Location was very easy to access.

The herd of elephants in the room above us. They we're still stomping at 3 am.

Stayed 4nights had to get my key card reset every day and maid service never entered my room. Trash never got emptied and never got clean towels never replenished coffee in room.

the tub would not drain has to shower in a half tub of standing water…😫 and the beds need new mattresses have dips in the middle of them .. pool closed

Loved the staff, breakfast bar, and location.

The sheets were dirty, door keys wouldn’t work, and the ice machine was broken.

The Staff were Great! Very helpful and Friendly. Full Hot Breakfast Daily.

No pool or Jacuzzi.

Where do I start? We had problems right away, our key didn't open the room door and from there, those keys work sporadically. Once we entered the room I most say that the room was disappointing in size and looked nothing like the pictures, they for sure take those in an angle which is misleading. The showerhead was DISGUSTING, the bathtub had mold around, the toilet seat was lose so it moved every time, I turned one light and the TV shut off, somehow turning on light on burnt the whole plug where the TV was connected, so I had to move furniture around to find another plug because they couldn't switch us to another room as they were all booked. The room was clearly very dirty, the carpet as well. We are traveling with our kids, 16 and 1 year old, when we took our baby for a walk around the property he almost stepped on dog poop and there was a bunch of rusty screws in the laying around outside one of the lobby windows.

My reservation was cancelled with no advance notice. I was told that Baymont had a government contract and was told they had to cancel all existing reservations. they did not attempt to relocate us somewhere. They just told us our room was taken by a government agency.. this was so inconvenient, and totally unacceptable. The owners of Baymont were not concerned at all about the customers that had reserved a room prior to that day. they should be ashamed of themselves. You can’t be sure that you have a guaranteed room with this hotel, unfortunately.

It was clean, quiet, and the staff was very friendly.

I've stayed there twice expecting to be able to swim or use jacuzzi and everytime it's closed they offer those facilities and yet I've never been able to enjoy them

The facility was very kid welcoming, full stocked snack bar, lobby TV was playing Micky mouse and front desk had color sheets with crayons out. My toddler needed milk and the front desk gave some from the breakfast area with no charge. The front receptionist was very helpful and kind. Breakfast was good!

The elevator was out, the dryer left the laundry damp, some stains were found on bedding, a couple things were left unclean from the previous person that stayed. The pool was closed.

The pool has never been open. I would love to be able to enjoy the pool or hot tub. Sad that it's not working
