My wife and I had 4 lovely days at the studio it was perfect for us very clean and comfortable and in a great location.The host Doreen is a lovely lady and very welcoming and knows all the local area we will definitely re book

The sudio is compact but with everything you require for a short stay. The premises were spotless with an extremely comfortable double bed. The car park is less than a 2 minute walk and one of the cheapest I have parked in. The location is amazing with the harbour and pub just a few minutes walk away. Doreen the host suggested a walk to us around the harbour and across the foot ferry to Itchenor, it is all on the level and very easy going and well worth the effort. The secluded studio courtyard is an absolute sun trap and you could easily stay 3 or 4 nights at this property without having to leave Bosham. There are plenty of local eating places and we didnt need to do any cooking whilst staying there. Doreen was the perfect host and we definitely intend to return at some time, Thankyou

As is clear from the description the studio is small but extremely well equipped. The convenience of the location (a couple of minutes from the waterfront) is wonderful and the courtyard garden is a delight. Doreen is a charming host and provided breakfast basics of good quality.

Lovely area. Everything needed close by. Property small but well laid out and very comfortable. Property had all essentials that meant we didn't have to remember tea bags milk etc

This apartment is beautifully appointed with bone china, quality linens, huge towels and a gorgeous courtyard. Doreen was an incredible host and so attentive. This is so comfortable and first class in every way. Perfect location. We had super weather and were able to welcome a few friends to join us in the courtyard, where we had glorious sun. Fabulous.

Great location, easy to find, smart, clean comfortable studio. Space as shown in photos, with everything you need, of a very high standard, although a little bijoux. Doreen the owner is a really nice lady, lives in the house opposite, we saw her a few time throughout our 2 night stay. A light breakfast, toast, cereal, orange juice etc was provided, which was nice to have. Would definitely recommend.

The Courtyard Studio is in a great central location in this lovely place. Very pleasant outside courtyard area to enjoy. All essentials provided in this studio to make for a comfortable stay. Much appreciated provisions included for breakfast. Many thanks to Doreen.

It is a charming little place with a lovely courtyard garden with lots of thoughtful touches by the owner. Very clean modern and comfortable.

The propery could be classed as bijou but, having said that, it contains all that you would want and of good quality. We were made to feel very welcome and would recommend this for a short stay in Bosham as it is perfectly placed for walking to the shore, cafes and excellent pub with wonderful terrace overlooking the inlet.

We had a great stay in the Courtyard Studio. Bed and pillows are very comfortable. Food basics were provided, including delicious homemade jam and marmalade. The location is very convenient.

Amazing what you can fit into a small space by using clever design. A well equipped kitchen and small but high standard wet room. Located in the rear of the owners property but with our own courtyard garden. Only a few minutes walk from the estuary and pubs. Bosham is a lovely village but does get busy with day trippers in the summer months. The village car park takes approx.150 cars and is situated within 2 minutes walk of the property, occasional noise from the car park, but otherwise peaceful. The car park is 6 pounds for 2 days.

Close to the tidal estuary, places to eat out, car park and bus stop for buses into Chichester this was the perfect location for our stay. The pretty, rose filled courtyard garden outside the studio and at the rear of the owners property provided a comfortable area for sitting in the sunshine.

My husband and I had a lovely weekend exploring Bosham and the Chichester area. The studio was extremely comfortable for two. Doreen, the owner was very friendly and helpful. She had equipped the kitchen with all the essentials - tea, coffee, milk, fresh bread, jam, marmalade and cereal! Even a vase of fresh flowers - what a special touch. This apartment was just about perfect for 1-2 people. The location, parking, privacy, etc.. were great. There were a few too many chairs for the space, and the wifi was on the fritz, but everything else, the really important stuff, was lovely. And we had several communications with the owner, all of which were pleasant and prompt. We would definitely go back if the opportunity comes up.

Well appointed compact apartment with all the amenities you need and a lovely outdoor courtyard area .Lovely welcome from Doreen. In a great location with Bosham on your doorstep with nice pubs and restaurants , local bus stop only 30m away and train station a 20min walk so easy to explore the region without having to use the car. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely time exploring Bosham an Chichester harbour area. It was great to come back to the cosy studio and relax. Doreen was very friendly and had left lots of little extras like jam and milk and a lovely fresh loaf and beautiful flowers which made the stay extra comfortable. We enjoyed a few restful days in this lovely little studio with its gorgeous secluded courtyard. Doreen was a helpful informative hostess giving us excellent suggestions to get the most from our stay. The studio has everything you need and although no parking at the property the village car park is just a few metres away and this caused us no issues.

My stay for 3 nights was relaxing and peaceful. The cottage is well equipped, very comfortable and the pretty courtyard garden was the perfect place to have breakfast and a drink before supper in the sunshine. The owner was very welcoming and made me feel very comfortable. About 100 yards from Bosham Quay, it is perfectly situated for walks along by the water and to explore the village of Old Bosham. I would definitely return.
