Location was ideal. That's the only positive I can offer.

The host company was incredibly rude and unaccomodating from day one when we checked in. The place was tiny with no amenities. No bag storage and extremely late check in (4pm). There weren't enough towels. The coffee wasn't even the right type for the coffee machine (and was terrible). Barely sufficient bedding and pillows. There was confusion over late checkout where they said we could have one, asked us how late we would like, we told them, and they never responded; then they proceeded to charge us a fee for not being out right at checkout time; then to make matters worse, they were very rude about the confusion. We stayed during Boston Marathon, so we expected to pay a premium, but $2700 for 5 nights is absurd for this barebones place and the company's attitude. Felt like a huge scam operation trying to nickel and dime it's patrons. I would never stay with Maverick Suites again.

location was good

the bed was average (felt like a well used mattress) and the absence of double glazed windows made it sound like the garbage trucks were coming into the room @ 5am

location is perfect. Everything in walking distance.

Location was excellent excellent excellent. 3 story walk-up pretty tough for us old people but we survived. Restored building was wonderful.

Towels were a tad scratchy. No facial tissues. Seriously small trash can. No decent chair to sit and read which there was room for. One hangar in the closet was disappointing and pull out baskets difficult to push and pull (fell off the track every time). No decent reading lamp. All that said - we could live with it for the location.

This was one of the cleanest rooms I've ever stayed in. Even though this was a historic home in Beacon hill the room was very updated. The location was the best part close to restaurants, bars, and target that sold groceries. Very close less then 2 blocks from T stop (Subway).

Rented furnished studio apt. In our room there was no table, counter or desk to eat at. There was no sofa or small couch only two plastic chairs (kitchen) type. The TV was not directly in front of bed, so you had to set in the chairs to watch TV. Not comfortable. We were in apt 9 which was on the 3d floor up 36 steps on a small curving staircase. There was no elevator. My friend and I are in our 70s and carting luggage up those stairs was a chore. Not advertised as not senior friendly. There is no staff on site. You have key pads to get in main door and apts. Twice we had to call because our codes didn't work. Had to wait outside for office to call us back.

It’s at a great location and close to everything.

The beds were horribly uncomfortable, the room was a bit dusty, the walls are paper thin and we had very loud neighbors who wouldn’t turn the tv off all night and into the day. They don’t even give extra toilet paper or towels, they charge for absolutely everything and it’s not worth the price of the stay.
