Stanza spaziosa, pulitissima e accogliente con vista stupenda. Tutto curato nei dettagli. Colazione abbondante servita in camera con quello che avevamo ordinato il giorno prima. Proprietari gentili e disponibili. Vasca idromassaggio fantastica. Non vediamo l’ora di poter ritornare.

The staff were great, the breakfast was lovely, and the views were amazing. We loved our stay! Also, the bathroom was so large and nice.

The stairs were steep but they weren’t too bad. The staff helped us carry our luggage up and down which was great!

Location is incredible. Room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable.

Towels were old and sheets could be better quality. My brothers single bed was very uncomfortable but his room was changed when we notified the manager. Very much appreciated.

Très bon emplacement, petit déjeuner très bien servi en chambre uniquement. Nous sommes plus sur une chambre dans un appartement avec plusieurs chambres a louer. Ce n' est pas un hôtel. Accueil super ,chambre très bien, rien a dire. Ne pas s attendre aux prestations hôtel.

Les étages 80 marches sans ascenseur pour rentrer dans notre hébergement. Le manque de mise à disposition dans l espace commun de thé, café.....

Large, spacious rooms. New bathrooms. Great view of the castle from the balcony. Excellent service. Great breakfast included in the price.

There were many flights of stairs to the rooms, but we were well supported with our bags and didn’t mind the extra exercise! Not really a negative because everything else was great!

The room was very modern and clean. There were a lot of stairs but Giovanni helped us carry our luggage up which was really nice of him. The room had a nice view of the castle with a street view bu the windows did an excellent job of cutting out all the noisy street noise.

Only stayed a night but it was a great room. Staff super helpful and booked me a taxi for my early flight Loved the room, super spacious aircon was great in the heat. Right next to the station and port so it was a perfect location, felt safe

Communication was exceptional, Giovanni contacted us ahead of our stay to gauge what time we would be arriving. His instructions were clear about how to find the hotel and gain access. He was friendly, informative and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and filling, it arrived promptly to our room on both mornings and there was flexibility regarding timings- as we had a mid-morning flight. The transfer to the airport on our departure was prompt and reasonably priced. The room was clean and spacious, cleaned regularly, and clean towels were provided on both days. The location was excellent- to all central attractions, the Spanish Quarters and not far from Spacaonapoli if you want a vibrant area to shop, eat and drink. We will definitely be coming back...

The fact that we were only there for two nights; we will be there for longer next time! There is so much to see and do in Napoli, in the short time we were there, we covered a lot of ground and managed to fit in an underground tour in the Spanish Quarters. The number of castles, museums, churches and theatres are wonderful and the architecture is so varied and rich. If you are looking for a city that offers so much more than fine wine and dining, this is definitely a city to add to your bucket list.

84 marble steps to climb to get to room. No lift.

The room we had presented a great view with a comfortable bed and pillows. We were there in summer and we were provided with water bottles in the room daily which was very welcomed. We had breakfast included in our booking which was presented to us in our room and was adequate. The staff were very friendly and were happy to prebooked our taxi to the train station on checkout.

The rooms are several levels up so if stairs are a problem i would not recommend.

The room was beautiful, seemed newly remodeled, and was extremely spacious. Our room had a beautiful view of one of the castles and the harbor. It was nice to have both a side table and chair with a small refrigerator, plus another round table and two chairs for breakfast. Breakfast was delicious, with croissants, toasted ham and cheese sandwiches, juice, yogurt, and fresh fruit, along with the coffee of your choice, all brought right to your bedroom door. The receptionist, Giovanni, was very cheerful and helpful throughout. He was in close contact with us before our stay, ran our suitcases up and down the stairs for us, gave us useful tips for a wonderful visit, and got us a great rate on a taxi back to the airport. The man in charge of breakfast and cleaning was also very kind and cheerful. (I would give this accommodation a 10/10 if it had an elevator.)

During cooler months, the stairs are probably not an issue, but after a long trip to get to Naples or walking around town for hours in the suffocating heat, climbing so many floors was not how we wanted to end the day. Fortunately, Giovanni helped with the suitcases, we were received with glasses of cold water upon checking in, and the room air conditioner always kicked in very quickly. I didn't find a safe deposit box anywhere, but it really didn't seem necessary given the way the reception and rooms were distributed.

Great location close to ferries, very clean

Giovanni was so helpful - our flight was several hours delayed and we arrived at 2am. He still helped us carry our luggage up the stairs! The breakfast was also delicious with lovely pastries.

The amount of stairs however your staff carried my luggage up and down stairs which was excellent.

Very clean and friendly staff that helped us get around the city and no difficulty with language. The breakfast provided was very nice and filling.The property is walking distance to a lot of restaurants,street food,bars and clubs. Enjoyed the whole experience would recommend

The stairs going to the property can be tiresome at points but doesn’t not subtract from the experience just a warning for those with physical mobility problems.

Great location opposite the Castel Nuovo. Very central to everything Napoli! Very chic modern interior and wonderful staff who bent over backwards to help us - organising cabs and helping to carry our luggage up 3 flights of stairs! Breakfast was very tasty as well. Would highly recommend MAIN.
