The property was nice. Check in was easy. Everything worked as expected.

We really like the location of this place. It is set back 1 block from beach, super easy walk over, close to restaurants, had all the beach accessories you need. You walk past Palm Pavilion on your way to the beach (they have fabulous food), but what we really enjoyed was taking the beach chairs over at night and sitting on the sand behind the place and listening to the live music. I liked being on this side of Clearwater. We walked to the pier one day and the crowds in that area and further south were insane. We had lots of people where we were but didn't seem so congested. I would definitely stay on this end again when we come back. Nothing bad to say we had a fabulous time!

We found this unit clean, cute decor, well stocked kitchen, great size and layout for my sister and I, but would work very well for 2 couples too. Great location for the price, was a little more walk to the waters edge than we thought, but the large beach was great! We could walk to everything we needed. It was peaceful and quiet in our unit even tho it was spring break. Sweet little screened porch off of both bedrooms. Parking was handy but if you have 2 cars be sure to reserve 2 spaces. Street parking available but expensive. Communication with host was very good. We enjoyed our stay here!

It was clean and comfortable.

Property is in a excellent location. The strip is walking distance and the beach is a block or 2 away. Home was clean and host communicated very well.

TVs in bedrooms not hooked to cable. Trouble with main tv. the seasonal pool was a joke. Not open till April and then not heated. Its a community pool.

location was great only down side was the small tvs not a big deal as we were on the go every day. pull out couch could use a mattress topper for comfort. the community pool is only open for summer months. we would stay here again for sure.

Few issues very quickly resolved by owner. Otherwise great location with free parking on site. Close to shore, shops and restaurants

The location was perfect. We walked everywhere beach, bars and restaurants. Communication will the owner was easy and quick to respond. Perfect spot to relax on vacation. Definitely would stay again.

We were soo close to everything. We didn’t drive once while there, just a Uber from the airport and back. Our stay was so comfortable and convenient and we had great communication with the property owner. The condo is so cute and homey. Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to stay in Clearwater Beach.

The place was easily placed in the middle of it all. We walked to the beach daily as well as to the strip. Definitely saved on parking!

The condo was clean and close to the beach, park and Clearwater pool. Michael was very receptive to email and text and helped us with anything we needed. The location is great for families, quieter part of the beach at the north end. We will be back soon!

We rented this condo to go to a wedding at the Sand Pearl Resort and I can't say enough nice things about it. The location was perfect! Short hop to the beach and shops and restaurants. It was exactly as shown in the pictures and very very clean. We had a wonderful time and I would not hesitate to recommend this condo. Thank you!

We really enjoyed this property. All of the amenities and the easement of getting to the beach made it easy for our children as well as us as adults to relax. The beach is not crowded either being on this end. Micheal made it very easy to get in and explain things very well. Will definitely be back.

There was dirty towels in the bathroom. Beds not made. Dirty dishes In such. Called to check in and manager told me that we were not to check in until next day. I told him that we were to check in that night. He told me that he would call me back. He waited and call me back 30mins. Later. He said yes I was to be there that night , he would try and get someone over to clear the place. It took 2 hours before someone came over to clear the place. I bel6 I should be refunded for the first night because the place was not ready for my family. The back bathroom did not have hot water.

Perfect place within walking distance to everything!! 2 blocks to the beach was the best. Having a washer and dryer was great! Will definitely be back hopefully sooner then later

Great stay over spring break. Enough room for everyone and close to the beach, restaurants and shops!

Our stay was wonderful. Location was excellent. Condominium was very comfortable and homey. Having washer and dryer was a plus. If just one downfall it would be the process off the bedrooms. They needed a good cleaning and to be painted but, in their defense they did want to do the porches while we were there but did not feel comfortable letting them in and out while we were there. Would definitely rent again!! Everything was walkable!!! We did not have a car for two week! Communal pool nearby and tennis and pickle ball courts as well.

Property was located a short 2 block walk to the beach. Property had convenient parking. All in all a great place for a week long stay. The only small negatives were a small kitchen, and the people staying in the apartment next to us for a couple nights (they sat out in the common area just outside our door, smoked and talked in the evenings - the smell of the cigarettes and sound drifted through our front door).

My husband and I stayed for a few days with another couple and it was perfect! We flew down from Michigan, spent a few days in Orlando then headed to Clearwater Beach. The vibe is sort of "Old Florida" so very laid back and a little retro- not like the white everything of the cookie cutter resorts directly on the water. The host was super quick to respond to check-in questions. The location is great - less than 5 minutes from the beach, and at the end of the strip (I think it was about a 10-15min walk to pier 60). Close enough to the scene to enjoy everything but far enough away to be quiet at night. Plenty of towels, extra blankets, washer&dryer etc to make it feel like home. The kitchen had all the basics and a dishwasher which was helpful - we like to cook some of our own meals on vacation to save money. There's a cute little patio area where we enjoyed coffee in the morning and drinks at night. It was also cool enough when we stayed to turn off the AC and open the windows (it turns out that FL winters are very similar to northern MI summers haha). Oh! It was super cool there were chairs, a shade tent, cooler, etc for the beach! SO nice since we couldn't pack our own. We normally don't repeat vacation spots but with so much to see in the area we'll definitely be back 😊
