Fantastic location so close to Pizza del Popolo. Our apartment was clean and comfortable. Our top floor apartment had a fantastic balcony ideal for enjoying an evening aperitif.

There is not a better location in Ascoli Piceno. We were tucked in an alley right between the beautiful Piazza del Popoplo and Piazza Arringo. Check in was a breeze, as we were given the outer and inner entrance codes ahead of time. The elevator was a blessing, at times. We were in a large apartment with a huge wraparound deck and a great view. My conversations with the host before our stay were very helpful and we would most definitely stay again. Thank you for the hospitality!

The apartment is spacious, ideally located and equipped with lovely terraces that overlook the historic centre. The host was very responsive with his communications.
If you want to prepare meals, the kitchen bench space is quite restrictive, and some items were missing (oven racks, wine glasses)

fabulous location; the roof terrace overlooking the rooftops and main square for breakfast and evening drinks was great. Well equipped apartment, instructions for access easy, just sorry not to meet the owner who could not have been more helpful. Bathrooms were great, didnt use the kitchen much but good to have a dishwasher, toaster, kettle and Italian coffee maker. Although centrally located the soundproofing was very effective - so quiet! But open the doors and windows to enjoy birdsong and sounds of this great city - bells, concerts in the square, town band…..
The beds and sofa were hard; lack of bedside lighting (only 1 in each room). But I would return there any time.

WiFi at the end of the house wasn't very strong. The walls to the neighbours were very thin (like you can hear every word thin).

Location is excellent, highly recommend to family & friends. My husbands family roots are from Ascoli Piceno and we have previously stayed at other hotels however our stay here was by far the best.

Great location steps away from the main piazza of the city, large appartment with all amenities, wonderful 180° rooftop balcony/terrace with great views. Host not met in person, but super responsive and helpful.
Glasses and dishes had to be cleaned thoroughly before using (everything else was really tidy)

I was only looking for a comfortable stay with 2 bathrooms and I couldn't believe my eyes when I realized that the Attichetto is located between the two key squares of Ascoli center, amidst all this culture and history Attichetto is a gem of technological comfort. Multiple flat TVs with even Netflix/Prime, fast wifi and AC in every room, the house is very modern and sparkling clean! Amazing view and great terrace, we will be attending again for sure, maybe during the famous Carnevale of Ascoli city.

Lovely, clean comfortable accommodation. The roof top terrace was the icing on the cake!
Would have liked coffee making utensils - a cafetiere would have been perfect - to enjoy breakfast on the terrace. Having said that breakfast in the square was lovely.

Great location in the old town center. Everything in walking distance. The host waited for us and was very helpful in finding a parking spot and suggested some nice restaurants.
