cuando llegué al departamento me encontré que no tenía servicio de internet, el servicio de televisión solo con 5 canales. A pesar de mis reclamos, durante mi estadía no tuvieron solución. también faltaban bombitas de luz en las lámparas, o había artefactos que estaban desconectados. los artefactos eran viejos, estaban oxidados (la tostadora). Usé poco y nada. Adicionalmente resultó CARÍSIMO; no es lógico el precio con el depto y su calidad. También pidieron la mitad de la reserva como garantía, (un disparate), y enviaron mis claves de acceso a otro usuario y hasta minutos antes de llegar no tenía datos para acceder.

Perfect location. Very close to metro (T) blue line. Checking in and out was as easy as possible. Clean.

The location at Beacon Field was excellent.

Since this is an old property the access to this apartment on the 3rd floor was by stairs, which was complicated with luggage.

the door didn’t have a separate lock. it was just code controlled. I feel a separate lock is needed. I put a fan in the front of the door for extra protection at nights. also the walls are thin. I could hear the people around the apartment. my room shared a door with the other apartment and I could hear everything.

Great location; right in the heart of Downtown Boston. Neighborhood was very charming.

BEWARE! DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY! - The room includes a door to the neighboring room with zero insulation or sound-proofing. We could hear everything the neighbors were saying. We literally heard the neighbors drop a pen on the floor. Essentially zero privacy. - There were reddish brown stains on all of the bedding, including the mattress and mattress protector. We even found hair inside the pillow case. - The bathroom is falling apart and in need of some repairs. Dingy, dirty looking towels. We raised these issues with property mgmt, but they failed to do anything about these issues, claimed the noise/privacy issue is mentioned in the property description (it's not), said the bedding and mattress were "clean enough" (they weren't) and refused to refund any portion of our money so we could stay at a real hotel that takes pride in their property and ensures it's clean and private for their guests. They even tried to claim that they've not received any other complaints about this property but just check the other reviews. Seriously, avoid this place. I wish we had.
