Lovely building in a superb location. Helpful staff, nice rooftop breakfast. Large well equipped room and great shower.

Bed was a bit small for us and we are not large people. Heads up for others...there is no elevator and rooftop breakfast is 5th floor.

Casa Decu is in a perfect location. the roof terrace is great for having breakfast or to just hang out.

The rooms facing the courtyard can be a bit noisy - you will hear whenever someone rings the bell.

Beautiful property that was very well decorated. The location was excellent. As a solo traveller it was great being in a location where I felt no qualms about walking around during the evening alone. Additionally, the staff was lovely. I had only a few interactions, they were always nice and polite. Finally, although the room wasn’t heated, the was a space heater, which was sufficient.

Although the room was clean, the floor could have been better maintained. There seemed to be a lot of hair and dust. But overall clean enough. The shower was my biggest pet peeve of my entire stay. The shower curtain was way too short, so every time I took a shower the entire bathroom floor became flooded with water that had to be wiped up.

We loved the access to the rooftop terrace. We also enjoyed the spacious room. And we appreciated the WhatsApp chat with the concierge

El restaurante estaba en el último piso y, aunque estaba perfecta la vista, si era complicado subir, sobre todo porque no hay elevador. Recomendaría mejorar el menú y contar con suficiente loza para que no hubiera necesidad de que las personas de servicio estuvieran lavando constantemente. A pesar de ello siempre lo hicieron con mucha amabilidad y cortesía.

We loved the location! It was the perfect place to explore Condesa from. We went to Parque Mexico all the time. And we loved so many of the restaurants nearby. The room was perfect for us. The small kitchen was so handy and we really liked having two bedrooms and bathrooms. It was also so clean. The house cleaning staff kept things so clean every day. I also really like the beauty of the art deco building and rooftop patio where we started each day.

I felt like breakfast was fine but wasn’t wonderful. And my kids were really trying to practice their Spanish with the staff who had no time for it. It would have been nice if they had just replied in Spanish when they spoke in Spanish.

Really excellently appointed and designed space. It really did feel natural to the setting, and was really quite beautiful. The space is architecturally, unique in a great neighborhood.

Even if purchasing the breakfast option through a package, be aware that there are two breakfast options of which the one that is only available on-site, requires an additional charge of 180 Mexican pesos, which was not communicated very well to my party. While food in Mexico is very cheap, One would think that by purchasing the breakfast package, you would also get all the fixings of breakfast, outside of just coffee, day, old, pastries, and a few selected fruit.

It is a beautiful hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The location is perfect.

The room was great and much larger than expected. Decor was modern but with some visual interest. The bed and pillows were perfect — we slept really well. Shower pressure was also good. Very comfortable stay overall! The staff were very helpful and we loved the location.

There wasn't a great place to hang our towels.

Noise and privacy. It’s more like sharing a house with people. You can hear everything including people having fun in their showers… not for people wanting silence.

Die Lage des Hotels ist super zum Erkunden der Stadt, viele Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar, nettes Personal, stilvoll & modern eingerichtet, einfaches Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt!

Breakfast was served upstairs. It was a pretty good free breakfast -- continental. Not terribly fresh but still ok. Friendly people, room was ok but not huge and no heating but plenty of blankets. It's good if you want quiet because the room I was in was totally blocked in (no windows really to the outside) which I didn't mind for 1 night before boarding a plane. I wouldn't want to stay long though even though it was clean and suitable, I like to have a window in my room. The shower was hot which was really nice!

The location of the hotel was excellent. It was in a very pleasant area with lots of good cafes/restaurants and parks nearby. It was easy to walk to Roma and about 25 mins walk to the Anthropology Museum and Casa Luis Barragan. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. I loved the rooftop cafe where breakfast was served.

As I stayed 5 nights at the hotel, it would have been good to be given additional bottles of water in the room – there was filtered water available in the ground floor hallway but my room was on the fourth floor. It would have been nice to be given a bathrobe too.

Super emplacement, portier 24h/24, très propre, personnel efficace. Magnifique terrasse ombragée en rooftop pour le petit déjeuner. Beaucoup de femmes avaient choisi cette hôtel et on s’y est senti très bien.

Pas d’ascenseur, il faut porter la valise dans les étages. Il faisait très froid dans la chambre. Le service de laundry, c’est une service de “lessive” et pas de “pressing”, les vêtements ont été retournés lavés, mais pas repassés, et un vêtement a été un peu abimé par un lavage trop chaud.

Excellent location near beautiful parks, coffee shops and restaurants. Delightful helpful staff and security. I didn’t the free breakfast, I felt safe and looked after.

The stairs and floors in the rooms are all wooden and anyone underneath them or walking around in high heels makes a lot of noise, would suggest covering for stairs and advising clients to take shoes off in rooms for the comfort of others.

Great location on a quiet corner near Avenida Amsterdam. Great staff, 24/7 doorman. 1/3 price of some other “Casa” type places.

Muy muy bien todo. Habitaciones confortables y limpios, buena ubicación, el personal muy amable... El desayuno no estaba tan mal como lo mencionaban otros comentarios. Repetiria sin duda.

Que en las fotos se indicaba que habia gimnasio, pero ya no hay.

Me gustó mucho la amabilidad del personal, en general el hotel está muy bello y la terraza ni se diga.

Me gustaría que hubiera más variedad en el desayuno, por ejemplo para la fruta no había yogurt, al menos que lo solicitarás pero no era algo que ofrecían y muchas veces la gente no sabe.

La ubicación, la atención al cliente, el servicio de limpieza diario, el servicio de desayuno.

No tiene elevador para subir al desayunador. El área de trabajo es muy pequeña y las sillas son poco cómodas. No tiene gimnasio y en la página de booking aún aparece que si tienen.

The location was wonderful. The room was perfect for us. Everything was safe and secure. The staff was welcoming and accomodating. There are many great restaurants and cafes around. As well as a walmart express for anything you may need.
