They are practicing self check-in which i prefer a lot. The place are clean and comfortable. Water dispenser provided. very close to the mall and restaurants.

I like the service. The owner was very care about my stay. I can ask so many questions regarding my stay start from the place I was staying, about change money, about transportation, about place to go and many more. I really appreciate the way the owner care about the guest. The staff also very nice, if I’m not mistaken her name was joy. She was very helpful and nice The person who pick us and drop us to the airport that the owner help to arrange also very nice. She is very helpful. The place very clean, good facilities, great location. Overall I had great stay, Thanks 🙏🏻

Extremely nice and helpful staff. Thank you! Good security. Convenient location near Gadong Mall, city buses #01 and #20 go to and from BSB center. Near Gadong nightmarket with good and cheap local food. Quiet place, despite the central location. Clean facilities, shared kitchen.

Only two shared toilets and two shared showers for all the rooms. Might get too busy when the place is fully booked.

i arranged for transport but the no picked up, no staff in the place , no fan no lobby no lift no shampoo in toilet, no lights in toilet, no water kettle in room ( as they mentioned) nothing at all, even nobody knows the place & no signs outside the building

Not really many cheap options in Brunei. Its close to the Gadong Night Market and in front of the big mall is a bus to the city center. Everyone told is different bus numbers, so just wave down any bus and see if it goes there. Bed was comfortable. Free Water refill. Showers were alright.

Felt really un personal since there is no reception. Also a lot of insects in the kitchen since the window was always open and lights on at night. Had ants in my room as well.

Location in a quiet neighborhood, room clean and tidy like the rest of facilities. Good free WiFi connection and bus stop to city center at walking distance. Top safety and absolutely outstanding support via Whatsapp about directions and all kind of information, very attentive and making sure everything went well, even out of working hours. Recommended
