The location was superb. The view was fantastic. The size of the apartment was great and roomy. The facilities were great and security was a great bonus for parking locked up.
I loved it all. Uber to your door for transport or an easy walk to town beach break wall and shops.
I would definitely stay here again.
There is nothing to complain about everything was great only thing I would say as minor as it was the sisten on the toilet buttons were really really hard to push to flush loo that's it.
That I had to leave.

Linen is not included, which is in the fine print of the booking. However what is not explained is that basic amenities are also non inclusive.
No soap, toilet paper, coffee, tea, wifi or smart tv etc.
There was also an infestation of moths inside the apartment. My husband went to make a cup of tea and inside the kettle were two live moths.
When communicated to realestate we were advised to “Shoo them away”.
The condition of the apartment feels extremely unhygienic, with old smelly carpet and furniture.
Old ply wood screwed into the wall in the toilet area to block piping.
Communicated how unclean the apartment was, years of built up dirt and dust, my son even found a cigarette lighter under a cushion on the lounge. We had one text message received from the agency that they were “in contact with the cleaners”. Then had NO contact from the agency, no apologies, nothing!
Some windows aren’t able to open due to accumulation of dirt and dust.
The toilet was also not running properly on the first day, then clogged the following morning.
My advice, spend the extra 20-50 a night and stay somewhere nice.
The location was the only good thing about this place unfortunately.

The location and view were fantastic.
I think a little love is needed to keep it clean and some maintenance. I noticed the washing machine was dirty fly screens out. But otherwise a nice relaxing place to stay.

Location good but a bit noisy at times from van park.
Bit shabby in part, could do with an upgrade, but good for the price. Parking was interesting with a Jeep!

location was perfect as we were attending a music festival at the caravan park.
the lift was not working. lucky we were on the 4th floor. felt sorry for the people on the top few floors.
there was a dreadful smelling room deodorizer in the toilet, we had to lock it in the laundry. hot water ran out & there was only 2 of us staying. the apartment is old and dated, the balconies are awesome, beautiful sun streaming in all weekend. would be pretty hot in summer.

the garage parking is a nightmare to navigate, the apartment is outdated & bed in main room extremely uncomfortable, the management property services are unprofessional trying to charge me additional $78 in charges for service fee & booking.com commission which they claimed I needed to pay on top of my booking price through booking.com which is not the case as property pays the third party commissions not the guest,

We thought that the parking was very different- spaces were too small and too many pillars in the parking space. It took a lot of moving back and forth to set into our allocated spot.
