Four generations were in town for a family wedding. The house is clean and properly equipped for light meals. Unfortunately the handle to access the front door was broken, so despite having the code, there was a delay in getting inside. The owner subsequently replaced the door handle and provided immediate access through the garage. One suggestion would be to provide a mirror in the bedrooms as we had trouble getting access to the bathroom mirrors with four bathrooms and so many people wanting to look their best.

Our 3 generation family enjoyed gathering here to celebrate our patriarch’s birthday. Plenty of room for all of us to gather together as well as room to have private visits. The downstairs room with no furniture was a great place for the kids to have balloon races & dance with their folks. Kitchen was well equipped; easy access to grocery stores for supplies. We’d stay again were we to be in the Seattle area.

Had a lovely time at the home! Spacious enough for all 7 of us, large kitchen and family area. Enjoyed the plethora of home sandals available. It did get chilly on the 1st floor bedroom but there was a lovely heater available. Great stay!

Family reunion brought Aunt, cousins w/ respective families from CA. Tons of room to unwind and a HUGE unfurnished but carpeted area on bottom floor for the little kids to run circles. Off the road location a few minutes from the lake, parks, shopping, restaurants, etc Superclean property, tons of rooms, easy communication. A++

Very large, clean place. Host was very prompt in responding. There were some challenges in equalizing the heat on all 3 floors as happens in big houses. Plenty of parking with a 3 car garage.

Property had more than enough room to accommodate our group. She was also very communicative and would work with us with any issues we had.

I booked this house for my niece’s wedding at Trinity Tree Farm in Issaquah. It was the only one close by that had enough separate bedrooms for our family. The master & the room with the twins beds had lots of room to spread out. The other rooms were decent sized as well. The pictures do not do it justice! The kitchen was well stocked with every thing we needed to make a nice big breakfast. The island was a great gathering place. I would definitely recommend staying here! Oh and the driveway was not that big of a deal and the garage held smaller cars nicely.

Overall had a great experience. The house was immaculate and very luxurious. The steep and shared driveway with the next door neighbor does make it challenging if you have large and/or many vehicles - we had to shuffle around a few times but we made it work. The property manager was very timely in responding to any messages I sent and even went and searched the home after our stay for a lost piece of jewelry owned by one of our guests. Thank you!

The house was nice, but not fully furnished. There was a big family room downstairs with NO furniture. The only gathering area just had a couch & love seat so not a lot of seating. There was no outdoor area & limited parking. The owner called and/or came by every day. There was only 1 outdoor garbage can; therefore the owner asked us to put any extra garbage bags in the garage & then charged me $100 because there were “too many”. We were there for my sons wedding, the house was convenient, and we had a great time, but I would hesitate to recommend the house just for these issues.

The home is very big, with 7 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Majority of the bedrooms are upatairs and share one restroom apart from the master bed/bath. The driveway is really steep and is a shared space with another house so space for parking cars in driveway can be tight.

great for big groups, very spacious. very comfortable beds. everything very clean. well appointed kitchen. great location, close to grocery stores (3 min) and plenty of hiking (10-20 min) for all levels. some furniture for the basement (although it was a great space for kids to run in circles), more maintained back yard, and some outdoor seating would be aplus, but not a deal breaker. 5 stars.

Our son got married nearby at Trinity Tree Farm. Our Grandmother is a Canadian citizen, and had been stuck across the boarder during the pandemic. This event would be the first time that she’s seen family in almost two years. It was important to have as much family together under one roof as possible. This home has many bedrooms, clean, and near shopping and restaurants. It easily accommodated our family, and made the stay enjoyable.

Overall the house was nice and the kitchen well stocked. Yet the house has no Air Conditioning and with the humidity and heat we were all seating and miserable. The bedroom with two twins above the garage was so hot we could not use it. Small fans were put in each room yet this in not enough to handle the heat and humidity. Our food melted and so did we. For a house that averaged one thousand dollars per day, having no air conditioning is simply unacceptable and should be added immediately. It truly ruined our weekend. There was also a discrepancy with check out. The note to guests in the kitchen states check out is 11am, yet the email stated 10am from the host. This needs to be clear. 10 am is far too early for the price being charged in my view. I would not rent this house again in the months when heat can be an issue until central air conditioning is added. Family members had to take cold showers to cool off, it created health issues.

Would stay again. Large quiet home; 20 minutes to Woodinville for wine tasting, a bit further to Seattle, but worth it.

This place was so beautiful inside and out. Had enough space for my company and I have to have our own room. The kitchen was a great place to host and have dinner. Definitely recommend renting for a little gathering!

We stayed here for my daughter's wedding weekend. The house was perfect for our family. The owners were very responsive to our questions, the house was clean and large enough for our whole family to stay together. It was also close to many restaurants.

This was a great setting for our weekend retreat. All of the guests commented on the comfortable bedding. We flew in our chef from Rome, however, and the kitchen didn’t have the equipment we needed, so we had to bring in a lot of cooking materials and supplies, but that was the only issue we had all weekend. Thank you!

My friends and I have an annual ski trip every MLK weekend and this year we did it in Washington. Location is an easy drive to Snoqualmie or Steven’s pass. The house is beautiful and very spacious. Only minor issue was there was no cutting boards for us to use. Otherwise everything was prefect and communication was easy.

We had a wedding this weekend with lots of family coming in. This house was perfect for everyone and never felt cramped. Great communication and everything was easy.
