The location was fantastic, close to everything we could have needed and on a lovely secluded little pedestrian street. the apartment was also comfortable with lots of great little hospitality touches like a stocked bathroom and raki :)

It was noisy at night during the weekend.

Everything was just as described, even more. A lot of basics were already there, not only salt or pepper or olive oil but a lot to do and several water bottles. All was so clean. The location is perfect. 15 meters from the great museum. And a minute or two away from main touristic street. And in fact seconds away only of real city's feel. In a pedestrian tiny street still with a resto or two. No specific noise. You always have a car with loud music on the other street but hey! It's just life! Truly all was perfect, just need to add a roof terrace and it will be summit ha ha. Parking was pretty easy and quick on the street going down from the museum just 20 seconds from the appt. So I always found a spot. Generally in the minute. Just once I had to redo the tour to get back (one way) but I always hot a spot either 30 m away or 250 m so it's very good. Was there end of Oct. 2021. Don't know in summer... Anyway all was fine and the tenant helping when you ask anything. Bravo !

Maybe the bed but you know it's always hard to change of mattress. And I'm a sensitive person so my opinion do not really count! Pretty convenient to most I guess! No truly no bad points here.

We were 4 persons and arrived morning. The hose was already prepared despite the fact that the check in was faraway from that time. We found there welcoming sweets, traditional Raki, water, coffee, tea and etc. There was a lot of food stored so you may cook at your own if you need. The property is exactly as it was shown in photos: beautiful, cosy, mix of old classic and modern pieces. Also, It has everything what is needed while travelling and even more: washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, iron, ironing board, blow dryer, all necessary kitchen and household supplies. Actually, everything what you has and need in your own house. The host, Mr Dimitris, is so kind and polite person, was keeping in touch all the time. Important to add is that the apartment is very clean, has comfortable beds, has towels and sheets, has all bathroom things. Actually, bring with you only the teeth brush. Lastly, it is location. Your in the centre of the town with restaurants and coffee shops, near the bus station, shops, archeological museum is just opposite the road. Definitely, we will be back. It was a wonderful place! The house is in a pedestrian zone and it was easy to find. A free parking (public) near the house -150m. And it was very clean ( very very clean) necessary for the pandemic period. We find everything we need, the kitchen was full equipment, we find water and coffee (each type of coffee), milk and other good thinks for breakfast. We find raki (very good alcoholic beverage) that we tasted in the balcony. The house was very beautiful and stylishly furnished. A nice balcony where you can have a beer. It is a very comfortable house for summer in Heraklion but also for the winter. So I think I will came back for Easter Holliday or Christmas time. We came earlier before the time to do the check-in because we came in Heraklion with a ferry and we owner let us do the early check in. Thanks a lot, it was a wonderful place for my family, very spacious for 4-5 adults and very clean. In the pedestrian zone, just open the door and you find yourself in the shopping street but very very quite and very safe. In front of the door house you can find a bar and also a taverna, everything you need because you are in a very city center. A shop to reserve a boat tour in Crete or to rent a car is just 150m. So it was not a house that I find in booking, it was a home. I will came back because I loved Heraklion and I love Greek people. So kind and so lovely. Thanks a lot for everything. Take care.

Great information flow, friendliness, cleanliness and location

The apartment was in a convenient location right near the Archaeological Museum and main shopping streets and as we had a hire car we found parking very close. We booked late on the day we were arriving but it was all ready when we arrived and the people in the shops located next door were very helpful in contacting the owner as we didn't have wifi to get the key lock code. It was modern and had very good amenities in the kitchen so you cook if you wished to and make coffee, plus there was a washing machine. It looked very new and freshly renovated.
