The hotel is new and clean. The wi-fi is not good.

After a long day, I was extremely tired at checkin and I forgot the pin codes of my credit cards. I was told that I cannot pay in any other way (?!) and I might also look for another hotel (even though my booking was for 8 nights). This is totally unacceptable behavior from a front desk clerk. You'd better train your people and try to accommodate well your clients. You exist thanks to us.

The kit hen is not fully furnished. No cooker, no sauce pans, knives.... and yet no restaurant or it closes early.

A need to fully furnish their kitchen as advertised.

The hotel was located near major shopping areas, train station and good neighborhood.

The room facilities were just basic.

Location was perfect for our visit, not far from the airport and the local areas of Brampton/Bramalea/Mississauga. The rooms were much larger than we expected, including a kitchenette and lounge area. The inclusive breakfast was wholesome and filling. The on-site laundry facilities were a bonus along with the swimming pool.

Late at night when the hotel was full occupancy, it was difficult sometimes to find a suitable place to park.

Ideal location for Brampton family visit, easy access to the airport, shops & restaurants, transport hubs, etc. Good breakfast. Gym and pool a great asset. Washing facilities a bonus. Very friendly staff a real joy.

The property was easy to find and access. The room was huge and very much like an apartment. The staff went above and beyond for us at check in. It was our first stay and it was only one night but they treated us like we were regulars..

Parking was tight and I wish breakfast was on a little longer than 9:30am. But I did notice that someone came down after the breakfast hours were finished (approx. 20min)and they closed the curtain and they allowed them to eat.

The hotel was beautiful. Clean, modern and the room itself was lovely.

We had major issues trying to book in. They wouldn’t take anything but a credit card and for some reason mine kept getting declined even though it had plenty of credit on it. The concierge wouldn’t offer any helpful advice and they had already taken the actual payment for the room but wouldn’t allow me to pay the “deposit” any other way citing “hotel policy” which he was just a peon so was true but it was incredibly frustrating as I was waiting with my 3 young kids and it was dinner time. The concierge wouldn’t listen to me when I told him the machine wasn’t showing me any option to put in a pin and I was in tears by the time I had tried my card for the 9th time. It wasn’t until my husband stepped up and asked to try the card again that it finally worked for him! No offer to reduce our rate, give us a better room or anything for our troubles. I doubt we’ll ever stay here again even though the hotel was so nice and the rest of the staff was lovely. Checking out was a total breeze thankfully lol.
