Willkommen im Paradies! Dieses Strandhaus mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern befindet sich im wunderschönen Maravilla Resort! Während Ihres Aufenthalts in diesem wunderschön eingerichteten "Beachy Bugalow" werden Sie den Komfort eines Zuhauses erleben. Es gibt ein Kingsize-Bett in der Master-Suite mit eigenem Bad. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat ein Queen-Size-Bett und das dritte Schlafzimmer hat ein Doppelbett. Das Wohnzimmer bietet viel Platz zum Sitzen und ein ausziehbares Schlafsofa für zusätzliche Unterkünfte. Das Wohnzimmer und alle Schlafzimmer haben Flachbildfernseher. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, um Mahlzeiten zuzubereiten, und auf der hinteren Terrasse befindet sich ein Gasgrill zum Kochen. Der Essbereich bietet Platz für sechs Personen und es gibt einen Esstisch für vier Personen. Auf der Kücheninsel gibt es zwei Barhocker, die zusätzliche Sitzgelegenheiten bieten. Das Haus hat eine Waschmaschine und Trockner in voller Größe für Ihre Bequemlichkeit. Wir wissen, dass Ihre Haustiere auch ein Teil Ihrer Familie sind, also erlauben wir Hunde!
Der Beachy Bungalow befindet sich am nördlichen Ende des Resorts, ist aber nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Strand entfernt. Sie haben zwei kostenlose Liegestühle und einen Sonnenschirm (15. März - 30. Oktober), wenn Sie einen Fuß in den Sand setzen. Es gibt zwei Gemeinschaftspools und Whirlpools im Resort. Das Maravilla bietet auch Tennisplätze, Basketballtore, einen Shuffleboard-Platz und einen kleinen Fitnessbereich. Es gibt einen Wander- / Lauf- / Radweg entlang des Scenic Gulf Dr., der besonders in den Morgenstunden viele anzieht. Maravilla liegt günstig in einer erstklassigen Gegend für alle Aktivitäten in Destin und Umgebung! Restaurants und Bars erreichen Sie bequem zu Fuß. Very nice cottage and neighborhood. Easy walk to the beach, and the beach service was a plus. Cottage was clean and kitchen well equipped. Enjoyed using the grill on the patio. Good communication with management. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Cute cottage. 8 mile walk to beach but good exercise for my husband and me! Our kids were there for a few days. We liked how the bedrooms were separated on either side of the kitchen so we had more privacy. It was nice to have a garage to pull in at night. Guy next door was friendly!

The cottage was great. The location is perfect. You can walk to a number of restaurants and of course the beach, along with beach service! Kitchen had all the necessary items. We were able to enjoy the grill on the back patio. The house is a short walk from the beach, but the gorilla cart made it easy to bring all our beach needs with us. The garage was nice for storing our bikes. The neighborhood is quiet and clean. We stayed at Maravilla a few years ago, and since then they’ve resurfaced the tennis courts and added pickleball and bags/cornhole. There was plenty for the teens to do. The heated pool and hot tub were wonderful. The fitness center is also nice, with a couple treadmills, elliptical, weights, etc. We had a great time! Sad to go, but will be back!

We stayed for 5 days and were able to bring our girls (dogs). The house was clean and well equipped. The beds were comfortable and it is a great location in a gated condo community. We had 4 adults, and the beach chair situation was less than ideal and the guy running it is rude. 2 chairs and an umbrella are available with the rental but you have to rent 2 more chairs and an umbrella if you have 4 people. The cost of daily rental is $50. We opted to drive the short distance to the public beach and use our own chairs and our beach tent for free, as he would.not let us set up our tent behind the rental chairs. That didn't mess up our trip as we are pretty felxible, but it would have been good to know. We would definitely stay again!

The house was a perfect place for my family. It was very clean and comfortable. The seating in the living room was perfect for all of us to spend together in the quiet times and my grandchild had plenty of room to play. The property is beautiful and the beach access was very easy to come and go. The manager of the property was vey quick to respond to questions and resolve any issues. It was a great experience.

This was my husband and I second time staying here and will be our last. The property was clean and as stated in listing but the neighbors are awful. The neighbors next door who are permanent residents watch you and everything your doing.There are rules to this neighborhood and if they feel your doing something outside their neighborhood rules they will confront you and be very rude. It’s not a vacation stay for families.

Cute house! Plenty of room for 4 adults and 4 kids. Nice walk to the beach. If you don’t want to walk, you can drive your car to the front of the resort to greatly shorten your walk. Nice pools and several areas to rinse off after staying on the gorgeous beach. Would recommend!!

The property location was great. The house had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is stocked with pots/pans/dishes/etc. You just need the groceries. The gated community is quiet and other residents and guests were friendly. The host is really responsive and helpful if you have any issues or questions. 10/10 would stay again.

This is a great house and location! Clean, well-decorated and owner/manager maximizes the space with smart arrangement and up-to-date decor. Easy access to beach. Ice maker in front of Miravilla saves a trip to the store! Nice sidewalks in neighborhood for enjoyable walks.

We had a great time at this location. The place was very clean, easy to find, and located in the middle of everything we needed or wanted to see. Check-in and check-out was a simple process. We would highly recommend this location to someone with multiple family members and children.

We enjoyed our stay in this property. It is very well laid out and great proximity to the beach, dining, and shopping. The furnishing and amenities are all you would expect.
Our only complaint is that the management company does not provide any extra trash bags. small thing, but disappointing in a property of this level.

The weather was perfect this time of year. This is an adorable house to rent. I love the fact that we were able to bring our dogs with us. We cooked and used the kitchen a lot. The linens on the beds were clean. There house felt roomy for us.
You want to drive your car to the condos that are closer to the beach so you don’t have to walk so far. You do have to cross the street to get to the beach. I love this neighborhood. It is cute and very clean.

We had a great, great time. We would stay again. If I could change anything it would be the pet instructions. I have a service dog that would not wonder or bother anyone and the day before we checked out someone complained about my service dog not being on a leash in the house property. The person kept raising their voice about my dog not being on a leash, and took pictures of my dog and I as well as my license plate. Even though it felt like he or her was invading my privacy I stayed calmed and my service dog and I went back into the house. Besides this small incident we had a great time and we would stay again. To the owners, thank you for everything and the cleanliness of their property.

We had a great vacation and everything about the house was perfect. It was clean, very nice, and had everything we needed. We loved that it is at the end of street and very quiet. The beach wasn’t very far away but we did choose to drive closer to the beach since the heat was so bad for walking. The beach was nice but only complaint is one of the beach chair set up guys was very rude to me. I chose not to use the beach chair/umbrella provided after that. We just took the chairs from the house and didn’t bother with the other ones. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit!

Beautiful cottage
Upon arrival, the property was clean, decorated beautifully and had everything that we needed. The beach is too far to walk to but you can park at the main building and walk across the street to the beach. The property location is central to restaurants, grocery stores, outlet mall. I highly recommend this property, especially if you have pets. We will definitely stay here the next time that we are in Destin.

The house was perfect for us! We didn't mind the walk to the beach, but we had 3 teens and 2 adults in our group, so it wasn't a big deal. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you might need in order to cook (although we did our share of takeout). Everything was fantastic!

Beach Time.
Stayed here for a couple nights after flying into VPS. Good location, with the heat we just drove our car closer to the beach but still in the resort property. Then it was a quick walk over with umbrellas and chairs available. Beach is amazing, white sand and clear water. Two pools, basketball courts, and tennis. Grills available if you want to. We used the grill at the property. I would rent it again. There were eight of us and it worked out great.

We had a fantastic time! The house is adorable and clean, it was fairly close to the pool and beach (we did drive/park, though to carry all our stuff) Beach was perfectly gorgeous, it’s just a short drive to grocery store or into neighboring cities!

Quick weekend getaway
House is in a great location. Between 2 main shopping areas. Walking distance from the beach with its own beach access. House is pretty roomy and a nice big yard to walk our dogs. Would definitely recommend and book again in the future.

Perfect beach house!
This house was clean, open, neat and very comfortable! We were super pleased with everything! Master bed was comfy, furniture and decor was great, shower water pressure was excellent, location was fabulous! Neighborhood was wonderful and safe and location to beach and other towns was convenient! The prop manager was super responsive to a request we had and to one issue (new WiFi router had been installed by owners just before our arrival and WiFi password needed to be updated). The garage was available for car use but we stored our bikes in it. Yard was a great size but is not fenced just FYI. This is a gem we will stay in next visit!
