Using a code to get in is the easiest way to go
Only thing is that the landscape could be cleaned up a bit. Lots of dead leaves piled up along border of the property up to the door.

The furniture was nice and everything was clean. Nicely decorated.
Some of the beds were uncomfortable affecting quality of sleep.

Location was good. Attention to detail in the townhome was lacking- master bathroom door almost fell off, fans not working properly, lightbulbs missing in light fixtures, bulb in master out of socket, in nightstand lamp, dusty in guest room, mattress very soft, amenities lacking -ie, Kleenex. We do not feel it was worth the price we paid per night.

Carpets were dirty - biggest problem were the child height toilets. Could you please put at least one adult height toilet probably in the master bedroom .

very good location to the center of Mount Dora.
everything in the kitchen was filthy. We had to wash all dishes and glasses before using. Countertops and tables were greasy and just genuinely unclean. Additionally, the third bedroom contain two mattresses on the floor just not the type of accommodation I I thought I was paying for. I would not recommend anyone to book this house for the price we had to pay her.

Great location close to downtown. Inside was perfect. Very warm and inviting. Loved the decor and setup of the home.
Walk way shrubs needed trimming so you didn’t have to hit them every time you went down the path. Entire carport and walkway had leaves and yard debris everywhere. Trash bags inside kitchen needed to be tall kitchen trash bags. They were tiny and it was hard to use them!

The location was great and the facility was very clean and attractive.
The mattress in the main suite was not as comfortable as I expected. Im a petite woman and my husband is tall and thin. We found ourselves clinging to the edges of the bed to keep from rolling into the indentations in the center of the bed! lol Funny…if you’re watching a sitcom! A little off putting when you’re trying to sleep.

The hosts were absolutely lovely! They provided excellent recommendations, and answered any questions we had. I brought my fiancé here to surprise him, a much needed break from work. The location was absolutely perfect, a 5 minute walk to the little downtown district. We will absolutely stay here again!

The location was excellent. The property is within walking distance to everything downtown Mount Dora and a short driving distance to anything else you may want to do.

Very clean, close to the downtown area(within walking distance), well kept, mostly comfortable accommodations! Would stay here again!
Beds could use updating (bigger for two adults to sleep comfortably-Queen size perhaps), could use a tv in third bedroom, toilet is a little small (the one in the hallway by other two bedrooms).

Cannot beat the location for the price! Close to all the historic downtown shops and restaurants, 2 minute walk to Donnelly park on a quiet street. House was very comfortable and clean. Plenty of room for our family of 6. We will stay here again for sure!
People do park on the other side of the street at night, be careful backing out of the driveway after dark.

This home was perfect for our trip to Mt. Dora! It was very clean, homey and has more amenities than listed. The owners kept open communication and it is clear they take pride in their property. We would stay again.
