No breakfast available at 6am

I booked through booking.com and I wasn’t made aware that there were multiple double tree properties at the Toronto airport. I got dropped off at the wrong one and after some confusion had to taxi to the west location. My fault but could easily be avoided with better wording. Also, we were told to be outside at 630 for the 6:40am shuttle departure. The van didn’t even shop up till 6:55. Could have been more organized.

I liked the location of the hotel and all that it had to offer and the shuttle service was really efficient and effective. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family!

!!!!!!!!!!!Horrible staff and Customer Service.!!!!!!!!!! --------Not recommended at all------ I was told the price is $180 and charged $220. First thing they will hit you with a Pay parking fee. $18+ per night and any additional vehicles + hourly charges. While the staff can't even show where it mentions about these extra fees in the booking which clearly didn't. I was issued a voucher but no breakfast just because they didn't put in the system and I had to run back and forth to prove I have a voucher so they can let me eat. lol OFCOURSE I don't wanna eat breakfast anymore. No disrespect for the real Indians but All the staff are Indians and you know what that means!!!!!!!!!!!!! NO customer service, bad attitude, terrible service, smelling rooms, dirty towels, hair full bed sheets.

The bed was comfortable and the reception staff were friendly/welcoming. The shuttle was good for access to the airport.

The hotel room wasn't cleaned to a good standard upon arrival, the cabinets and sides could have done with a better polish and wipe. The photos of the hotel look better than in person. The gym was nice but small and busy. Also there were large amounts of people making a lot of noise in the hotel night and day and children running around and on furniture. This wasn't well managed/controlled by staff. It's not far away from the local shopping centre so that's a positive. Also be wary that they request a hold of 100 CAD to be returned 3 to 5 working days after check out. They did however extend my checkout until 4.30pm as I waited for the evening shuttle. The charge for extension was 50 CAD. I won't be returning as the overall atmosphere was stressful. Didn't meet expectations for the price.

Check in was very swift and easy. Room was lovlet, clean and had all the facilities but a kettle. The bed was a little to soft. The driver that collected me at 1 am and then dropped me off at 8 am was so helpful, he really took care of me and made sure I had all the information I needed.

Bed was a little soft. Small sink was a little blocked.

Excellent breakfast selection and extremely friendly staff.

There was no shuttle service from the airport even though I spoke to two different drivers. We were in the right pickup spot but they never came. Waited an hour and ended up taking an Uber to the hotel.

The free shuttle from the airport was so convinient and saved us lots of money in the middle of a flight cancellation, which was great. The bed was extra big and super comfy, very nice room. The front desk people super nice.

They have GROHE faucets and towel holders. I respect that. Do you know how difficult it is to come across GROHE sink and bathroom faucets in North America? Most use crappy North American brands when the best is GROHE and HANS GROHE. Other than my fascination with their sink and bathroom faucets, they have a comfortable King-size bed with plush pillows. I couldn't figure out how to operate the curtains though. I recommend this hotel for a one- or multi-night stay.

I did not like Nestle water bottles in the room. It's the worst brand of bottled water. They should switch to FLOW or Eska.

Room was ok

The shuttle service was not accommodating for our large group. I called when we got off the plan (9:00 PM) to let them know we will need the shuttle, the fella said to call him when we have our luggage. I called him (9:15 PM)to let him know we had our luggage and he asked how many in our group, I advised 11. He said it would be about 15 min. We had 6 adults (1 was a diabetic) and 5 children. Once you exit the Toronto Airport, you may not go back in. Our Diabetic gal's sugar started to drop and we had to ask the security guard if we could get something to bring her sugar up. Fortunately, they allowed one of our party to go back into the airport and get a juice for her. It was about 45 degrees and since we were coming back from Aruba, most of the party was in shorts. The children were freezing and tired. 45 min later, still no shuttle. I called again, he said he was on his way and will be there in 5 min. An hour after my initial call, he came to the airport with a van full of people and we had 11 in our party. He said he could take 4 of us at this time. So, a couple of our people went back to the hotel in the shuttle to get our vehicles. So we waited another 45 min for our vehicles to come and pick us up. That Shuttle van NEVER SHOWED BACK UP. When we got to the hotel, we were tired and upset. The Hotel clerks said they would speak to the manager and offered us a warm cookie. The next morning, I spoke with the hotel management, He basically just listened to my complaint and said he was sorry that happened. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone!

Nothing, the manager Joseph was dismissive and tried to gaslight me about the issues I brought to his attention.

Everything. For the cost, the room was dirty, the bed was stained, there were hairs all throughout the showers and sink. And all the manager did to remedy this was provide room and breakfast. For almost $300 that is exceptionally unacceptable.

I felt welcome and well taken care of during my stay. This is the best service I have ever received and I wish all the other hotels I have stayed at could strive for this level of customer service. I greatly appreciate the staff, especially Sadaf - as she stood out and went above and beyond. She was always so pleasant and happy to provide me with assistance whenever I needed it. Big thanks to her and everyone else.

Shuttle driver on time, good service.

The email explaining how to contact the shuttle driver arrived a few hours after I was already in bed at the hotel. WTF? It should arrive the day before at least. I stood at the shuttle area for an hour before another driver who saw me standing there for hours told me I had to call.

Waited awhile outside airport before pick up...got to hotel at 11:30 pm, needed a shuttle to airport for a 8am flight, shuttle booked up for when we wanted to go, had to get shuttle at 4:30 am. We knew others came in after us & received a shuttle for later than us that morning. Weird. Then needed get a soda. Told on floor 3 was a vending machine, why it's not in lobby is beyond me. Anyway it didn't work either way. So off we had to go across da street to get a pepsi, it's after 12 am by now. Then we asks for a wake up call for 4am, thank god I set my own alarm...never did get the wake up call...happy I didn't reply on their call. Sorry Doubletree but those 2 cookies just don't cut it for me, won't be staying there again.

一人で滞在するには十分な広さとベッドサイズである。机もあり、PC等で仕事をするにも十分なスペースがある。シャワールームも綺麗で衛生的だった。

空港から、ホテル専用シャトルで１０〜１５分ほどかかる。30~60分程度に定期的にシャトルが走っているようだが、タイミングによってはお迎えに時間がかかる。

Room service and staff. A woman at the reception was with too much attitude and rude to the customers. She was working on 16th Jan around 7 pm.

Your airport transfer drivers were brilliant. They could not do enough for us.

We didn't get to use the facilities as we only stayed 1 night. It's a shame the omelette pans for breakfast were not vegetarian. The chef offered to wipe them but they had just had meat in them.

Location was too far from airport , long shuttle wait

Surprised when i got there they said you dont have any res. under my name. Spent an hour to get to booking agent. Manager was not co operative at all.

The room was clean, comfortable and the shuttle to the airport was punctual.

Großzügige Räume mit allem, was man braucht (Kaffee, Wasser). Prima, um für ein faires Preis-Leistungsverhältnis eine Nacht zwischen den Flügen gut ausgeschlafen, ruhig, sicher und komfortabel zu verbringen. Shuttle war auch prima und zuverlässig.

Wenn man die Ausstattung ganz genau anschaut, sieht man die Massen an Übernachtungsgästen, die hier vermutlich tgl ein und ausgehen. Auch der Frontdesk funktioniert, jedoch ohne zu viele Worte zu machen.

The room was very spacious and clean. Bed was extremely comfortable, one of the best I’ve slept in. Bathroom was very nice and clean. Good for going to the city, or airport. Shuttle runs 24/7 which was nice, they take you to the airport and at the airport you can take a 20 minute train to Downtown Toronto. Much cheaper than staying downtown.

You get cookies whenever you ask for it at the front desk, only when we check-out, the woman told us you only get it when checking in which isn’t true. She was a bit rude and gave me the feeling that as soon as we checked out, she didn’t care at all.
