The space was clean and cozy. They had everything that you needed plus extras like rain ponchos and snacks. It was quiet and nicely decorated. The artwork was done by the host. I thought it was very nice. I definitely would stay here again.

This was a perfect spot for my friend and I on our weekend in Nashville! Location is within 30 minutes to anything you want to do in the area. We were able to avoid some of the Nashville traffic but still close enough to see everything we wanted. The setup was great and they had everything we needed. The only thing that may be an issue for future guests is the shower. It was fine for us but we both agreed neither of our spouses would be able to shower comfortably (tight quarters). Owners were extremely responsive and we would absolutely recommend this location for future travelers!

This place was just what we needed after lots of meetings all day! So peaceful! The owners are amazing and very nice! I would tell all my friends and family about this cute place!

I traveled alone on this trip, and this property owner got everything RIGHT; when it came to comfort and convenience. I enjoyed the quietness and being able to detach from (phones, emails, and work). The property is just the right distance from the touristy downtown Nashville, TN. Take an extra 15-minute drive to a better restaurant selection. Arrival and department were easy-pee-see!

Clean property located in a quiet part of Nashville. About a half hour from Downtown, Grand Ole Opera, and many attractions. Property is abou 10 minutes from Airport. Enjoyed our stay immensely! Thanks so much!

Just the place to stay for a few days in Nashville. Short Uber ride to downtown, hosts provide Nashville recommendations for restaurants and sights to see. Apartment was clean, quiet, with everything you need and a great sunroom. Hosts were very responsive! Fun place to stay!

We had a great stay and enjoyed our accommodations! The bed was super comfy and all of the extras made us feel very welcome!

This property was just 20 minutes from the huddle and bustle of Nashville. The property has everything you could need. Easy communication if you need anything. My husband was a little concerned about a basement stay (we had done this before at a different property), but this was so much better! Although, we now travel to places we have not been before, we will tell others about this property!

Tom and Sue were both absolutely fantastic hosts throughout my weekend trip in Nashville. This was my first time booking any property-sharing service, and boy was it a great one! The property was so inviting and comfortable, and the hosts have thought of EVERYTHING. If you forgot something? Don't worry, they have it. You can even see some of Sue's lovely art on the walls and on decorative pillows. Tom made sure to contact us daily to check in and make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. I thoroughly appreciated the distant but communicative interactions. Tom was even kind enough to notify us that some items were left at the property, and offered to send them back to us. It was sadly too cold for us to use the outdoor area, but maybe next time. The only downside to this place was my new worry that staying at any other property will pale in comparison! If you're considering a cozy stay in Nashville, this is the place for you.

My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend in Nashville to celebrate our anniversary. The property was exactly as described/shown in the pictures. Super cute! It was a nice extra touch that there were waters in the fridge and a basket of snacks. This property is about a 20 minute drive from downtown Nashville, so perfect if you’re looking for a place nearby without all the noise and expense of staying downtown. It was very easy to grab an Uber/Lyft to get there and back. Would definitely stay again if we went back!

It’s a great little space with a beautiful sun room. A lot was provided and the owners have great communication. It’s right by a state park which is great for hiking. The only thing is that I could hear people in the rest of the house occasionally. It didn’t really bother me, but it’s something to keep in mind for others.

Everything was so cozy and clean, we loved the screen porch and hope to be able to stay again.. The host were very nice.

This is a very nice place to stay. In close proximity to all of the activities to downtown as well as multiple restaurants. It was very clean. The hosts were very hospitable. I would highly recommend. We will definitely be returning.

Nice cozy place to stay

The property was very nice and cozy. I loved the back yard. We had plenty of privacy. We even enjoyed the rabbits.

This property was the perfect cozy nest for these grandparents in town to meet our brand new grandson. We will definitely stay here again for future visits! Tom is a gracious host.

The space was perfect for our weekend getaway. Things we liked : Comfortable bed. Super clean., accessible washer/dryer, message chair, kitchen area stocked with good coffee and snacks. Hosts think of everything. Uber to Nashville was under $20 to go in evening and about $32 to return after 2am. We would have payed more for parking.

Convenient distance and location to Nashville venues. Facilities were clean, neat and more than adequate. Outside appearance needs upkeep. Driveway parking was average. Neighborhood is slightly rundown.

What a wonderful space! Calm and peaceful with tons of room to move around! They provide literally anything and everything you need - I could’ve brought zero toiletries and been fine! We loved Nashville and will be back (hopefully staying here again!).

This is a nice space. Clean and well maintained. Close to Hamilton Creek for outdoor activities but not much else close by like restaurants or shopping. Easy drive to downtown.
