Kuya Alcie and his wife were wonderful hosts—warm and sincere. Kuya Alcie went above and beyond. He offered to pick us up from where we got off from the bus. He also offered to drive us back to the bus station. We were supposed to check in at 12nn and just leave the luggage but since the apartment was already ready, he let us check in early in the morning. This gave me and my husband to rest and freshen up before we started our day. I recommend this place if you want to have a restful and relaxing stay. It is quiet and away from the hustle and bustle. But still relatively near Robinsons mall. Kuya Alcie is the best host!!!

Al is a welcoming host and his apartment was very clean upon arrival, complete with fresh drinking water. Internet access was available with a strong signal. A smart TV provided entertainment. CRs were clean as well as bedrooms that were furnished with clean blankets and pillows. Rooms had aircon if needed. The facility is gated with plenty of room for a vehicle. The furnished kitchen included stove, fridge, microwave, kettle and more. This is definitely a place where I will stay when visiting the area.

The stay was that good that I cannot think of anything to improve. If anything, perhaps signage to find the apartment a little easier. There is a sari sari nearby but a short walk is necessary.

The wonderful host who gave us the whole itinerary and good place to eat. Even offered to meet up if we could not locate his place. We have the whole apartment which made us feel like home. Upstairs are 2 bedroom and downstairs are living room, pantry and bathroom. The car can be parked right in front of the door with the security guard on duty. The breakfast can be arranged and it’s so yummy. Though the rooms are equipped with air conditioner but the weather is so nice that we don’t need one. Thanks so much Kuya, we could have extended out stay if we don’t have have to fly back to our home ☺️

The accommodation is brand new and very well equipped with everything you need. Kuya Alcie, his family and staff greeted us very warmly on arrival and were always available and took great care of us. The apartment is superbly located in a clean environment and very close to the Robinson Mall. A shuttle service is available on request. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom modern. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary and even with complementary drinking water. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely book again with Kuya Alcie. Thank you for everything!
