Los servicios del hotel son excelentes y la atencion del personal en todos los departamentos recepcion, restaurante, personal de aseo y maleteros fueron estupendos. El Sr, Rolando del restaurante nos presto un servicio excelente y muy atento con nosotros. Debido a que nosotros estabamos de aniversario de 25 años de casados, el hotel por 2 dias nos dio un ascenso en la habitacion y nos acomodomo en la suite con botella de champagna, lo cual agradecemos el detalle grandemente y estuvimos muy felices. Realmente es de mencionar ese lindo detalle. Gracias por todos los servicios prestados y estaremos de regreso en Ciudad de Mexico pronto y logico alli estaremos alojados en el Stanza Hotel ya que la ubicacion es excelente y el sector roma norte muy bueno y tranquilo.

Excelente atención por parte del personal, la ubicación, habitación impecablemente limpia. Súper agradecida xq me urgía pesar mi equipaje y en varios hoteles por báscula o pesa y en este hotel la tenían y amablemente el personal me pesaron el equipaje.

Ubicación, limpieza, camas y servicio en general

En la habitación quisa poner una silla mas o algo donde dos personas puedan sentarse, porque paso que medimos de desayunar a la habitación pero no habia donde sentarse, o quisa poner de estas mesitas para comer en la cama, seria buena idea, de ahí en fuera todo muy maravilloso y bonito.

Hotel is very well located in Roma Norte neighborhood that is probably one of the best in the entire Mexico City. Rooms are spacious, it is possible to open windows and they allow for good night rest. Breakfast is of buffet type and it offers a very good and wide selection of different Mexican style dishes. Beside the Mexican dishes, there is also an egg and taco station station with very kind lady that is doing her best with all the orders. Also, I really appreciate the efforts of the hotel to give a chance to persons of different backgrounds, even to those with a certain level of physical disability.

When we talk about the location I have to point out, although this is definitely not the fault of the hotel, that just about 100 meters away from the hotel, in nearby Jardín Pushkin (Pushkin Garden), there is a sewage collector station that spreads very unpleasant smell. Rooms, although spacious, look old and tired and are in need of urgent upgrade/renovation. Bathrooms are poor with fixed shower heads that simply do not allow proper shower taking. Breakfast, although buffet style, does not offer some more globalized dishes although the clientele is very global. Those not used eating Mexican dishes will be very unsatisfied and hungry especially when we take a high price of the breakfast into account. During the night there was evident that some of the guests were behaving in an improper way by loudly speaking in the halls and also by allowing the children to play in the halls until the midnight. I am sorry to say, but I could not recommend this property.

Cómodo, personal amable y buena ubicación

El hotel está muy lindo, el personal es muy amable y las habitaciones son muy cómodas, algunos detalles en cuanto a limpieza, pero como somos familia, nosotros llevamos artículos para limpiar un poco más y tratamos de dejar limpio. Está bien ubicado, hay muchos lugares para desayunar, comer y cenar. Nosotros nos vamos a la segura, Bisquet Obregón y Orinoco. En general, todo increíble.❤️

Spacious rooms, coffee making facilities, clean and great location right in the centre of Roma.

Wifi didn’t work which made it difficult to plan activities and the aircon leaked. Overpriced for what it is.

more attention to "little" maintenance issues : a broken door of the closet which was repaired upon request and a burnt bulb which was not replaced (I guess it's still dark)
