Breakfast was good location was great

No flaws

Check in was easy and the guest service representative was very polite. I also enjoyed the extra touches, such as the welcome bag for Hilton members and our name displayed on the TV in the room. Beds and pillows were comfortable.

The wall in the bathroom had redish, brown stains by the light switch. They bothered me so much, I used the small towel to clean them off. If this was something I noticed & was able to clean off, I feel like the cleaning staff should have noticed and cleaned that area. Also, the chair in the room was visibly very stained.

Booking.com gave me problems since Friday evening, Sunday @3 i got to property and management refuse to help me since digital card wasn’t working, spent hours waiting & problem still wasn’t resolved

Great location to all the beaches. The hotel had a good selection for breakfast and the staff were very friendly.

Our room floors were filthy. My kids feet were so black from walking on them. The fridge was extremely small and there was no microwave. The pool floors were so slippery, my child fell and busted his head. The manager looked at me like “ what do you want me to do about it?” Management decided later the pool needed to be shut down for an hr to mop up the water, leaving us and other customers pissed off that the kids didn’t get to continue swimming and knew that there would only be one hr left before they closed. The pool should’ve been allowed an extra hr to cover the time it took to mop up the water. This hotel didn’t have the proper necessities to see through not accumulating so much water on the pool floor.
