Die Hütte bietet von einer privaten Terrasse einen fantastischen Blick auf die Bäume und die Berge. Es verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer und 2. 5 Badezimmer, einen 55-Zoll-TV mit Apple TV und einen Holzofen, um ein Feuer für die warmen und gemütlichen Winterabende zu bauen. Wohnen, Essen & Küche schaffen einen großen offenen Raum für Familienfeiern.
Mit einer voll ausgestatteten Küche mit fast jedem bekannten Gerät, einer Waschmaschine und einem Trockner haben Sie alles, was Sie im Urlaub brauchen könnten. Es ist auch auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite vom OSHA-Wanderweg für Ihre Outdoor-Begierden. Die Tierwelt wandert fast täglich durch den Hof.
Im Obergeschoss des Hauptwohnbereichs befindet sich eine große Terrasse mit Blick auf die Bäume. Es gibt einen Tisch und viele Stühle zum Beobachten von Wildtieren und einen Grill. Der Hof unten bietet eine Schaukel, einen Picknicktisch und viele Stühle, um am Ende des Tages zu entspannen.
Bunkhouse verfügt über 4 eingebaute Kojen, Couch, TV, Mini-Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Bad mit Dusche.
Cloudcroft hat viele Geschäfte und mehrere großartige Restaurants, darunter das BEST Texas BBQ in Mad Jack's, Burger in Dave's, hausgemachte Speisen im Big Daddy's, Pizza & die berühmte Cloudcroft Brewery, in der Live-Musik und handwerklich hergestellte Biere serviert werden & Golfplatz. Ruidoso ist 45 Minuten entfernt. Dort gibt es mehr Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Pferderennbahn, Skigebiet mit einer großen Seilbahn und Wandern. Quick trip to NM for fall break. Found this cabin for a great price and everyone loved it! Had my folks, my 3 kids and 2 nephews. We all had plenty of space. The bunk house was perfect for the 3 boys and myself. Teens and grandparents took the other 2 rooms. Kitchen perfect! Property was neat / kids loved the tree house and woods. Very convenient location. We even walked down to the brewery for pizza. Saw lots of deer. And the neighborhood cat. Owners were quick with responses to questions. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend this property and little town!

The house was beautiful. The kids had a great time and look forward to another visit. They really loved being able to paint rocks to leave at the property. I had them put their names an date of visit on the bottom of their rocks.

We enjoyed our stay at Shep's Artist Retreat. Although the main bedroom's mattress was much more firm than we prefer, that's just a matter of preference. Everything else was clean, well-appointed, and comfortable. Communication with the owner was very good and appreciated.

Very clean, easy to communicate with owners. House has a balcony with stairs to lower level yard. The balcony had gates and it was easy to keep toddlers safe outside on the balcony. The yard looks out at a wooded area. Plenty of seating inside and outside! We had a great stay!

My son wanted to spend time in that area for his birthday so I found this beautiful cabin. Once we got to the property it was even more beautiful than we expected. Loved that it was stocked up on a lot of things, even though we were prepared, there were things we overlooked and instead of having to drive to a store all we needed was supplied. The mornings and evenings were my favorite. I really hope to be back again soon!

We felt right at home during our stay. The kitchen, pantry, and bathrooms were well stocked. Bedrooms were delightfully decorated and extremely comfortable. I will definitely keep this property in kind for our next getaway.

I am not very good with words , but I shall try. Renting this home was such a breeze , I had a million questions and all were answered in a timely manner . The home was clean and comfy they had all you could need , of course we took our own stuff and don’t use theirs . But if by chance you needed something they had it. We loved that the kids had their own space downstairs so adults Could have quiet time upstairs. Would I recommend this home . YES !

Been visiting cloudcroft for 20+ years and this was the nicest place we’ve ever stayed. The cabin is lovely with lots of room for our entire family to have their own space. It was fully stocked with everything we could have possibly needed and then some. We celebrated Thanksgiving there and had all the plates, serving dishes and silverware needed. Lots of spices and condiments and coffee as well as a cute welcome basket of goodies that was much appreciated after our long drive from Texas. Donna was a gracious host and quick to answer any communications I had. It was the perfect holiday getaway.

Communication with Donna was so easy and she is very responsive!!! The cabin is very homey and had a welcoming vibe. Although the first day I did not see much wildlife the second day made up for it by far! There were so many deer around, I honestly could have stayed there forever! Thank you for being such a great hostess and sharing your lovely home!

Excellent mountain getaway. We came to see the White Sands, and it did not disappoint. We left some sleds in the cabin so the next guest doesn’t have to stand in line and pay $30 for them. Great place. Would definitely book again if in the area.

Went to celebrate my Birthday. Hadn't spend any time with my parents due to this pandemic. We enjoyed getting away and just hanging out. Loved the cabin. Very clean and cozy. Has everything that you need. We will definitely be returning back. Thank you!

Donna (the owner) was amazing. The house was very clean & comfortable and Donna made sure the stay was the best it could be. She even offered her local house manager to come by and make sure we had everything we needed. It’s hard to explain the layout of the house and Donna tried her best but we couldn’t picture it till we saw it. The bottom floor (bunk room) is like a completely different house. The house is on top of the hill and completely surrounded by trees. During our stay, we got snowed in for a couple extra days. Donna was very accommodating to meet our needs during that time. We would absolutely stay there again.

Great weekend, great cabin. Plenty of room to spread out, cabin had everything we needed and a great view off the back porch. We will be back for sure!

We celebrated a late Christmas and had a wonderful time. The cabin suited our needs perfectly and had everything that we needed. We stayed warm and cozy and enjoyed the quite area around Cloudcroft. We also drove over to Ruidoso for one day but still like the Cloudcroft area better, plus the rates on most properties are much better in Cloudcroft. Donna was great to communicate with and was very accommodating and friendly. We would love to stay again in the future.

Amazing! Perfect for our family getaway!
The place is just as the pictures show. It's is thoughtfully laid out and with the kids staying in the bunks downstairs it felt as if the husband and I were on our own getaway. The kitchen is well equipped, including spices and other pantry items left by previous guests. There is plenty of sitting room outside to enjoy. Everything was very clean and there were nice extra touches that make you feel at home. I really can't express how happy we were with our stay! And it SNOWED!

Loved our stay! Close to everything! Owner was very responsive beforehand but had NO issues while there but sure she would've been if we needed anything! The house had everything we needed! Shampoo, lotion, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, food, etc. When we go back we will stay at your place again! :)

Everything about this little cabin was amazing. The rent process was easy Donna made it so easy. The cabin was just what we needed for a little peace and quiet. Comfortable and oh so very cozy. A great place to get away from the hustle.

Beautiful cozy cabin
We loved staying at this cabin; it has a great woody area in the back and you wake up to the perfect view. The slight and only issues we had were with heating upstairs especially because it started snowing suddenly. The host was responsive and helpful and arranged for fixes quickly. I’d definitely rent here again on my next visit.
