What is great? Location, Staff, Food quality, quantity of tea/coffee bags, kettle and.food price.

I visited the same hotel for second time in 10 days. Had given my feedback to the reception about their WC tank issues and the worst quality stinking bad body wash.nothing has changed. Just the same yet again. What is great? Location, Staff, Food quality, quantity of tea/coffee bags, kettle and.food price. What is not...outdated commods, leaking WC's and third rated bad quality of bodywash. It just stinks. I guess the owner has bought high quantities of bodywash and hence does not want to change. But I will give a thumbs down for entire hotel and recommend a downgrade to booking.com. Hotels that don't give comfort must be downgraded. I bought a soap from outside and managed but why should I pay 1800-2000 and stay in a hotel where commod leaks? I checked out and stayed in a smaller room at half the cost but with all facilities.

Nothing was good - absolutely nothing was good except the lightning part in the room .

Lot of things : 1) Hot water was not coming in the washroom .. the service staff made us wait for more than an hour and finally couldn’t resolve the issue and asked us to change the room 2) The breakfast cutlery was dusty. Very unhygienic 3) The first room allotted to us had the ceiling fan that was constantly making weird noises and sounded as if it would fall anytime. 4) The bath tub was patchy and very dirty. No curtains also so if you take bath ; entire bathroom would get wet and messy. 5) The toiletries supplies were also insufficient

Breakfast serves was totally worst. According to your hotel group breakfast served was totally tasteless,not hot even tea served was also cold not hot In my opinion your hotel must stop serving breakfast

No toiletries in toilet,taps were broken which was not repaired after so many reminders,no hot water supply in bathrooms, towels were also not changed daily drinking water after free bottoms extra bottle charged not providing free R O WATER ALSO LINENS NOT CHANGED IN MY 3 DAY STAY LINEN WAS NOT CHANGED EVEN ONCE.

The hotel enjoys a prime location, providing easy accessibility to all major areas.

It would greatly enhance the guest experience if the hotel could proactively inform guests about breakfast timings via a morning call. Additionally, our visit at 10:15 AM revealed empty bowls and despite staff presence, no effort was made to replenish or organize the breakfast area. We also had an unfortunate encounter with the Housekeeping staff when requesting a change of toilet paper. Their argument centered around the wastefulness of discarding partially used paper left by the previous customer. However, I firmly believe that prioritizing hygiene should be of utmost importance in this establishment.

I got my baggage back in same condition, only thing appreciable.

Breakfast is not appreciable, sorry to say but i had not ate Noodles in breakfast that to cold noodles. Only 2 - 3 items, no big bowl for corn flakes. There was no staff member for assisting for breakfast... Egg was not provided and when asked said it is charged. Not at expected from Treebo group of hotels.
