Beautiful location right on the beach. The property itself was well equipped, modern and exceptionally clean. Vanessa was super helpful when required to answer any questions.Hosts went beyond expectation when they left us some drinks and fresh fruit on arrival. We had a lovely time.Thank you!

The weather was hot and we found the apartment too warm to sleep comfortably without air conditioning. The ceiling fan in the living room was welcome and would have been useful in the bedrooms too.

Awesome location, yo can see the sunrise while having breakfast. They clean the apartment in every 3-4 days.

There are only 1 wall socket in every room so bring a 3 way socket if you can..

The view from the apartment is indescribable! Just so beautiful! The sea view! We were 5 persons, so it was enough space for us (family). 4 regular beds for 4 persons and one extra bed for 5th person. Location is just perfect! Shopping center is just few steps from the apartment. We had a car and parking place was no problem. Parking place (huge) is just right beside the apartment. We missed couple of things in the appartment, but it was no problem to ask and get that what is included in the apartment.

During the 9th night (the only night that we were asleep) we found 4-5 cockroaches (cucarachas - scarafaggi - Kakerlachen) in two rooms and going under the fridge and under the tubes of the sink. In my opinion this is really disgusting. Our apartment (the D1) was quite old, but well mantained and in the visible areas it was apparently clean (we had two times the cleaning service in 8 days). But the presence of many cockroaches (and of different size) means that there are colonies (data from scientifical sources), so there must be a problem with the pest control service. When I called the host, at first she offered to give us some pesticide spray (!!!) and then she offered us another accomodation. We declined this option because at that point there was no more trust in the host, we went away. We asked for a refund of the last 3 days of accomodation, but this solution was rejected from the host. She offered us a cash discount in case of future reservation in one of their accomodations. Another issue: parking during weekends is impossible, since the apartment is in front of the San Agustin beach.
