We had a wonderful stay in this lovely property in a lovely community and amazing lake view. The owner and property manager were so easy to work with and responsive. We were very lucky to find this home!

The house was very clean and the neighborhood was very nice. Both Gary and Gene were very helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed our entire stay. We would definitely stay here again.

We were very pleased with this rental.Gary, the property manager was excellent to work with.The townhouse is spacious and very well equipped and in an excellent location.The owners are lovely.

Enjoyed a peaceful, relaxing month at this house in Deerfield Beach. We found the place to be very clean and well-stocked with all of the necessities for a comfortable stay. Gary, the property manager, met us on the first day and gave us a thorough tour of the property, and was extremely helpful for little things that came up during the month (clogged drain, blown out light bulbs - nothing major). a great house for a family to relax, in a quiet neighborhood, overlooking a pond. Will definitely return here!

We have just spent four weeks in this house, and in contrast to the previous reviewer, we really enjoyed it! Thank you Monica and Gene for always being concerned and quick to respond to our requests! We also extend our thanks to Gary, the property manager, who we felt always were there for us even if we did not have any problems during our stay. We would highly recommend this house and hope to be back for two months next year. Perhaps could it be possible then to use IP-telephone, at least for domestic calls? We have just spent the whole month of April in this house, and in contrast to the reviewer, who stayed there in February 2016 we really enjoyed it!! To begin with the owners, Monica and Gene, were always concerned and quick to respond. They also called us in Sweden to really make sure that we had all information to get into the house since we were arriving very late at night on March 31. Gary, the property manager, called first thing in the morning and came over to show us around and give information. We found the house in a very good shape and also very clean. There were no bad smell whatsoever, and the AC worked perfectly all the time. Regarding beach towels there were at least two very large and brand new ones. Two of the kitchen lights failed during our stay, but were easily replaced. The only issue we had was that we found only one rather poor quality set of linen to the Queen bed. We called Gary about it and the same day a new package of high quality sheets waited on the kitchen table. To summarize, we had a fantastic month and can highly recommend this house. We have also made a reservation for two months next year. Finally a wish: Since the house is so well equipped internet-wise, could it perhaps be possible to install an IP-telephone, at least for domestic calls? Would be a great advantage for us visitors from overseas.

Looks good, smells terrible ,potential health risk if you have allergies to extreme musty Upon arriving at this townhome it became very clear the property manager was not ready for arrival March 1, 2016. I arrived at the Property, manager was not there, but gave us the code . I was overwhelmed by the smell of rotting garbage ,I had no choice but to moved through the property. I began to look around the home and was hoping no other issues would arise. I turned on lights, 8 lights in kitchen out 15 through home . I proceeded to look, I went up stairs to check bathrooms and linens, toilet paper holder off, just screw on wall. I began looking for towels as I notice none on towel rakes. I went to linen closet only 5 towels , No washcloths, dish clothes, for a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom home for a month.. Two beach towels you can see through. The property manager finally arrived, I immediately addressed the issues, the garbage was obvious as he could barley stand it, he confirmed he had not been at home in over a week I went over my concerns ,the smell being number one, the lighting, the toilet paper holder, the towels, wash clothes, dish cloths. He did clear up the garbage , I clearly address an underlying musty smell and was told the place was closed up and not aired. .He assured me if we aired it out it would imporove. He did get bulbs for kitchen, But when I tackled the issue on linens he acted like he did not know what I talking about and rolled eyes. I physically had to show him. He then asked if I would buy linens, I would be remembursed. On my vacation!! But I had to salvage this vacation. I aired the home whole night. From a looks stand point the home is fine, in the morning smell was better, not good. So I thought manager might be right. The home owner wanted to know immediately about 2017, honestly my stupid, however I had been in home less than 12 hours. The air quality in the home was more than just the garbage as I came to have health problems in days to come. I asked if filter had been changed on air conditioner, he said no and came and did that. Still not better. Also they removed a TV with no replacment just walked it out. I and my family became unwell from the extreme musty smell in home. They did an air test during our brief 6 day stay. THEY WILL NOT SHOW US THE TEST or any give our money back. No one walks away if they do not believe there is potenial health issue. We left for health reasons only, not the lazy manager things we could

Our family of 6 (teens and adults) enjoyed our week in Deer Creek. The townhouse was perfect (clean and well maintained) with plenty of sleeping space for all of us, as well as large kitchen and dining area. WE ate most of our meals on the screened in porch. Close to ocean beach, kaying in the everglades, parks with water activities and mountain biking, and grocery store . Very quiet and safe residential community and immaculate community pool. It looks exactly as it appears on VRBO. We would stay here again.

Very spacious, nice home and very convenient to the beach and in town locations. We had a very nice stay and would return again.

We (5 adults) spent the whole month of March in this beautiful townhouse and we had plenty of room. The house was more than what we expected; it was clean with a well-equipped kitchen. We took most of our meals on the screened porch and the view of the lake and the birds was amazing. The neighborhood was peaceful and friendly. The property manager and the owners were responsible and answered quickly to all of our concerns. This was the best house we had in four years. I would recommend this house to anyone and hope to return one day.

My family and I stayed in this property from Thursday through Sunday. I arrived on Thursday with my 20 something's arrived on Friday. I had been in contact with the owners and the Property Manager since reserving the home. Everyone was very helpful and informative. The property manager requested I call when I picked up my rental vehicle. He gave me perfect directions from West Palm Beach Airport to Deerfield Beach. I arrived to a perfectly manicured front yard with him waiting my arrival in the driveway. This was followed by a tour of the home, location of keys, codes, remotes...everything that made me feel at home. The property was immaculately clean, unlike the property rented by my sister's family. The neighborhood was quiet but friendly. Many residents stopped to greet me as they were out walking and/or walking their dogs. The property was close to I-95, center Deerfield Beach, groceries, shopping, and banks. The weather was a bit overcast but I don't think I could possibly hold the owners responsible for that! I was so impressed with the entire experience that I would gladly stay there again. It exceeded my expectations and would whole heartedly recommend this property to anyone.

We (2 adults 2 kids)stayed in this townhouse for a week and had a great time. The house is spacious and well equipped and good for families. It has everything you need to feel at home. Deerfield beach is a short drive away as is lots of supermarkets and restaurants. The neighborhood is very peaceful and serene. Monica answered all our questions in a speedy fashion and the property management agent Gary was very helpful as well. Would highly recommend this house.

We spent 2 weeks is this house and we really enjoyed it. We found everything we need to make our vacation great. We had our relaxing moments when we were watching the lake while we were eating, it was so quite.The house is very well equiped and clean, the pictures and description are accurate. The house has a great location, close to I95, shops, restaurants, beach... The property manager was available anytime we needed his help, and best of all Monica was just perfect, answering all the questions I had. Next time we come to south florida, we'll return, for sure, to this house again. Thanks again Monica for being so nice and available.
