Place was beautiful, very spacious.

The air conditioning was on a 20 minute timer. The temp was in the 90’s. They owner would not leave the air on. The door was very quirky and difficult to work 3 types of entry with a phone. The owner would not answer our calls- even when the power went out - a fuse. Also a clogged shower on the first day. Very disappointed with management and how the handled these situations.

Very supportive and communicative even on Sunday. They gave all necessary informations and instructions and the Appartment was very big and comfortable. Highly recommend :)

The location îs amazing . Really well plăcere near the old City.l, a good distance for us . The Last apartment îs at The first floor and it has a lobby . Tottaly real photos of the property.

-hot water hard to get on the 1 Level -we did not received all the details before check în-be aware to ask how to get în. Îs not enought to have the virtual access key. -be aware țo ask about parking. The closest was at 500m,but they were nice finnaly and they give us access to theirs.

The space in the apartment was very good, the terrace off the upstairs bedroom was beautiful.... bathrooms downstairs were lovely and the kitchen well equipped. The location was a very good walk to the center, but it was walkable.

The location was not quite as close as led to believe, it was walkable to the city center but further than explained, the upstairs ensuite water temperature was cold, could not use this bathroom which was a shame, this was reported and discussed but not rectified. The temperature of the heating in the downstairs living areas was cold, we had to sit with the duvets of an evening. This is probably OK in the summer, but not in the winter. As before, this was reported and discussed but not resolved.

The appartment looks very modern and has everything you need for a weekend Verona. The balcony is very large. All 6 of us were happy with the beds. The walk into town takes about 15 minutes, but there are also a lot of busses passing this street so for only 1,50 you can take a ride into Verona.

The communication was very disappointing. I sent several emails and messages via booking.com and didn't receive any response. Also my call wasn't answered and the whatsapp was replied to only one hour before checkin. This was very frustrating because the checkin procedure was not clearly explained in English. You need to use an app to open the first gate, but after that it's very unclear how to park your car. This needs improvement and makes the experience very impersonal. Also registrations via app requires uploading of photo's and is not very user friendly, with a group of people this takes quite a while.

A truly wonderful property. spacious, modern, comfortable beds, plenty of room for our large group of 9. Upper level terrace an added bonus. check in was easy, access well organized. very helpful management staff. we will book early next year to assure availability. Hope we will be lucky Thank you so much Michael and group.

spacious, fully equipped - like a home from home.

Nothing really - if I had to be really critical it was a bit further out than would have liked from centre. but not really an issue
