the rooms had been recently remodeled. very nice look. The shower was beautiful and the water pressure was wonderful. The staff Were very friendly and accommodating.

Staff was rude. Room wasn't clean. She wanted to put my family and I in a room that was having plumbing problems and expected us to check in,leave and return in 30min or longer. She wouldn't switch rooms when i found pair of other customers dirty clothes. Bed werent fully made blankets had big holes wasn't comfortable at all. Didn't even sleep comfortably. Restroom didn't have all towels for us to use. It was a horrible experience all the way around from the staff all the way down to the room

If they HAD NFL NETWORK

The nice very welcoming staff, they made me feel very important And that once again I made the right decision in chosing the Belmont motel..and as always the very fresh clean rooms, I love that smell of a nice clean rooms.

That they did not have NFL network and doors were hard to open, at one attempt about 3-4mintues.

I enjoyed the fact of having a room to sleep in but my overall stay was very disappointing and unsatisfying.

Room 104 wasn't moped,swept or sanitized. Restroom has a sour smell when first walking in. Staff at front (old man) very rude disrespectful and no customer service skills what so ever. Every towel that is placed in room for use r really stained ugly. They aren't even white like clean towels are supppse to look.
