Everything was just as represented, House was clean and very quiet, we had everything we needed

The house had plenty of space and was in a nice neighborhood. It was well stocked. You can tell they are still remodeling it to get it more modern as there was a sticker outside the window from the inspections department and some items are not up to date.

We had an event at the NRG . The house was very close. The house was clean the house had everything we wanted . The beds were comfortable . The neighborhood was nice and we felt safe. We had great communication with the owner. We had pizza delivered . We will definitely stay here again . The house was perfect gor our needs.

The house was very clean and spacious. The neighborhood and location was great. The kitchen equipment was limited but sufficient for our needs. Other reviews mentioned the construction. It was largely not a problem but the lack of siding on the master bedroom wall made that room cold when the weather turned cool. Communication with the host was very easy.

House is located in a family neighborhood. We felt safe and thought this was a good location. Was spacious and very clean. There was some external construction of an addition underway but had no affect on our stay. Recommended.

My children and I stayed here while I was at MDA. The location could not be better. The neighborhood is wonderful, and we enjoyed daily walks, feeling perfectly safe. The house was beautiful and extremely clean on the inside. The property manager was very responsive to any questions. Everything we needed was stocked, with a few things we did not expect. It does look like An additional room has been started behind the garage and not finished. Also, almost the entire back exterior wall of the master bedroom was torn off, but didn’t cause problems when it rained. But there was a code violation sticker from the county on the window when we entered the property. I will try to get this property again when I am in Houston!

Had an emergency at work pop up and requested to reschedule the stay for another week immediately and offered to stay multiple other weeks in the near future to help counter-act the loss in business for the last minute request. While it is understandable that the host denied the request, the lack of flexibility displayed by the host disappointed me.

I was pleasantly pleased with the calm neighborhood environment. The home was so inviting. We will definitely choose to stay there again.

We own 7 properties listed on VRBO and know what type of properties are the best suited for rentals. We have rented 3 different VRBO listings in Houston and this was the best so far. The house is being remodeled, which did not bother us in the least as we own a construction company.. It is larger, a moderate house, which is comfortable and homey. Fenced-in yard is a plus. The neighborhood is nice, not at all "sketchy" as are many VRBO listings that I see in Houston. (We lived here for years, so we know where to avoid.) This is close to the MedCenter and Rice Village. Communication with the owner is good. Recommended for any length stay. The television provider could be better, and I never could get the internet to work properly, but I just hooked to MiFi and was good.

Traveling back to Houston twice a year for doctor visits since we retired to another city can be stressful especially when we have two pugs with us. This place was set up perfectly in a very safe and quiet neighborhood. I was only 8 minutes from the parking garages of both 6400 Fannin and St. Luke’s, which was more than ideal. The house has been renovated beautifully and is very comfortable and well stocked. Due to the rainy weather I did not use the fenced in backyard to prevent my dogs from tracking in mud. However, it was great knowing it was there. Another plus was the presence of cable tv. A lot of rentals are switching to streaming only, so it was nice to be able to see my favorite local news channel. All in all, a great place to stay especially if you have a pet and need to be close to The Med Center, The Galleria, or Downtown.

Great location and very clean

It was so nice to have our family together in one location as my mother and husband are both receiving cancer treatments at MD Anderson. The house is in a very convenient location for the back and forth trips I had to make. It was also fully stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The owner communicates well and quickly. We truly appreciate being able to bring our dog as well. Perfect stay again.

Cute house in a great neighborhood, easy access to just about anywhere

My husband and I had a relaxing stay for a visit to MD Anderson. The home was a nice escape from the downtown area. We had everything we needed and were in close proximity to restaurants and shopping.

Although our rain for being there wasn't ideal (MD Anderson), being based here was a blessing. We enjoyed staying at this house and a quiet neighborhood.

We throughly enjoyed the home. It is very spacious with a great layout. The location was amazing and close to a lot of places. Will definitely stay here again.

This location was great to the NRG for the stock show. Very clean and lots of room to eat at table. Only thing we wish we would of known, there is not any pans to cook dinner in oven and the pans to cook on stove need to be replaced. We didn't use the grill or outside area.

Great location near the medical center and stadium. Plenty of space in the home and the layout is fantastic. Great yard for the dogs and safe neighborhood.

The house was close to everything, no more than a 10 minute drive to get to the places we visited. Everything was clean when we arrived, and check in was very easy.

The home was as shown in the photos. The cons: We had a bit of a problem closing the door that leads from backyard into garage, and a few other doors stick, but we managed to get them to close. The screens had been removed from all windows but one. We could not get the dishwasher to work. An area of the step up to the deck had broken, and could be a tripping hazard. The toaster was dirty. There were a few minor things that need minor repairs, or their cleaning staff could’ve wiped down better, but nothing gross or major. If we’d known the Tiki torches were out, we would have brought some. The lightbulb in the den needs replacing. The pros: We loved the deck, the deck lights, the location, the layout of the home, and the fact that Maryam provided us a handheld mixer and jelly roll pan. The beds are comfy. The checkout directions were much easier than at other places we’ve stayed. The living area has ample, comfortable seating, warm throws, and lots of good table space. There were all kinds of things in the pantry and the kitchen is well-stocked with utensils and gadgets. The principle areas, like bathrooms, insides of appliances, and floors were all very clean. We would stay here again, and would recommend it to others. The bayou was fun for a walk, fish and bird-watching. You could also ride bikes there. We had a nice time here.

It was perfect for the whole family from the roasted marshmallows on the fire pit to the family movie night in the living room it was very comfortable like being in your own home we really enjoyed it and can’t wait to come back. Thank you for the perfect home away from home 😊

We just completed a 7 day say at the Deal House and were complexly satisfied with the size, location to Medical Center, and the safe area it was in. The Owner was very responsive to any questions we hade before and during our stay. I would highly recommend this house and would stay here again . Thank you again to Mrs. Maryam for your kindness.

My family and I had a wonderful & comfortable time. The owner answered all my questions through the stay, the home was clean, everything we needed was less than a mile away. Would book in the future!

The house is comfortable and great for a family to spend time together during medical visits. We loved the fire pit! Only thing that was kind of a turn off was the full garbage in the hot garage which was pretty stinky, which wouldn’t have mattered if the laundry wasn’t in there. Otherwise it is a wonderful place to stay! <3

It was lovely staying here

We loved this place! We stayed for 7 weeks while our son had radiation treatments at MD Anderson. The house was perfect and darling. They were bed linens and towels and wash cloths a plenty!! A nice fenced in back yard with a deck and fire pit. We felt like we belonged there. The owners are Awesome and respond very quickly. The neighborhood is darling and very close to so much. There is an Amazing Target close by and a ton of really good restaurants! We used the walking path on spillway often, it's great path for walking or riding your bike. We would go back again for sure!!

Great home for settling into in Houston. So nice to be able to move into a home when there for medical issues. Hotel just doesn’t feel right. Neighborhood is cute and house has everything you need.

I came to town to have surgery with my family and we enjoyed staying at this house. It is located in a beautiful and quiet neighbor which was great for my recovery and going for daily walks. Very conveniently located to stores and the medical facilities. Also had plenty of room for my 3 kids to be able to play while I could relax back separated in the master bedroom. Lots of linens were also provided which was perfect for me in needing to keep everything clean and sanitized. Thank you for giving us a home away from home during our stay.

Very disappointed in this situation. Because they double booked us, my friends and I were homeless in Houston. All the owner could do was say I'm sorry.....sorry didn't find us a place to stay. Owner states she didn't know, however you received payment from two different people for the exact same dates, so how could you not know. All I can say is triple check your booking
