Nothing, everything was great.

Receptionists were friendly and helpful. The room was as expected for the price, clean and comfy.

The location was good. It was quiet at night but close to everything I needed. The breakfast was very good and good value for the money.

This hotel is very clean, the staff are friendly, the bed and pillows were very comfortable & room was very clean! I would absolutely stay here again.

When I got to the hotel at the evening of my booked arrival date I was informed that they didn't hold my reservation because I arrived too late (despite the fact that according to Booking I should be able to check in any time after 3pm, and that I even emailed them ahead of time to let them know I will be arriving in the evening and asked to make sure that someone will be there to check me in). The person at the reception sent me to another hotel which was more expensive and not very nice.

The services at the reception desk and the housekeeping are the best. I didn't even expect they made the room as we just spent there two nights. The room is so clean and bright. I asked a receptionist to book a taxi a night before. And the driver showed up right on time. Amazing.

The location is not close enough to restaurants and the bus stop as I thought. Anyway, it is not that far.

Confortable cheap option in Cancun. However, do not expect much luxury.

The room was very noisy, you could hear everything from the other rooms.

Wi-Fi was good. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the shower had hot water. Quiet location. Walking distance to many banks, food options, and Walmart. It's a very good area. I ordered the baguette combo for breakfast and it came with fruit, fruit juice, and either coffee or tea.

I told them beforehand that I had a late flight and wasn't arriving at the hotel until after midnight. When I reached the hotel the night reception staff member told my taxi driver he wasn't expecting any arrivals. I had printed out my booking confirmation and gave that to him and he still went to check to see if anyone was arriving. I didn't reach the hotel until 1.30 am and I was tired, it just didn't give me a great first impression.

There was A/C but also great air flow throughout the building. The hotel is on a quiet street but 4 minutes from a variety of inexpensive eats. Lots of charging stations. Non-stop WiFi. Hot water + pressure. Kind staff. A real pleasant vibe. Super clean. Just right!
