Mariner West, Gulf Front with Wrap Around Balcony
Mariner West ist ein familienfreundliches, flaches Condo direkt am Golf am Thomas Drive. Diese Wohnung ist eine Eckeinheit im 3. Stock mit einem übergroßen Balkon. Die geräumige Master Suite ist mit einem Kingsize-Bett, einem eigenen Bad und einem 37-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher ausgestattet. Das Wohnzimmer ist mit einem Queensize-Schlafsofa, einem 50-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher, Kabelanschluss, kostenlosem WLAN und einem DVD-Player ausgestattet. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Töpfen, Pfannen, Geschirr, Besteck, Toaster, Geschirrspüler, einer normalen Kaffeemaschine und einem Keurig, einem Mixer und einer Mikrowelle. Es gibt einen separaten Waschraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner in voller Größe sowie Platz für Ihre gesamte Strandausrüstung.
Viele Annehmlichkeiten vor Ort, darunter ein großer Pool am Golf, beleuchtete Tennisplätze, Shuffleboard, Billardtisch und Beach-Sand-Volleyball. Es gibt auch Gasgrills neben dem Pool zum Grillen von eigenen Fischen, Steaks und Burgern. Genießen Sie Ihr eigenes Essen an den Picknicktischen.
Alle Handtücher und Bettwäsche sind vorhanden. Alles was Sie mitbringen müssen sind Strandtücher und vergessen Sie nicht Ihre Sonnencreme!
Wunderbare Anlage für Wintergäste. Wintergäste kehren Jahr für Jahr zurück. Wintergäste haben in der Regel Treffen für Corn Hole-Spiele, Shuffleboard-Spiele, Bingo-Nacht, Getränke am Pool, Pot Luck Dinners und andere lustige Aktivitäten. Very nice and clean. Extremely close to the beach with an amazing view! I would highly recommend.
Only problem was the front door mechanism…. Needs to be replaced

I love this unit. This unit is very clean and updated. Great views and easy to get in and out of. The owner was very helpful and easy to contact. We have been going to Mariner West for over 10 years and this is the nicest unit we have stayed in so far!

The condo has a great view. The unit was very clean. The wraparound balcony was huge and came in very handy. The condo was very well stocked with basic items as well. We would definitely stay there again. I would recommend to anyone. Thank you.

We had a wonderful 5 day vacation. This 3rd floor unit offered beautiful views of the Gulf and pool. Unit was very clean, king size bed very comfortable. We spent lots of time on beach, at the pool and on the balcony. Host was very great with communications. Definitely recommend and will stay again. Barracudas is an easy walk as is Busters. No food at Busters though. Schooners is a mile down the beach.

We came to celebrate our Mom’s birthday. It was a perfect stay! The unit is amazing and the location is very convenient to many of our favorite restaurants and shopping. Easy and convenient access to the beach too. I can’t say enough good things about the unit.

This property is perfect for a couples get-away. The corner unit has a large balcony, perfect for morning coffee. The kitchen is well-equipped and this unit has nice furniture, linens and a good supply of start-up neccesities such as dish detergent, toilet paper, etc which made this feel like home quickly.
The nice sized pool is cleaned daily and everything seemed to be well cared for on this property.
The communication with was great, with clear instructions and easy processes. We certainly will try to stay here again soon!

This property checked all the boxes. Great location, super clean and comfortable. Great bed, and great pool.
Beach area is great and the area couldn’t be cleaner. Love then location as it’s not in the middle of the tourist area but still lots to do and many good restaurants in the area.
Owner’s communication was perfect and all the instructions were super clear.
Already hoping we can get this same unit again in a return trip! A+++

My family of four had a wonderful stay! The condo was the cleanest condo we’ve ever stayed in. The view was spectacular and location was great. Beach not too crowded as we stayed during peak season. Traffic was not bad either. The owners went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay! We can’t wait to return!

Our 2nd trip in this unit and it was perfect. Excellent communication from the property manager, attention to detail, had an issue with the washer, it was repaired within 3 hours. This is our favorite place in pcb. Highly recommend 👌

We had a great month’s stay at Mariners West condo. We enjoyed the fact that it was not a high rise condo with all the crazy spring break crowds that can be visiting in late March. The condo unit was further East and very quiet with mostly family groups or retirement friendly people. The condo itself was homey and comfortable and the convenience of a private laundry room across the hall from the unit was wonderful. The king size bed was firm and comfortable!
The management and staff at Mariners West was great. A special shout out to Dave who was always working very hard to keep the grounds and pool area impeccably clean and tidy. We look forward to returning again next year.

The property is perfect for sunset views from the balcony or just steps out on the beach. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Sue was very responsive and took care of a small issue with the coffee maker immediately. You have all you need to make meals in the kitchen. The office and grounds staff were friendly and helpful. Would not hesitate to stay here again and have already recommended it to friends!

The title says it all. Quality furnishings, comfortable bed with nice linens & one of the cleanest condos we’ve rented in PCB. Corner balcony with comfy seating. Full size washer/dryer laundry room across the hall for your personal use. Easy check-in at the lobby. Easy parking. Convenient to restaurants -Schooners, seafood market, Paparazzi Gourmet Deli, & Patches Pub were some favorites. Great communication with owner.

We loved the property. Very clean and tidy. We didn’t spend to much time inside as the balcony was perfect. It rained on our stay so we used it a good bit. The bed slept wonderfully! And access to the beach was just perfect. Also very safe in regards to who can come and go from the beach which was very nice! We will be back!

The condo was beautiful. Fantastic view of the ocean as well as the pool. Kids loved the assortment of pillows to choose from. Quiet private beach area with access from pool area. There were some chairs and umbrellas stored in laundry room for use on beach. Owner was very easy to talk with and prompt with responses though everything was explained prior to arrival. Definitely will keep this one in my favorites for future vacations!

Absolutely perfect!
Everything was perfect! We couldn’t have asked for better! They condo was beautiful, clean and very spacious. The views were amazing! Sue responded very quickly with any questions I had and was very helpful. The condo is located in the less busy party of town! Quiet and very family oriented. We loved and it and will certainly be booking with Sue again in the future!

This was our first time staying at Mariner west and we will definitely be staying there again. We love that end of the beach because it's less crowded. The room was clean and had everything we needed. We couldn't have ask for a better experience thanks to Ms. Sue. She was so nice and helpful our entire stay. We can't wait to go back!

My daughter and I frequent PCB each year. We have stayed many places but this exceeds all other stays. We absolutely loved it in 301. The wrap around balcony is amazing and extra breezy! We booked another stay here upon our return home. Can’t wait to be back with more time for our next trip.
