Das Studio wurde gerade nach dem Hurrikan IRMA renoviert und ist ab dem 23. Dezember wieder verfügbar. Es befindet sich im Herzen des Dorfes Orient Bay, 3 Gehminuten vom schönsten Strand der Insel und vom Dorfplatz in einem geschlossenen und sicheren Park entfernt.
Idealer Ort für ruhige, sportliche oder belebte Ferien. Alles ist für Sie geplant, um einen Traumurlaub zu haben. Der Strand, Restaurants, Geschäfte und sogar Wassersportaktivitäten liegen weniger als 5 Gehminuten vom Studio entfernt.
Das Studio befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Residenz im Erdgeschoss mit Blick auf einen Pool (sehr überfüllt, da die Residenz das ganze Jahr über 95% Einwohner hat). Das Studio besteht aus einem Eingangsbereich, einem Hauptraum mit voll ausgestatteter amerikanischer Küche, einem Badezimmer, Schränken, einer Veranda (überdachte Terrasse) mit Wohnzimmer und Gartentisch sowie einem kleinen Garten mit Liegestuhl. Sie finden den Komfort Ihres täglichen Lebens mit einem Flachbildfernseher, Internetanschluss, Grill, Parkplatz usw.
Sehr netter Service für dieses renovierte Studio und für 2 Personen geplant (1 Kinderbett oder Kind kann hinzugefügt werden).

We loved every day of our stay! This condo is in a perfect location, in relation to shops, restaurants, and beach. We loved our short walks to everything we wanted to do in Orient Bay.
The condo was clean and well equipped with everything we needed during our stay. If you’re concerned about having a washing machine but no dryer for laundry, don’t be. Our towels and clothing dried in no time since this island is arid. We packed in carry on luggage for a week’s stay because we knew we could wash our clothes. It worked like a charm!
The pool was quiet and I didn’t even have to share when I swam laps every evening. The entire area is quiet, safe, and friendly.
We only had one question for our hosts, Delphine & Christophe, and it was answered immediately. They’re attentive and wanted to be sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation.
We’re already talking about dates for our return trip!

Our third stay in St Martin went perfectly with a few days in Les Lataniers and the studio is just perfect for a couple willing to enjoy the island and enjoy Orient Bay.
A few minutes from the beach and all the restaurants, in a very quiet street and facing the pool residence (very quiet as it is used by a few residents), we can't wait to come again.
The studio is clean, perfectly equiped with an efficient wifi, a Nespresso coffee machine, a toaster, beach towels...nothing is missing.
The host is really nice and inquired to check if we were nicely installed so it is an overall excellent renting experience.

This is our second time staying in this unit. And it was amazing. It’s very very clean and well equipped to make it a comfortable stay.
The owners were extremely friendly and easy to contact. We are hoping to be able to return to this unit for another vacation.

This was our very first time to St. Martin and Orient Bay. We arrived in the afternoon and immediately met the friendly property owner Delphine. Delphine was very helpful with all our questions and quickly responded to new requests. Everything was clean and comfortable with all the necessities we needed for our week-long stay, and the property was exactly as the photos reflect. We also enjoyed the community pool in the late afternoons, just a few steps away from our patio. The property is literally a 3-minute walk to Orient Beach and 2-minute walk to some little shops, like the friendly “Good Morning Café” and many amazing restaurants. It’ couldn’t have been more convenient for us. We absolutely fell in love with the quiet and safe little neighborhood, the apartment and all the friendly people we’re encountered during our stay. We can’t wait to return to this little gem.
Oh yes, something else not related to the property, but worthy of mentioning. If you have a chance check out Delphine’s design creations. We ran into her at Mardi de Grand Case on Tuesday nights, which was an unexpected and pleasant surprise for us. We were very impressed.

The property was in an excellent location for the beaches, restaurants and store. The hosts were immediately responsive to any issues and or requests. The condo was very comfortable and enjoyable. Will definitely return again.

The property was clean,exactly what we were looking for and it was very close to the beach. The property owners were great. They even shared chairs and a cooler which was truly appreciated. Un gros merci à Delphine et Christophe :)

We are regular visitors to French St. Martin and our stay at this spot was above our expectation! The location was perfect, near beach, restaurants, grocery and coffee and croissants in am! Delphine out host was very responsive and helpful. We hope to come back very soon!

The property was as described (no surprises). It was clean and basic necessities were provided. The location was great - very quick walk to the beach and bakery/convenience store/restuarants. We felt very safe in the neighbourhood at all times. The pool was lovely, and just steps away. Christophe and Delphine were kind and friendly- both made the effort to stop by and greet us, and helped to get us settled. They were incredibly responsive with quick answers to our questions. We hope to be able to repeat our stay some day.

We had such an amazing trip and our vrbo was outstanding and mostly because of Delphine. What questions we had were alway answered and very promptly. She was by far the best host we've ever had there. Can't wait to go back

While I didn't have much communications with the property manager, she was very helpful (early in the morning) to help me print my covid test results ignorer to leave the country. The only comment about the room is the wifi was not very storing.

We were so happy when we pulled into the driveway. It was everything we expected and more. We found the property and the neighborhood to be very clean and inviting. We had a great relationship with the owner. We will definitely rent this unit again. I highly recommend

The studio was actually better than we expected. It was obvious that it has been recently renovated... And well done! BTW... Love the rainfall shower! We typically get all the goodies to make our own rum punch including bagged ice. We were concerned about the small fridge in the kitchen but when we arrived we found a full size refrigerator /freezer just outside the sliding doors on the covered patio. It was absolutely awesome. Delphine was great to respond to every question quickly... Sorry we didn't get to meet but betwee the studio and her great communication I think she's the perfect host. We only had 2 complaints... One was the nasty sea moss washing up on all the eastern beaches... Certainly not her fault... We just went to Friars and Honeymoon which were perfect! The other is a personal preference for me... Bed was a bit hard but also very supportive. Maybe a memory foam topper . The reality was that I was so tired each night I still slept quite well! We love St Martin... It pained us to see so much damage to the beaches and green foliage still...but there's recovery efforts everywhere and the people of this awesome island are still warm and obviously glad to have us visiting. We will be back next year... And we'd love to stay in this same studio... Thanks Delphine for providing us a comfortable place to use as our base!
