Heel goede service, heel vriendelijk, niets is teveel! Heel lekker eten, zowel het buffet als in à la carte restaurant. Er zijn altijd wel ligbedden vrij aan het zwembad en deze zijn zeer comfortabel. Heel Goede fitness. De uitzichten zijn geweldig, we kregen een upgrade naar een kamer met gedeeld zwembad met een mooie infinity pool. Het was geweldig!

De all in cocktails mochten iets verzorgder, WiFi is werkt niet altijd.

Das Resort hat einen wahnsinnig tollen Ausblick, wirklich atemberaubend. Auch das Fitnessstudio war klasse, das Wichtigste was man braucht, war vorhanden. Im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels war dieser Fitnessbereich sehr besonders, mit teuren Geräten, einem atemberaubenden Ausblick und sehr einladend. Das Buffet war sehr vielseitig und für jeden was dabei. Sauberkeit sowie Zimmer waren eine 12/10, absolut empfehlenswert!

Die Lage des Hotels ist eher weniger dafür geeignet, etwas zu unternehmen. Sehenswürdigkeiten oder Lokalitäten liegen weiter entfernt. Wer einen Entspannungsurlaub plant, für den ist dieses Resort das absolut richtige. Zudem hat uns die Stimmung am Pool etwas abgeschreckt, da es sehr still und eher langweilig war, sodass wir fast nur an unserem Privatpool waren.

Staff, locations, hospitality, attention to detail

We arrived at seaside as the first part of our honeymoon around the Greek islands. We had booked a shared pool room and were upgraded to a room with a private pool which was a lovely. The staff were fantastic. The hotel had beautiful views around the property with a high end finish throughout. We had a massage in the spa which was wonderful, however we didn’t use the spa facilities as this was an additional charge of £40 per person.

Food served in the main buffet was lovely. As we had a room with a swimming pool, we were seated in the VIP area which boasted beautiful sea views. In this area it would have been nice it the staff brought you soft drinks to the table. Wine was brought to the table but any beers or soft drinks you had to go inside for self service. What we missed when booking was that stays under 5 days only allowed one free booking in the Al A Carte restaurant. It would have been nice if we were able to book all 3 without additional charge especially during our honeymoon stay. The bar staff at the hotel are amazing. It’s a shame that some of the basic cocktails like margaritas incur an additional charge. When visiting other all inclusive hotels, I’ve never been charged extra for drinks or meals. We paid an additional charge for the floating breakfast to take advantage of our private pool. This was a wonderful experience. The content of the breakfast was the same as what you find in the buffet in the morning, but the presentation of it was fantastic. We had left some food in our room to pick at later on, but when we returned to our room this had been taken away which was a shame. One thing that needs vast improvement is the evening entertainment. During our stay there we’re different live singers, who really struggled to establish an atmosphere. There’s a hard stop on entertainment at 11pm and drinks at midnight. The hotel would benefit having more lively entertainment particularly at the weekend. Something where’s guests can dance or enjoy karaoke with more of an atmosphere. Overall our stay was wonderful and we would definitely return. If you are looking for somewhere to eat, drink and relax with beautiful scenery, Seaside is just the place.
