich renoviert und ist wunderschön eingerichtet.
Es gibt drei Schlafzimmer (2 Queen, 1 voll), mit viel Stauraum in jedem

Die große, luftige Lounge und der Essbereich für mehr als sechs Personen laden zum Entspannen und Unterhalten ein.

We had a wonderful stay, over Thanksgiving break, at Shell Cottage. The location is perfect and the house was adorable. We had everything we needed for our stay. The lanai and gardens are wonderful and the proximity to the walking trail around Lake Gertrude was great. Beautiful sunsets! Would like to stay at Shell Cottage again in the future!

This is the most convenient to our destination Vrbo we've stayed in yet! It was clean, well appointed, located in a nice neighborhood, and filled with everything we needed for a home away from home. The owner quickly responded to all questions. The living areas were nice and spacious. There were plenty of dishes, towels, and the pantry was stocked with things we forgot like honey. Highly recommend this home for a visit to Mt. Dora or the surrounding area.

It was a beautiful home located in a great area & conveniently located to everything we needed. The home allowed us to have family over for dinner & be able to comfortably visit. We would definitely stay in this home again. The owners are amazing & the house is stocked with anything you could ask for in case you forgot anything. Wonderful vavcation!!

Very clean property. Had all the furnishings to make it a comfortable and pleasant stay. Beds were not as comfortable , but definitely clean and inviting. I would stay again.

The cottage was very cute. We felt at home right away. We had everything we needed and then some. Except for coffee, that is. 😉 It was a charming home with lots of character. The gardens were beautiful.

This property was clean with lots of nice amenities and located in the cute town of Mount Dora, within walking distance of a very nice lake trail. I highly recommend staying here. And if you stay here, we highly recommend going to Havana 1959, a local Cuban restaurant. Our entire family enjoyed our stay, the host is fantastic!

Mt. Dora has become a place for us to visit, and we've always wanted to extend our stay. Lynne's house made a perfect stopping over situation as we could, if we wanted, walk into town, but also be in one of Mt. Dora's quaint neighborhoods. It is the best of both worlds.
The place was just as described, and we found ourselves comfortable from the get go.
And the kitchen was perfect for our Thanksgiving meal!

We were impressed with how well set up, attractive, and comfortable all the different areas of the house were, from the dining and living rooms to the peaceful lanai, and the bedrooms. The kitchen was well stocked. Lynne was very friendly and prompt in responding to questions. The house is in a beautiful and friendly neighborhood, and just a quick walk down to the paved pathway that borders Lake Gertrude.

It was a perfect weekend in a quaint cottage in beautiful Mount Dora. The cottage is perfect with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and the addition of the screened lanai was perfect to enjoy wine and sunset.

The host was very helpful and communicative. The home is very clean and is well cared for. The yard is beautiful as well. I enjoyed all aspects of our stay, but foremost the host was just a wonderful wonderful host!!

This property was beautiful and convientently located near Mt. Dora and a short drive to the surrounding areas of Eustis and Leesburg. The owner is very responsive and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

We have family in the area and needed an extra place to stay. This was the perfect place. Beautiful tree lined street, quiet neighborhood, and the cutest cleanest house.

We enjoyed our stay at your lovely home. Your decorating style makes it very welcoming. Clean, comfortable and quiet. Well equipped kitchen. Liked having our morning coffee/tea on the screened patio looking out over your garden.
We took several walks around the neighborhood and Lake Gertrude, which is one short block away.
Always love my time in Mount Dora. Would definitely stay at your adorable house again.

We 3 couples enjoyed our time together in this place. We loved the area for walking near the lakes and eating out downtown . We went on a boat tour with Premier boat tours which was well orchestrated. Lakeside Inn has a great and reasonable lunch .
The kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed. Lynne and Keir left a bottle of wine
and every utensil needed for cooking. Honestly, I cannot think of anything they did not provide for our short 3 night's stay. We would like to go back and relax there again some day. We highly recommend it as a home away from home.

Location for us was key and this home was perfect! Bonus it was a beautiful, comfortable and newly renovated home. We never expected all the home had to offer: Close to everything! We traveled to many locations and when we came back it felt like home. We enjoyed the lanai which is large and faces the beautiful sunset. We were able to enjoy the quiet feel of a neighborhood and the walking trails were well travelled. It was a wonderful experience one we hope to repeat next year.

I was nervous because this house didn't have any reviews yet but it was perfect!! The house is spotless and the owner has thought of everything. The location was perfect for getting to Renninger's Antiques and downtown. An added bonus I didn't even know about when renting was the close proximity to the lake. The path around the lake is beautiful. Will definitely rent again when I'm in the area.
