The property needs issues addressing, redecoration and a thorough clean.

Nice touches such as flower arrangements and pretty table settings.

The location was very good

The steep stairs to the first floor flat.

The location was excellent and the apartment was very cosy and comfortable

The apartment needed a few minor repairs.

The bed was lovely. The location was very nice.

The smell on arrival was very damp and mouldy. The windows were dirty and misted on the outside and although the table and chairs at the window were great, we couldn’t see out. The pans need replacing as both are unusable. The damp patch on the ceiling wasn’t inviting. The shower head needs replacing. The shower leaked on to the floor every time we used it, and couldn’t be moved up and down on the pole. Shower curtain was full of mould. The carpet into the kitchen door was dangerous.

The outside front and entrance was really poor and dirty

Well positioned in centre of town. All amenities catered for in the Flat, home from home. Plenty of books,dvds and board games for a rainy day Would stay again.

Steepness of stairs. Nothing you can do about that, was the way they were built. Could do with a freshen up, but that is just my own opinion.
