Very beautiful home. Super clean and comfortable. Everything works expected. The location is also excellent, near city center and within walking distance to shops, restaurants, gardens, and many attractions.

The location, walkability, garaging, laundry facilities and spaciousness of the house were great.

A few maintenance issues that on their own weren't major, but there were enough of them that in total they detracted from this being the luxury home it's promoted as. Also nothing at all was supplied in the downstairs apartment kitchenette (glasses, cups, plates, cutlery, kettle toaster, coffee, tea ...), which made it tricky for my elderly dad who had to go up and down the stairs more often than he would otherwise have needed to.

Central location, large house, great for families

It's not unreasonable to expect all burners on the cooktop to be working. A note stating the large one doesn't work isn't really a great experience. Also, leaving some milk in the fridge for new arrivals is really a minimum expectation now, particularly at this price point.

Everything was fantastic! A great location and stay for our extended family of 8. We would def stay again.

The weather was hot - air con in the bedrooms would be great said some of our party - and some flute glasses for champagne!!

Very spacious and well appointed. This place is nicely finished and has lots of room so even with a few people you don't feel crowded. there's also tea, coffee etc which helps rather than some places which provide basically nothing. Overall it was very good.

the garage isn't very deep so you would struggle to fit some vehicles in there. my car only just fitted. a couple of the furnishings might need replacing such as the office car which had a broken arm.

The place was great. An excellent location for Anyone visiting Christchurch, and to host friends or family from outside of chch. We loved the home, it’s beautiful and so comfortable. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends. They hosts have thought of everything and I didn’t have any issues at all.

Nothing, the property was very safe & secure. Spacious and clean. Thank you :) The floor was quite sticky on arrival we did notice. Not a huge problem and didn’t worry us.

Has everything- walking distance to the park/ playground/ downtown, great water pressure, nice showers, comfy beds, warm inside, multiple TV's, lots of space, easy door code so we do t have to worry about a key, they even left a little coffee and cleaning supplies.

Washing machine wouldn't plug in so I had to hand wash but I think this is a temporary problem that will be fixed. We don't mind stairs but for an older guest that might be a challenge.

Stayed with a group of friends. Four girls in total. Our first thought when inside was Wow! This place is stunning and so conveniently located. Three levels. A lovely self contained studio unit at the bottom, living in the middle and three lovely bedrooms at the top. Loved the en-suite shower so much I want to copy it in my home. Thanks for an awesome stay.
